My sandwich was wrong, I ordered the spicy turkey melt and got the smoked turkey something and one half barely had any turkey on it so I put it with my other half. My fruit looked like it was in a to cold refrigerator. My partners French dip was not hot and it was mostly fat and gristle. Came last week with a friend. With a nearly empty restaurant no one from the staff came over to check how things were or if we needed a refill etc. At McAllister's now and only 3 tables are occupied. The manager has been chatting with friends for over a 1/2 hour and no one came to check, again. The staff at the order counter was terrific. I'm really disappointed in the lack of service otherwise. I do it to myself. Every time I go to this McAlister's there is always an issue. I continue to go back, because it's close to my house and I just need to stop going. I can't leave this location without verifying everything is in the bag, because every single time I've ordered some thing there's at least one item missing, if not more. This time they were out of kids meal cookies. The girl at the front said "we are out of cookies so I am going to grab you one of these big cookies." I said "OK and I have three kids. I ordered three kids meals." She walked away and then came back with the rest of my food, and with an attitude said "this is what we do every time, 1 big cookie is the same price as three kids cookies". And I said "I have three kids, but whatever." She went to go help another customer and then from the other side of the counter asked me if I wanted her to cut up the cookie. I said no. I understand that a restaurant might be short on something that is not my issue. It's the restaurant's issue. Okay, everyone is entitled to a mistake. I took it back, and asked them to make it again, but kept the potato salad because I had a doctor appointment in a little while and thought I'd get a head start on ny meal so I could leave as soon as I ate. THIS TIME it came with cheese! I didn't have time to wait a third time, so I asked for my money back. The manager finally came and offered to make it AGAIN herself, but I didn't have time to wait AGAIN and didn't have any way to keep it iced down while I went to the doctor appointment. McAllister's Deli for me always has fast friendly customer service. Your food is made when it's ordered, not premade and stockpiled for lunch rush. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and for my side- I ordered potato salad. My hubby ordered the Italian and he also ordered potato salad. The New Yorker sandwich was on grilled marble rye piled with pastrami, corn beef, melted Swiss cheese, and the spicy brown mustard- delicious. The Italian was on a baguette with ham, salami, provolone cheese, multicolored peppers, red onions, olives, tomato, and above balsamic vinaigrette, (we requested no spicy brown mustard) - this was very, very tasty. I think I preferred it over the New Yorker. The potato salad was average mustard-based, not to my liking. They have a very good selection of sides from a bag of chips, potato salad, mac & cheese, steamed broccoli, fruit, cucumber, salad, Caesar salad, and garden salad and a cup of soup. My favorite is the Caesar salad and sometimes a cup of soup but all the sides minus the potato salad are really good. read more

I visited McAllister's for desert and as always I was not disappointed. I ordered the Heath cookie, brownie, and unsweet tea. All items were very delicious and the portion sizes were very large. This time I looked around the dining room and printed out they only had 3 tables occupied. In addition, being there 20 minutes, I watched the very few coming and goings. We have ordered from this location multiple time through food delivery service apps. We ate at one location before but, not this location. We enjoy all the options McAlister's has. The pick two option on the menu has multiple options to choose from. Their food when it came out was nice and hot. I love the potato salad. You can not beat the price for the ids meal. Dining in it is $1.99 and $2.99 to go. Our kids love the options they have for the kids menu. This location was fairly clean inside and busy at times. The parking lot I pretty big, but their are also other stores in the area charging the same parking lot. I guess it is common for a manager to come by the table or another employee offering to refill drinks. But, that did not happen this visit. read more

Placed an order on the app today and could not believe my eyes when I opened the container. I ordered a king club wheat wrap with no tomatoes (see pic of order) but what I got was not even edible. It's like the wrap gave birth to another wrap right there in my to-go carton...two wraps somehow smashed together, way too much honey mustard, bacon stuck on the outside of the damn wrap, tomatoes that I clearly removed from the order...I could go on for days but just take a look at the attached picture. How dare you serve that filth to your customers. Where is the quality control leaving the kitchen? This location has 2.5 stars and that's 2.5 stars too many. Do. Not. Go. To. This. Location!! After calling in a very small to go order and being told it would be ready in 15 minutes I arrived to an almost 1 hour process. After paying I was told it wasn't quite ready yet and received my drinks. I then waited another 45 minutes at the counter with several people asking if they could help me, me explaining I was still waiting on my order, they would go into the kitchen and then not return with an explanation. I finally ask for the manager and she explained they were very busy and gave the excuse that my gluten free sandwich was a "hassle" to prepare and caused it to take even longer. Once I finally received my order it was cold, missing salad dressing for the salad, and the gluten free sandwich that was so much of a hassle was incorrect. After I returned home from picking up an order that I waited a lengthy time, the food was served cold, bread was soggy, and the baked potato was do dry you could not get enough butter on it. I paid for a 12-in French dip and received a 6-in. At this time, I was so frustrated and not wanting to make the drive back across town that I have decided not to support the deli located in Moore, Oklahoma. This is the second time I have had a similar problem at this same location. The right thing to do would be to refund my money. I visited a few months ago pre-renovation, and I was not impressed. The food was cold, environment unwelcoming, service not great. However, I am GLAD I waited until after the renovation to review. Now when you walk in, it is so inviting and clean! We were greeted with friendly smiling staff and there was no line! We ordered our food and as soon as I sat down at the booth, our food came! We ordered the Italian sandwich with a side, cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl, and a kids meal for 99 cents!!!! That is a STEAL for a kids meal! The kids meal was a sandwich, side, and pack of cookies. Not only was the food fast, it was perfectly hot and delicious! My husband ate his entire Italian sandwich in no time. He loves it! My soup was hot and the melted cheese was just an added bonus to the delicious soup. It was so tasty. I also tried the kids turkey and cheese sandwich and it was SOOO good. We have always loved McAlisters, but I've had it with this location. This is about the third time that we have ordered from them and our food is made AWFUL. I wouldn't serve this to my dog. The first few times we thought maybe someone new working, but today spent over $30 for two half sandwiches and two bowls of soup for my son and I and the sandwiches are awful! I called and spoke to manager told her I would never order from there again and they need to reconsider what they're sending out to their customers. She then explained WHY my sandwich looks like this, because they measure their meats out in 1 oz portions and it shrinks when cooked, and that since I got a half sandwich it looks small. Seriously? It doesn't even halfway cover the bread!!!!! And the honey mustard was spread on about a half inch of the bread. Did that shrink also? Then she told me that she would offer a comp, but since I said I would never eat there again... man this place is going to go out of business soon. It's really sad too. What was once my family's favorite places to eat is now the worst. They do NOT care and after seeing other reviews like the one I'm about to post. I'm done. Do NOT waste your money here. Poor customer service and terrible food.
