I love that we have this new addition to the Moore food scene, so exciting. I got their caramel latte and some bakery items today on opening day. When I checked the bag for pickup, the bagels were not sliced and I simply asked if I could have them cut, they said it could be done, but since I touched the bag they would have to get me some new ones. And they grabbed new bagels and sliced them, I got to keep the others to my surprise. Everything today was to expectations, food good, latte was good and service was very good. The inside of the new building was clean and definitely one of the better looking Paneras I have seen, from the road it looks small, but once inside a lot more spacious.

Ordered at 2pm, only car in the drive thru Took over 10 minutes. No apology or update during the unusually long wait. The older location on penn is better. Was given a free pack of cookies once for a minor mistake with several apologies. While I was checking my order and waiting to drive (I wanted to be sure it was right due to the unusual wait time) the window worker looked at me as if I was annoying for double checking. I found it ironic considering the next customer will likely have to sit and wait as well. If eating at this location I'd do pickup or dine in only, I will not be ordering drive thru

I have been wanting to go ever since I saw they were building here in Moore. After reading the two past bad one star reviews, I knew I needed to go and yelp them! So here I am just left full of delicious food and so satisfied with the cleanliness, the staff and the atmosphere! Look maybe it was a rough start when they first opened, as expected but don't let those reviews fool you. My husband and I will definitely be back! Way to go team Panera!! Keep up your great work, we appreciate YOU!!

Hands down best kimchi soup I've ever had!…read more We drove up from Lawton for a grocery run and wanted a real meal before making the hour-long trek back home. So glad we skipped the fast-food regret and gave Jjan Pocha a chance instead! The vibe inside is great--K-Pop playing in the background, fun wall graphics and decor (complete with the giant soju frogs), and a super welcoming staff. We were seated immediately, and they brought out cold water right away. Here is the breakdown of what we tried: Kimchi Soup: The absolute star of the show. I haven't been to Korea, but I order kimchi jigae at almost every Korean restaurant I visit, and this is hands down the best I've ever had. Unlike many places that only serve massive family-style portions, this came as a perfect individual size in a piping-hot stone bowl. I was comfortably full halfway through, but I couldn't stop until the bowl was empty. Don Katsu: We've had pork katsu plenty of times, but never served like this with a blanket of super creamy, rich melted cheese on top. Highly recommend. Fried Dumplings: My two-year-old is in a strict "if it's not a lollipop, I hate it" phase, so even though we ordered them for her she refused to touch them, but my husband happily scarfed them down in minutes. I thought they were a solid, classic dumpling. Kimchi Pancake: This was good and had a nice crisp edge to it, though it probably wouldn't be a must-repeat order for me next time compared to the entrees. Overall, the service was fast and incredibly friendly. If you're looking for comforting, authentic flavors and a fun atmosphere in the Moore area, do not miss this spot. We will definitely be back!

Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to make some nice recommendations. The Japchae for 2 absolutely serves 2 and is an excellent appetizer. We ordered the Kimchi soup (which has pork IN it, not just on top), Udon Jjamppong, bulgolgi, and grilled spicy pork. The kimchi soup was amazing. I'd prefer a more sour kimchi flavor, but this was still an amazing dish! The soup stayed hot the entire time. It was also served with rice. The Udon was boiling when it came out (as it should be! We love a hot meal), the seafood was cooked perfectly, the broth had a delicious rich flavor, and we subbed udon or ramen noodles. The noodles didn't add much in my opinion, but I can see this being a popular choice! We also requested extra spicy and the chef surely delivered. I usually love bulgolgi. I don't entirely love the seasoning on this one OR the bed of glass noodles, but that's just my opinion. Also served with rice! The grilled spicy pork (served with rice lol) had good flavor and a nice crisp. We were honestly so blown away with how good the soups were that the meats fell to the background. The pork was still spicy and flavorful! Definitely recommend. My only note to make this a full 5 stars would be the addition of banchan. There is a little bit of a wait between ordering and getting your entrees, so some Korean side dishes would've been nice to snack on. They did serve pretzels, but I just thought it was out of place. We really enjoyed our experience and even ended the night with some Melona! We will be returning.

First of all they set up a tiny table for 3, there was no room on the table top to even lay your phone down, it was full of plates, teacups and saucers, teapots, cutlery etc. Overdone and pretentious. I grew up in Sydney Australia and have had high tea all my life, English high tea is not set up ridiculously like Nosh does. They also seated us right at the entrance of a baby shower party, where people walked past us in and out of the event room which also has clear glass partition, so we felt like we were being watched as well as constantly disrupted with traffic. The tea was the only good part. The food on the trays were dismal: sandwiches were dry, most likely prepared the day before. Egg salad sandwich was nothing more than a smear of mashed eggyolk, extremely salty, on dried up bread. I can't even remember the other bad sandwiches. The desserts were so sorry looking, they must've been at least 2-3 days old. The lemon tart was disgusting, a small dollop of lemon curd in a stale pastry cup; the "assorted cake dots" was 1 tiny bite of cake - literally size of a quarter. Macaron was store-bought. We did not get the scone with jam and cream that I pre-ordered. Nothing was really edible on the entire tray. This was THE SINGLE WORST dining experience I have ever had, embarrassing to say the least. The manager was walking around the restaurant in a weird jogging suit kinda outfit, very unprofessional. The servers were very polite but that really doesn't make up for the fact that they couldn't put together a proper tea. Don't waste your money. Oh, and bring cash, because they'll slap a 5% fee if you use card. This place is a huge embarrassment to Oklahoma, don't waster your time and money.

Young lady at counter just put them on the counter. All I had was my phone in my hands. How did she expect me to carry this? I asked if there was a drink carrier or a bag.
