I go to this Tropical Smoothie a lot since I've moved here. And I've had it up to here with the management. I was sitting in there working on a part for school.. The manager leaves these high schoolers unattended and leave when she wants to. These kids can't run a fast food place by themselves... no wonder why they're so slow. I've always been a basic white girl loyal to her Jamba Juice. With there being so few of them around, I've become more interested in Tropical Smoothie Cafe. They have a lot more healthy options, so it's less room for me to make a mistake. Plus their cups are styrofoam which keeps my smoothie frozen for a lot longer than plastic at Jamba... I think I've turned over a new leaf here. My first few times inside, the wait was a little long but I didn't mind since I wasn't in a hurry & my smoothie was perfect. But just saying if you're in a hurry, they have a drive thru! read more

The food is great along with the smoothies. The service was really fast even know they had people in the drive-through and in the store. I didn't like my raspberry smoothie and they exchanged it for another one with no hassle or questions asked. Very nice of them. read more

My new favorite place! Wonderful from the moment I walked in. I received a friendly greeting from all of the workers. Since it was my first time there, they helped me choose a smoothie (it can be intimidating when you see ingredients like beets and carrots if you aren't typically too adventurous when it comes to fruit smoothies). They gave me samples of the unBEETable berry smoothie and the spiced pear smoothie -- both things I would never try on my own but were actually very delicious! I ended up going with the Caribbean c-burst smoothie (goji, mango, carrot, banana, and OJ) and the Thai Chicken wrap. Both amazing! I had a great experience here and will definitely be back (and often at that). read more

Would have gone 5 stars if it hadn't been for the fact I ordered a Cesar wrap and received a Thai wrap. Other than that, I love the convenience of having a healthier option available for a drive thru. The smoothies and fruit medley were super fresh and good. If I was into Thai flavors I probably would have enjoyed the wrap, but props for how hot and fresh it was. I absolutely love their menu, I've tried 4 different smoothies and my favorite has to be tied with the mango one and peaches and silk, also their sandwiches are great and you can add extra add-ins such as chia,10/10. read more

Smoothie was good enough but don't expect good service! Ordered in the drive thru. When i pulled to the window I sat there for two minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took payment!? I finally paid and then it was 2 more minutes to get my smoothie. Altogether it was more than 5 minutes to make ONE smoothie. Avoid this place if you're pressed for time !! read more

So far I've only tried the smoothies. I'm gluten sensitive so will take a look at their foods later. The smoothies are delicious!! I love to stop and get one after a work out or run. The place is very clean and staff friendly. This could kill my coffee addiction, and that's saying alot. read more

Very thankful for a health conscious restaurant. I have only tried the smoothies and I like that I can get any of them sans sugar. My only suggestion would be to allow any smoothie in the smaller (kids) size, not everyone needs a 24oz smoothie. Right now you can only get 3 or 4 "kids" flavors in the smaller size. I'd like an island green detox in 12oz... Of this change were made if frequent more often because the smoothies are delicious. read more

They say the smoothies are healthy but just keep in mind that they put sugar in it. Mine had SEVENTY GRAMS of sugar.

Great smoothies but the hummus veggie bowl was literally just taco lettuce and some diced tomatoes with a few black beans and minimal hummus. We waited a good 10 minutes before they took our order and then it was another 15 minutes before we got our food and smoothies. They definitely prioritize the drive thru. Pulled directly up to menu board. One car ahead of me at window. Placed order for two basic smoothies. Pulled up behind car at window. 2-3 minutes later, employee came to window for payment from car at window. Payment exchanged. One drink passed to customer. 2 minutes of conversation exchanged. Employee went back from window. Comes back several minutes later. Come to find customer in front of me at window had ordered another drink. I understand this. I managed a fast food restaurant for 8+ years. Customer requests are a priority. Payment and merchandise exchanged. During this time the employee was away from the window another car pulls up behind me. Car in front of me finishes all exchanges and leaves. I pull up to window. Sit at the window for SEVEN minutes. No request for payment. No "I'll have your order ready in just a little bit". No acknowledgement of a customer at the window (me) whatsoever. During these SEVEN minutes, I notice the car that had pulled up behind me was still waiting at the menu/order board. There is room for a full car length to move up after ordering. At the SIX minute mark, the car from the menu/order board pulls out of line and drives away. I can only assume they drove off in frustration, as they were never asked for their order. Another minute goes by, bringing me up to over the 10 minute mark (SEVEN physically sitting at the window, 5-ish from the time I placed my order and pulled up behind that first car in front of me until I was able to pull up to the window). WILL NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN!! Barring a fire in the building that had to be evacuated, there is NO EXPLANATION WHATSOEVER to NOT acknowledge a customer waiting at a drivethru window!! read more
