So the green goddess salad was missing the kale, tomatoes and bacon. Turns out they were out of tomatoes too! So if you're going to give half the ingredients listed, you should charge half the price. I love Panera but unfortunately this location has poor service..it always takes at least 15 min to get through the drive through & then there is always something wrong with my order. Never drive away without checking your food to make sure you got what you ordered. Worst Panera experience ever at this location. Placed my order online for rapid pick up. Order was ready and just sitting in the window and no one bothered to put it in the rapid pickup cubby. Had to wait forever to get someone's attention to ask them if it was ready. They said yah it's ready and but once I inspected everything it was so not actually ready. I ordered a drink and there was no straw in the bag. I requested utensils and there were no utensils in the bag. Since everything is covid protocol right now they don't have everything available for you to just go and grab yourself so once again I had to wait forever to get someone's attention and go back several times each time I realized that something was missing from my bag just to get a simple straw or utensil. Thankfully even though I had ordered as rapid pick up I decided to eat in store otherwise I would have been sipping my soup from the cup and spilling my drink all over the place because I would have had to take the lid off just to drink it. Sandwich was poorly made. Soup ingredients were incomplete. Then, cherry on top was when I was on my way out and I went to get a refill there was a sign that clearly said please use a new cup if you want a refill due to covid protocol, so I go up to the window (waited forever again to get somebody's attention) to ask for a new cup and the girl talks to me like I'm being silly for following what the sign says and asking for a new cup and she just brushes it off and says oh well you can just use the same cup that you already had and I said no that sign clearly says that's not how we're doing it right now so she gives me a cup with no new lid or straw and I'm just completely irritated with the entire experience. Worst Panera I have ever been to...did not know if they had decaf coffee. After I paid for the coffee there is no 1/2 and 1/2 and there's no milk. Who runs a business like that? When I first walked in no one was at the counter. A few minutes later a man with straggling hair comes up. Looked very poor representative of your store. He had a shirt that said he was done type of manager. Asked him a question and he appeared to be in la la Land. A very nice lady who has been there for several years, helped me out. She was very interested and informative. Food was ready without too long of a wait. The tortillina with Alfredo and a side of veggie soup the husband did not care for it. My grain bowl was delicious. I was really happy with it. All in all the main complaint I have is that appearance of that man, he looked unkept sloppy and questionable for food service. I ordered online and picked up my order last Friday. They gave me baked potato soup instead of summer corn chowder. I didn't realize it until I got to work 45 minutes away. I tried calling to let them know about their mistake and was hung up on twice. I emailed Panera Bread corporate online but they don't have this location listed because it's so new. Never heard back. I just left there and ordered my Pick 2 again and ordered from the app. This time they gave me my summer corn chowder BUT didn't put any turkey in my turkey kale panini! I paid $6 for a piece of bread with kale, avocado and bell peppers in it. The people putting the orders together are incompetent and management doesn't care about fixing their mistakes. First, the employee at the counter was so uninterested in being there. Having the attitude that he was doing us a favor. We had to repeat our order several times to get it right. When asked if we were dine in and he sighed loudly so we said we will eat fast (30 mins till closing) and he said "sounds good it's been a long day and he was ready to go home". So we changed our order to-Go. Secondly, half the ingredients for my salad were not available, substitutions were made with my salad and chicken sandwich. Lastly, the area to fill drinks was yucky. Looked like old juice and tea in containers so we opted for nasty tap water. Soup and sandwich were not hot. Just slightly warmed. Completely OVERpriced for the service and food. This places takes forever to get my food and they have gotten my order wrong several times.

Unfortunately, I can confirm this location has EXTREMELY rude staff & Management. Also, can confirm the food frequently was missing ingredients and I'd been given soups basically just chicken broth/water. I gave this location chance after chance. The straw that broke the camel's back was 2 weeks ago: My husband & I went through the drive through on this trip. We ordered and were immediately told to drive forward and wait for our food to be brought to us. We pull up & wait. These incompetent fools left us sitting there for over 20 minutes as vehicle after vehicle passed us apparently with their order. Mind you, we didn't order anything out of the normal or of any significant amount. Just two pick 2 sandwhiches and soup. Finally, after another vehicle was told to pull up and wait like us, (at this point the drive through was clogging up) I asked my hubby to go in and see wtf was going on with our order. As he gets out... An employee comes out and gives the other vehicle their order!? Hubby comes back a few mins later with our order in hand and says he was told they,"forgot our order on the counter that whole time"!!! (Who knows how long we would have kept sitting there if hubby hadn't gone in to inquire!!) They didn't apologize he said, didn't offer a refund on the now COLD food. Hubby being non-confrontational just took the bag and came back to vehicle. I went back in to ask for answers as this was not cool. I ask for manager and an already annoyed looking guy comes up and just stares at me. I proceed to explain what happened. He 1000% acted and showed he gave zero 0 fks. He, as though it was routine, said, "I can't do anything for you. If you have a complaint my name is blah blah and my district managers name is David and his number is...." I looked at him like he was out of his mind and just took the COLD food and left. I vowed that day to never return and now go out of my way to the location on 105 near I-45. I was not shocked to just read all the horrible reviews for this location. Wife and I visited this location after getting our flu shots a few days ago. I had not been to a Penera Rest. in a long time . We ordered a couple of half sandwiches and 2 cups of soup... and 2 drinks. The soup wasn't at all good . The sandwiches were tiny ..and the drinks were kinda watered down version of cool aid. This is the worse part ... the bill was almost 28.00 . " For lunch" that's crazy . I will not be doing Penera at any locations . Way to expensive for the amount of food that one receives. I am a Panera Card member and would go one to two times a week. I stopped going to the Panera in Montgomery, Texas off 105 a year ago because they kept getting the order wrong or the salads were wilted and slimy. Today I thought I would try it again and I shouldn't have been surprised. They got my salad wrong, and the lettuce was bad. If I didn't live so far away I would have returned it. We just came from this place for lunch and had a horrible experiences from customer service to the food. Our salad had spoiled eggs on it. The staff were very unresponsive not rude just out right unresponsive. Our pizza was cold sandwiches were soggy. If you are the owner of this establishment please work with your employees and teach some respect. Panera is expensive. I'm willing to pay for food that has great taste and is fresh. Panera just isn't comparable to other sandwich, soup, and salad places. It should be cheap for what they have and what you get. The bread is always hard, and most of the desserts seem old. Not big on cleaning my own dishes when I leave, when I feel like I just ordered food at a fast food restaurant. My last trip was a bad experience. Agree with two stars. Apathy runs high here. So I go through drive through thinking this could be my new breakfast place for 3-5 days a week. No quinoa apparently. "Oh yes we do offer". This is the worst Panera I've ever been to, which is a shame because I do like Panera and haven't really had negative experiences at any other location I've been to. It is very hit or miss here. The reason I gave it three stars is because there have been a few times where my experience has been fine but that's usually when I go inside or order rapid pick up. If you use the drive thru service is lackluster. They constantly get your order wrong or the ingredients won't be fresh. There is a big lack of quality control with staff here. It's a shame because this location is so close to me (and they have a drive thru) but after screwing up my order yet again today I honestly think I'll just go to the other Panera in Conroe, or Which Wich, or Jason's Deli, or Potbelly, or, you know, any other soup/salad/sandwich place that serves as their competition. read more

Came in at 9:00 pm on 8/18/21 wasn't greeted or welcomed in, just received several glares from employees that didn't seem like they wanted to be here, but I was hungry and still placed an order on the kiosk, for a ceaser salad with no cheese, extra ceaser and a bbq sandwich with no cheese, and replace the chicken with beef. Instead I got both items as they came on the menu, as if the person putting it together just didn't bother to read the instructions. I took my order back up to the front counter, where an employee walked past me, didn't say a word, and then walked back over to the register, where I tried to explain the situation to him, but before I could even finish my sentence, he walked back to the kitchen. Another employee came out, that I explained the situation to, and she said they would remake the order. Someone, who I'm assuming was a manager due to her wearing a green polo vs. the black shirts the rest of the staff had on, came out and confronted me, saying that I need to put my orders in on the kiosk correctly if I wanted to get my food a certain way. I kindly explained that I indeed did place my order with special instructions, to which she rudely recanted "no you didn't because I'm the one that put your order together, I'll remake it this time, but I'm making it to go because we're about to close." She later returned with my meal which looked like it was put together in a hurry, had barely any dressing in each of the three dressing containers, and was significantly smaller than what had originally received. This was by far the worst experience ive ever had at a Panera, which is very disappointing due to the fact that when this location opened, it was definitely one of the best in the area, and it has gone downhill consistently ever since. It's no longer as clean as it once was, and the customer service just wasn't there. This location won't be getting by business again until I hear of a significant improvement. read more

I ordered the frontega sandwich with an apple salad with NO nuts. I've been to many different Paneras and never had a problem with nuts in my salad. First I had to wait about 12 minutes for the salad and, when I got it it had walnuts!!!! I pointed it out to the waiter and he grabbed the pice of the walnut with a napkin and said "well you can still eat the sandwich". It's contaminated I CANT EAT IT!!! I asked to get my money back and the manager (Tamara is her name) didn't even apologize she just asked for my receipt took forever to give me money back and when she did she stretched her hand and walked away!!!
