They finally bring our kids food more than 20 minutes after our food so ours had gone cold. We tell them we never received our apps and it's too late now to just cancel them. Then they bring them to the table. The waitress was more defensive than apologetic. They took 15 percent off the bill for the trouble. Not good enough and you just lost a loyal customer.
