This is my favorite Panera bread location, the staff is always friendly, smiling, and welcoming, the restaurant is always clean, and the management is excellent. On multiple occasions I have spoken to manager ryan and he is both professional and accommodating. My order is normally correct but when it is not- it is fixed fast and with care, the manager makes sure my family and I enjoy our experience and return. This Panera is a good one! Located right in IT Crossing, you can grab a healthy bite or a cup of coffee and continue your shopping. It's a very clean establishment and the employees are always pretty friendly. It gets busy, but they seem to have a good system in getting everyone through without a big backlog. There's tons of seating which is helpful because it gets crowded. They even a little fireplace which is a nice touch in the colder months and outdoor seating for when it's warmer. The food is the same as any Panera. Always love the classic salad with chicken and french onion soup combo off their "you pick two" menu. Kid friendly and a handful of options for the little ones. Great for a break from your shopping, a nice little lunch or to meet someone for coffee or tea; not to mention crazy delicious bread! read more

Food is standardized pretty much like all franchises. But the bakery goods and soups are quite tasty. This particular location is very crowded which may be a function of the many retail stores in the ITC Crossing Center. read more

Have eaten here several times before and it's always clean and spacious to dine in. Today's service exceeded my expectations. Had the puppy with me and did not want to leave her for a few mins just to grab my take out order. So I parked right out front and called them to ask if they could just have an associate run my prepaid lunch out to me. VOILA! Ask and ye shall receive! I've eaten at many in this chain but these folks continue to be a shining example how this restaurant should be run. Every employee was working their job well, food EXCELLENT, service prompt and friendly, place clean and extremely effecient. It's been a wonderful place to eat the 4 times I've enjoyed. Okay I'm never the one to complain because I've worked in the food business for almost 7 years. The cashier looked so disinterested and I felt so unwelcome. We decided to use the self checkout. We pick a seat and our food comes pretty quick. My fiancé got a BBQ chicken Mac and cheese which should have come out hot especially the chicken. The chicken was cold the first time and the whole dish was cold the second time. He also got a sandwich that looked like it had be prepared hours ago. Still unhappy after everything was remade we decided to just go home and microwave the food to try and enjoy it. Now I've been a restaurant manager for about 2 years and anytime anyone is displeased with the food I make sure that customer leaves happy so they will come back again. So I guess at Panera when you get a hair on your plate you have to awkwardly ask the manager if you can have a sandwich for free not just get your sandwich remade. At least as per customer their customer service. I don't know but if there is a hair on my plate I feel I should be offered a free sandwich or bakery item, not have to ask for one. Food isn't bad. Soup is amazing. This place gets super packed around lunch time then dies down around 2:30-3:00 everyday. They take Apple pay which you can order your stuff right off the app and pay from within the app. They also take Apple pay at register which made it a fast checkout. This is probably one of the worst Panera Bread I've ever visited ever !! I was greeted with 12 flying house flies over my favorite pastries. Despite that, I ordered take out and to realize half of my order is missing as I got back to the hotel. Called in and speak to the coolest manager in the world. She offered me $12 voucher for future visit which I declined as I've food that barely enough to feed myself let alone for a family of 4. She up the voucher to the full value of what I paid and promised to be delivered to me by the end of the week. We shall see how they live up to this promise. I went to this location on Saturday evening. 2/16/2019. I have gone to this location multiple times. Well, this time it was DISGUSTING!! My chicken in my salad was frozen. I had 2 pieces that I had to throw on the side of my bowl.The floors were awful, the drink station had soda, napkins, straws and food all of it. I saw 2 girls tell the manager that the soda machine wouldn't turn off after they used it. nothing was filled.. as for the tops for the cups. I looked around and the tables and carpet, omg! Very, very slow getting our food. One customer had to go back because when she opened her sandwich in the car it was all apart. (she told me as I waited in line for 20mins) Now on to the bathrooms. Paper towels were over flowing the garbage can. Toilet paper was EVERYWHERE even out in the hallway. I really cant believe this location was even like this. We were so disappointed. hopefully they see this and get on top of what is going on over there. read more

Went there a little before 8 pm this past Saturday. I have been to many Panera Bread cafes. This one is by far the worst. The dining area and the bathroom were filthy. It looked like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a week. A stall was closed with an "out of order" sign because it was dirty. Trash all over the floor, garbage can overflowing. Dining area had food and other trash on the floor. Looked like they never wiped the tables or seats off. Waited a long time for food, almost 10 minutes, and they weren't even busy. They were out of chili at 8 p. m. on a Saturday night. Got black bean instead. Soup was dripping on outside of bowl and all over tray. I asked one of the workers for a refund of the difference in price between black bean soup and chili. She talked to a manager, who then told me in a sarcastic tone, "It's a dollar." I said I wanted my dollar. So he threw the dollar on the counter. Didn't even apologize. There were a couple of employees sitting nearby who "got off early."
