The smoothies are really good. The food, not that great. Decided to try them for breakfast and I got the breakfast wrap. It's tiny, more like a snack. And it doesn't automatically come with salsa which is weird. You have to pay extra for salsa (even though it comes with the quesadilla). read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - ALL AMERICAN WRAP - Sandwiches Near Me - Moore, Oklahoma

They are very rude and have the doors closed during business hours have customers inside but just looked at me at the door and didn't give service highly do NOT recommend this store !!!! read more

Drive thru represent was kind. Upon receiving my pd wrap a lady tossed it on the counter for the guy to grab and looked annoyed.... Wrap was cold bread was stale. Will try another location. read more

We ordered online and then we did not make it in time to pick up our smoothies. We were so late and they made our smoothies fresh for us at no extra charge even though it was not their fault. We tried to tip them but they couldn't accept it, but they totally deserved it!! read more

Great lunch place. Tropical Smoothie cafe is always updating their menu. I love this. I like the blueberry bliss smoothie. I get it with Splenda. It tastes great and is less than half the calories. My last trip I had the Hummus Veggie wrap. It was outstanding. Great alternative for a healthy lunch. read more

I never leave reviews but the customer service was so unacceptable I have to. I love tropicals smoothies so I will be driving to the city to avoid this location! Long story short I had a food order made incorrectly and when I asked for a remake I even apologized for them having to go through the trouble of remaking it, in return I was told it was my fault I ordered it incorrectly( I am allergic to one of the ingredients so I knew for a fact I didn't order it wrong especially since I get the same thing every time). I was practically scolded and corrected for their mistake. read more

One morning I happened to be at my bank that was across the street and decided to give the cafe a try. Went to the drive through and folks were friendly and helpful. Plus, the food was fast and delicious! read more

Customer service is last on the list at Moore, Oklahoma's Tropical Cafe. The children who work there have no social grace or training. They have too much drama behind the counter to serve customers. That is one reason why the line in the drive-thru is so long and wait times are are outrageously long. There is only 1 size which cost more than a 44oz smoothie at Smoothie King. Won't be back. read more

First time there today. First of all we ordered sandwiches & the girl told us that they came with a side dish. When we paid we were charged an extra dollar for each side. When I asked about she said the sides we ordered were "premium". We were not told any them had an extra charge. I ordered a sandwich with avocado on it & the avocado was not even close to ripe. It was very firm to bite into & not much flavor. My son ordered what was called "maple kissed" sweet potato's. They were so dry you couldn't swallow them. His sandwich was ok but definitely nothing special. I won't go back there. read more

We have been to this location multiple times and it is good. The customer employee interaction is usually good. They greet you when you walk in and answer any questions you make have about anything on their menu this location is normally dry clean, which is always appreciated. You do not have to wait long for your smoothie and sometimes they just bring it directly to you if you have taken a seat to wait. The parking lot can be a little full at times due to the surrounding stores. The drive thru can take a little time depending on what the person ordered ahead of you. read more

Tucked away little place with good smoothies and quick bites. This place is health conscious I think, they serve a decent variety of food, all simple stuff but packed with good nutrition, or so the menu says. I ordered an ultimate club sandwich. It came on a ciabatta bun and the spread they used put it together well. Ordered the muscle blaster shake, basically strawberry banana, real simple but it was good, and a good size for the price. Overall good experience. When I walked in, I was greeted but there was zero eye contact, made the employee seem timid but no big deal. read more

Food and smoothie is great. Need to work on customer service. Drive through girl was rude and rolled her eyes at us when we said thank you. Customer service isn't hard! It will get you a long way! Thanks :) read more

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 4/5 Decor & Style: 3/5 The app ordering experience makes ordering really easy. I order from the app and pick it up and the food is always ready. For a "fast food" place, this place is one of my favs. It seems fresh and plenty tasteful. My go-to's are usually the Tropical Chicken Sandwich, Cuban sandwich, or Caribbean chicken wrap. read more

Great smooothie. This place drive thru is always busy so I ran in and got immediate service. They are fast and efficient. The acai berry smoothie with a protein was delicious and filled me up without being bloated. They have sandwiches and chips also but their smoothies are the hook to get you in the door. Will def go back again, 2 thumbs up! read more

No star. So unhappy. Got our order wrong and had to drive back. Then our chicken salad had no chicken and literally less then a teaspoon of what was supposed to be chicken salad on the sandwich. This is the second time this has happened. I tried to call but busy signal. Super unhappy Won't ever go again. read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - literally less then a teaspoon of the chicken salad and the chicken salad didn't even have any chicken, on either of them. - Sandwiches Near Me - Moore, Oklahoma

The smoothies I give 5 stars. However, the service here is the so shockingly slow. Every. Single. Time. And I'm not talking a few minutes slower than normal. I mean, you better have a long while to wait because for some reason it has never been speedy. We actually drive out of our way to go to the Norman locations because it both of those are incredible taste and time wise. read more

Forgot that we had been sitting waiting for 25 mins and then preceded to give me attitude about it. Will be the last time we come here.

Tried the Blueberry Blast with vitamin C boost! It was delicious! The girl that took my order was very patient and explained add-ins to drinks! Next time I will add a sandwich because the whole menu looks awesome! The drive thru window has a steady flow of customers but it does not take too long to be waited on read more

I was super excited to grab a quick lunch here with my husband before we started on some DIY projects, mostly due to the nostalgia factor because I remember this chain from when I was stationed in Virginia Beach. I guess the times have changed my mind on what's healthy. They add sugar to all of their smoothies unless you tell them not to. On what planet do fruit smoothies need extra sugar? Added sugar is a huge problem and this chain claiming it serves healthy smoothies but then putting in fine print that sugar is added to all smoothies unless another request is made is misleading. My husband got the king Cesar wrap and said it was alright. I got a turkey sandwich. It was also alright. Definitely not healthy with meager veggies and white bread with a ton of sodium. I feel like this company is dishonest but it's apparently working for them since the public is ignorant about what's actually healthy for you. read more

I love this place but OMG it is the absolute slowest drive thru every single time. Does it really take 30 min to get through 3-4 cars??? What are y'all doing in there? If I didn't have to drag 2 kids inside, I would just do that instead. So incredibly frustrating read more

This place actually has some amazing flatbread sandwiches. The pesto chicken is my favorite. Always fresh, always wonderful flavor. I have only gotten the strawberry banana smoothie but after tasting it the first time, I don't want to try anything else. That smoothie is so good and huge! I could literally meal replace with that smoothie. The customer service is always excellent, also. Never met a server there that wasn't the nicest and most accommodating. Very quick and efficient service. Don't know why there is never a super long line. It's definitely a hidden gem in Moore! read more

Tropical smoothie is my favorite for something on the go. The smoothies are extremely filling. They also have sandwiches that are really good and people don't know about because they just assume they serve smoothies only. The flavors are all great and you can also add chia or protein. read more

Their smoothies are so inconsistent and their drive thru is always slow. Today I went and I waited almost 10 min after i had paid at the drive thru window to get my one smoothie. The smoothie was not blended enough so I'm just chewing on ice cubes. read more

Ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and got plain cheese. Paid for chicken but I guess they thought I didn't need it. Check your order before you pull away from window. If you wait until you get home. You might be sorry read more

Tropical smoothie has such good food but the smoothies are 90% sugar and there is never a manager or supervisor as far as I can see. It seems like the workers are trained in production but not at all in service as across all locations they are minimally conversational and scarcely welcoming. Must be that the training doesn't include the same par of customer service as other chains. Nevertheless, they aren't rude and they get their job done. Just don't expect much by way of pleasantries! The peanut butter banana crunch wrap is delicious and they serve the breakfast items all day! read more

I've updated my star rating because it is just simply amazing everytime we walk in this place. Granted I'm not a big fan of the peaches-n-silk smoothie. I think it's got far to much banana in it. That takes away from the other flavors. read more

Tropical smoothie cafe had really good food options and great smoothies, but the service is incredibly slow. You are better off going to the drive through because it seems they serve 3 drive in customers before customers who come in directly. read more

I never write reviews but this was so bad I had to. I went and ordered through the drive-thru and the employees were so rude and had such bad attitudes for no reason. I love the food here but it sucks when you don't get half of your order like I did today. read more

I'm not sure if they were lying or not, but we showed up tonight hoping to eat inside with the kids and the door was locked. We waited for the drive-through and were told after a long pause they were having door issues and that the dining room was permanently closed. Seems like the service continues to get worse at this location and we decided to eat elsewhere. read more

I love tropical smoothie but today we had the worst service! The workers forgot the rice in my bowl. Then I asked about it they said they were out of rice and forgot to tell me. But then they took my bowl and brought it back piled with rice on stop. They then started laughing and causing a scene while I was sitting behind them. It was very rude. There wasn't a manger to talk to either. Bad service! read more

Fantastic . My go to . !!!! This place is truly amazing . The food && smoothies are good && the girls are absolutely sweet .

Absolutely horrible experience the 3 employees working had the worst attitudes ever I will not be coming back pretty sad because I do like the smoothies here but to be mistreated so early in the morning just puts a bad cloud over your day. read more

The General Manager at this specific location is the absolute worst. You can tell she is not aware that her employees are struggling behind the counter. I had to wait inside for 30 minutes because the drive thru line was pact. Behind the counter you can see the employees slaving away making food during lunch time while the manager is talking to her friends that wanted to visit her i think. i tried asking the manager how long the wait for my food was and she rude and completely ignored me. Other than that, the food made by the employees was delicious. I know they tried their best while the manager was doing her own thing. If you go there, ask if the manager made the food because she always gets my order wrong and is different every single time. Not to mention the teenage employees were much nicer than the manager. read more

Slowest service I've ever encountered. Terrible customer service, rude workers. My order was made wrong. My smoothie was chunks of ice. Got sandwich remade and it looks like it was thrown together. I've been to my fair share of Tropical Smoothies and this is the worst I've ever seen. read more
