Piled up dishes and yet people on their phones behind the food counter.

Saw one employee come out and clear the dishes after I took these. Appreciate her (blue hair). The guy behind the registers was really nice too. But there was much more to be done than texting behind the counter. Food was good just worried how safe it was to eat if this is the condition in the area you're meant to eat it in.

Soup and half sandwich not the best, but it was ok. Was in mood for squash soup to welcome the fall on cold rainy day. Cookie was really good but didnt last long enough to be photographed.

I got the Chicken Bacon hot sandwich (chips included) and water. It was $13 which felt like a lot for how basic of a meal this was. The sandwich was mediocre at best. The dining area was dated and dirty. The service was fine, employees seemed to be doing the best they could. For the same amount of money, there are significantly better options nearby. Even McDonalds might be a better value at that price. I won't be back anytime soon.

I went through the drive tru this evening and ordered a pick 2. Mediterranean veggie in whole grain, Greek salad, apple and a shortbread cookie. The guy at the window didn't even cared to take my Panera card number. I had to tell him twice that I had a Panera card. He also typed in the wrong order. Instead of whole grain, I got a different bread, instead of apple I got the baguette, instead of shortbread I got chocolate chip. I know he heard me just fine at the speaker because he repeated my order. He just simply didn't care. I love Panera but not this location!!!! ****** I called the store later in the evening and asked to talk to a manager and talked to Jaden. She offered to refund or replace my order.

Well we decided to give this Panera a try again. I will have to say this was another disappointing outing. The ambiance was loud and there were limited seating. I ordered the French onion soup and Napa chicken sandwich. The French onion soup came out warm but not piping hot. The sandwich was just ok not great. Somewhat bland and not a lot of flavors. This place is not the prefer choice for us anymore based on the quality of food and service. This place is overpriced with mediocre food selections. Much improvements will need to occur before we decide to dine here again.

Well... I'll start out with I'm not a big fan of Panera but the lovely Mrs loves it so we go here every once in a while. This flatbread pizzas may change my mind!? It's not small, it's not stupid expensive and it was quite delicious?! I got the Margherita pizza; the crust was crunchy and mildly buttery, the base sauce was flavorful and the cheese was spot on. I really can't say anything bad about the pizza... other than the store was freezing inside so the pizza for cold real quick. I only ate half and was full and I'm looking forward to reheating it another day for lunch. The lovely Mrs for her usual Turkey chili and it's pretty good too and yes, she shared some of it with me. This flatbread pizza will for sure make me want to go back. For dessert, i got the kitchen sink cookie and it was gratis due to me being part of the MyPanera rewards program and my birthday was last week. If you're sign up for this they send you random emails with things they are promoting. They used to have a month of free bagel every day. It haven't seen that in a while. Like pre Covid-19...

    Chicken cup

Came in for lunch with 3 kids. 1 soup was warmish, sandwiches were all a mess and falling apart, Mac and cheese was cold on the bottom, baguette was about a quarter of the regular size, and chicken on the salad was frozen solid. I complained and asked for new chicken and was given a cup of still frozen chicken with shards of lettuce in it that they suggested I microwave myself in the microwave by the coffee bar. Next time I will take my $60 somewhere else.

Bacon, scrambled egg & tomato wrap

Decided to try Panera for breakfast. I have to say, I was not impressed. I ordered the new bacon, scrambled egg & tomato wrap and also a chocolate chip cookie. When I opened the box I noticed that my breakfast wrap was flat on about two inches of one side, so my first few bits were just tortilla. Then when I finally got to the egg part, it was mainly lettuce. Just not impressed at all, I will not be ordering this again and would not recommend this for breakfast unless you basically want tortilla and lettuce. The chocolate chip cookie, however, was delicious with plenty of chocolate chips and very tasty. I gave the rating of three stars due to the cookie, the wrap alone was a one.

Super dirty. No outlets, guess to keep people from using it to study. So won't be coming back here. I get it, but it's already overpriced.

We were greeted promptly and with a smile when entering! Very welcoming atmosphere. Service was great! They offered ideas and samples of their Hummus and Baba Ghanoush. Both were absolutely delicious! They make both in house. We ordered: **"Chicken Platter ($17). It came with, Chicken Shawarma, rice, Falafel, Hummus, Grape Leaves, Tzatziki Sauce, Garlic Sauce & Cucumber Salad. ***Side order of Baba Ghanoush & Pita ($7) ***Chicken Wrap ($12). It came with fries and Chicken Shawarma. It came with other toppings but our son only wanted the chicken and pita. ***Lamb Wrap ($10). It came with Fries. It had Tzatziki, Onion, Pickles, Red Cabbage, Tomatoes, & Tahini Sauce. All our food was freshly made, absolutely delicious, very flavorful, and served hot. We got our order to go. The only negative is they served the pitas in a brown paper lunch bag. The bag was not food safe since the bag was made from recycled materials. Usually places will wrap the pitas in aluminum foil or a sandwich bag, or put it on top of your food. We ended up not eating the pitas. I'm sure they tasted good since everything else did. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the place!

The Greek-Style Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, onion rings, and mozzarella cheese sticks were packed in styrofoam containers. The Tzatziki sauce for the sandwich and marinara sauce for the mozzarella cheese sticks were placed in plastic containers which were then placed in a small paper bag. Items were then placed in a big paper bag that was stapled together. Food was packed very well. The Greek-Style Philly Cheesesteak is basically gyro-style lamb meat but instead of placing it in pita bread it is put in a submarine-sandwich style roll with cheese on top. I picked provolone cheese. The sandwich was overflowing with a good amount of gyro meat, but the lettuce and tomatoes didn't seem very fresh. I did eat one half of it, and the meat was good, but if I ever order from here again, I would get the sandwich without the lettuce and tomatoes. The bread on the sandwich was pretty good though. The onion rings were a disappointment. They were soggy to me. Not much of a crunch and it didn't seem they were freshly cooked. The mozzarella cheese sticks were really good. Out of everything in my order, these seemed to be the best. Overall, I would not recommend. I liked the idea of gyro meat on a submarine sandwich bun, but the lettuce and tomatoes didn't seem fresh. Onion rings, likewise, were not very good. They were soggy and underwhelming.

I love this place. They know their Greek food. Sparse seating but I come for the expertise chefread more

We waited about 5 minutes for a table, they were cleaning & turning tables fast. We reviewed the menu as they have a much larger selection than Frisch's ever did, since this was our first visit we went with the classics fish sandwich & the signature. They have Pepsi instead of Coke & they were out, also out of lemonade & sweet tea too. Once our food arrived, the fish sandwich was hot & quite larger than previous Frisch's. The signature the bun it was served on was stale & fell apart, the burger patties are larger, but the lettuce was on the bottom & lots of pickles, I couldn't taste the tarter sauce at all, but the waitress was too busy to ask for more. Their fries were okay, I miss the crinkle cut. We finished off by sharing a hot fudge cake, which was huge, the cake is thickly sliced & with a hand scooped vanilla ice cream, as soon as you went in with a spoon to get a bite it completely fell apart. Good try Dolly's I would rerun again to try something else or breakfast as there were a variety of omelettes, scrambles, potato pancakes which sounded good.
