I've been here many times since they've opened and it's all been fine. The biggest complaint I have is the food quality has gone down hill drastically over the years. They also keep taking allergy safe foods off their menu, which makes it hard to eat here so I don't very often. They still have the best lemonade though. The restaurant is generally clean as well. Bathrooms are usually clean too. Girl this location like couldn't get any worse. I'm here 2 hours before close and they're out of half the menu. They tell me they don't have enough soup to give me a bowl, so they give me a cup and the cup is barely half full. At that point literally comp it for me bc who wants to pay for that. The lady poured the steaming hot coffee over like 5 ice cubes & it completely ruined the taste of the 7$ coffee, i didnt even drink it. Well we decided to give this Panera a try again. I will have to say this was another disappointing outing. The ambiance was loud and there were limited seating. I ordered the French onion soup and Napa chicken sandwich. The French onion soup came out warm but not piping hot. The sandwich was just ok not great. Somewhat bland and not a lot of flavors. This place is not the prefer choice for us anymore based on the quality of food and service. This place is overpriced with mediocre food selections. Well... I'll start out with I'm not a big fan of Panera but the lovely Mrs loves it so we go here every once in a while. This flatbread pizzas may change my mind!? It's not small, it's not stupid expensive and it was quite delicious?! I got the Margherita pizza; the crust was crunchy and mildly buttery, the base sauce was flavorful and the cheese was spot on. I really can't say anything bad about the pizza... other than the store was freezing inside so the pizza for cold real quick. I only ate half and was full and I'm looking forward to reheating it another day for lunch. The lovely Mrs for her usual Turkey chili and it's pretty good too and yes, she shared some of it with me. This flatbread pizza will for sure make me want to go back. For dessert, i got the kitchen sink cookie and it was gratis due to me being part of the MyPanera rewards program and my birthday was last week. Came in for lunch with 3 kids. 1 soup was warmish, sandwiches were all a mess and falling apart, Mac and cheese was cold on the bottom, baguette was about a quarter of the regular size, and chicken on the salad was frozen solid. I complained and asked for new chicken and was given a cup of still frozen chicken with shards of lettuce in it that they suggested I microwave myself in the microwave by the coffee bar. Decided to try Panera for breakfast. I have to say, I was not impressed. I ordered the new bacon, scrambled egg & tomato wrap and also a chocolate chip cookie. When I opened the box I noticed that my breakfast wrap was flat on about two inches of one side, so my first few bits were just tortilla. Then when I finally got to the egg part, it was mainly lettuce. Just not impressed at all, I will not be ordering this again and would not recommend this for breakfast unless you basically want tortilla and lettuce. We visited on a Friday around 3p and there was no line. Service was super fast, friendly and they even got our order right. We enjoy their You Pick Two - Salad and Sandwich for me! I think my favorite salad would be the Cobb because it's so filling. For a sandwich, either the Turkey & Avocado BLT or the Turkey Bacon Bravo. I love getting the Apple as my side as I definitely don't need a huge chunk of bread. Also, it's easy to save as a snack for later as this meal is plenty filling! If you're in need of a super affordable lunch, get a bagel! They have a wide variety of flavors and I think the quality and flavors are great! If I'm in the mood for savory I get the Everything or Asiago. But if you prefer sweet, I'd recommend the Cinnamon Crunch or the Chocolate Chip! Grabbing a coffee here is another great choice. Among all the fast food, Panera is has best and healthiest options. They can customize everything in the way you want it. You can add different greens to your salad, swap any meat with avocado, or change what ever in your sandwich. 99 cents pastry is a nice perk when you buy other items here. Just got a to-go order from this particular Panera. I like the Spicy Thai Chicken salad, and have had it from several other locations and it is always consistent. First visit to this location and I get home and the salad is all lettuce. Barely any chicken - maybe an ounce and that is being generous - barely any toppings, less than normal amount of Peanut sauce even though I requested extra in lieu of dressing. I tried the soup and it was mainly all juice, there were only 2 noodles with barely any chicken at all in the soup and instead of a baguette they gave me chips. Placed a simple order for three pick 2 meals all with chips and two drinks. Get to the window and they ask what drinks. Told them, they gave me one of the two drinks said thanks and before I could ask for the other drink, she walked away. I waited someone else returned I explained I was missing a drink, they got the drink but forgot the sweetener. We we got home, we had no chips. I called, first explained I was not calling to receiving anything or any adjustment but wanted to give the manager a heads up and let them know. The first words out of her mouth was we have teenagers working here and they try, etc etc and went on without me being able to say anything for 3-4 minutes offering excuse after excuse.
