I tried ordering 6 completely different things from smoothies to tea, to milk teas from here and they couldn't fulfill any because they were out of the ingredients to make them. I ended up not ordering anything :/ Brother ordered a Thai green tea and I'm pretty sure they gave him matcha it's not good. Other brother got a banana milk tea and it was awful too, but that's his fault for ordering banana flavor-- ha! I am a boba lover and really like a wide range of flavors but with a line out the door I felt too much pressure to keep trying to order after the first 6 flops. 2 stars instead of 1 because I think there's a possibility I could have been happy with an eventual selection had there been more time to decide. read more

On the 11/16/2023 at 8:00 PM, I went to this cafe to get a Boba drink. When I walked in, the two teenage females at the counter were very rude to me, trying to tell me they were closed and that they had ran out of everything. Both employees refused to give me their names, and walked away from the counter, went and sat down at one of the booths, and got on their phones. Keep in mind they do not close until 9pm. I can say that I've had bad service before, but this is honestly the worst it has ever been. Please, if you value being treated better than a pile of shit on the ground, go over to share tea in Moore. This is honestly pathetic and I cannot believe a business would employ people that would treat customers this way. Very very sad read more

Sweets, teas, Boba, jelly, tapioca... I mean really who doesn't love it?? Me that's who... I know nothing about it except that it's sweet stuff with more slimy stuff and popping stuff. The girls are not helpful. Best I got was a quick "here's a few popular ones" then she pointed at a card with more words I had no idea what they were. So I didn't get one, my son and other mum did. I got one on my first visit that was good but too sweet. I'll try again I just wish they were more helpful. When we came up to the door they hid. AFTER they locked us out, a truck pulls up with two teenage boys. They get out of the car, and the girls let them in. When i walked in i was the only customer in there. Upon walking in, there were 2 huge what looks like spills that were dried to the floor so the floor was massively sticky. The two girls working were rude and unprofessional, didn't greet anyone who walked in, said my total and that's literally it. They had a handwritten menu of what flavors they did have (maybe 10). So service 1/10. I got a taro milk tea with boba which is my usual order at the place I usually go to in Norman. The tea was good, but the bobas texture was normal on the outside but once I bit into it it was seriously almost like dried pasta. I am a long time customer. I came in today with my daughter and ordered the honeydew milk tea. there were two girls working today. A girl named Emily (with short cut hair) took my order. the other girl made my order. she made the wrong item and it was a slush instead. so she re-made the drink and made milk tea the other girl Emily rudely and out loud said "BUT U ORDERED A SLUSH" with the nastiest look on her face. i said No i didn't! i ordered a milktea. play back the camera if you have to. so i get my milktea and it was DISGUSTING!! the girl that made it, DID NOT put ice in it, and when i took a sip outside of the establishment..it was BITTER. my best guess is they were running out of boba and partially scooped black liquid from the bottom of the boba container. so it was just milktea, a tiny bit of boba (not cooked all the way. like chewing on uncooked past), and a lot of the black liquid. no ice. before i even took got to my car in the parking lot i turned around and walked right back in and asked them to make it again. i said there's no ice in it. Emily says...it probably melted. I JUST WALKED OUT AND WALKED BACK IN. Melted??? it's 50 degrees out!! when my order is made right, I make it all the way home with ice still in it in my milktea. so she made it but THIS TIME with no boba. & Emily proceeds to say "and just to let u know we can only re make your order three times" so i said how many times did u make it she goes "this is ur third one. COOL. SO YOU ONLY "RE-MADE" it TWICE. AND BESIDES YOU FUCKED UP THE FIRST TWO TIMES!!!! I am a grown ass woman and to have this what 13 year old girl try to disrespect me is absolutely unacceptable. EDIT: Got in touch with the owner and he was extremely nice and understanding. Turns out Emily LIED ..just completely fabricated the "we can only re-make your drink 3 times" policy. Tried this place in Norman for the first time on a whim. The workers were super friendly and sweet. They have a lot of options and delicious sounding drinks like a butterbeer. I decided on my all-time faves taro with boboa. It was good, about the same as I would get most places. The prices are also fair as well. My friend got a vanilla drink though (this is where they lost a star) and it came out without being mixed up. Every sip she took had tons of clumped powder in it. She took it back up and they made her a new one and were super nice about it. Mine also had a few clumps in it but it wasnt too bad. The one they remade for her was great though! It could have just been the machine or worker that particular day that wasnt mixing it right. I would definately come back here for a boboa craving if I happened to be in the area again! read more

Second chance, Sally here! I decided to give this place another try. Wrong move. This Boba café is a neglected place of business. It is not clean. But I decided to give it one more chance. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. The drinks we ordered a strawberry smoothie with tapioca pearls was more or less strawberries, blended up with water with a few tapioca pearls and the regular milk tea and it was just milk and tea. So I tried this place when they first open fourish years ago. I didn't like it that much bc it was tooo sweet and watered down so I never came back til today.. I got the avocado smoothie and there was tooo much condensed milk added. That was all I tasted. my brother got a peach smoothie with boba and on the way home he noticed there was no boba in his smoothie. Went in there last night because I was craving a boba drink. The 2 girls that were working didn't even greet us. The atmosphere didn't feel inviting. I came here once about a year and a half ago. Wasn't impressed. Expensive, small quantity, and didn't taste great. Came back again today and the feelings are almost the same. I got a milk thai tea which is normally my go to and it actually tasted pretty good. Many boba places I've tried have a powdery taste to their thai teas but this one tasted similar to how I like it. My friend got the passion fruit tea which tasted good but man oh man, the boba is so chewy and gross. I couldn't swallow it after like 30 chews and the consistency is way off to how you'd normally have boba. I was going to give this 3 stars but I can't justify that for the price you're paying for these small drinks (another reason why I wish we could do half stars). For $4 most everywhere else, you'd get a much larger drink while here you're stuck with a small to medium size drink. All that being said, the interior is pretty nice and it seems like a fun hangout spot. Pair that with the fact that this is one of the few boba spots in this area and it's right by Warren, I'm sure they attract a decent amount of business. read more

Honestly wanted to like this place, but from the moment we walked in I was very off put. The floor and counters were sticky, the furniture had tears everywhere, the trash was overflowing and also covered in sticky substance. We walked into an almost empty place which made me question our decision to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised with our drink choices. I glanced at the menu, but was drawn to their Butterbeer frappe special. My boyfriend ordered his boba drink of choice- almond milk smoothie. I could definitely taste the toffee flavor in my butterbeer drink, and I was glad to have ordered it with half sugar because it was sweet enough. That's one thing I appreciate about boba tea places that offer sugar reduction (or addition if that's your thing). We found this place while looking for a cup of coffee at about 6:30 PM... and it's hard to find a good coffee shop that late on the fly. My husband and I are kind of coffee connoisseur's. Or so we'd like to say LOL. In saying that when we walked in my husband said probably be some kid making us a cup of coffee. And sure enough it was. She was great! This place is definitely not known for their coffee but she worked real hard to make us the best Cup of coffee she could. It was an espresso top coffee. And normally we don't like espresso machined coffee... however maybe because it was made with such care it tasted real good to us tonight. The place was very clean very comfortable seating areas and a lot of juices and tapioca drinks smoothies etc. to choose from if you like that kind of thing. My taro smoothie tastes different than the one my friend has. The flavor seemed watered down.
