This location needs to do better quality control. This is disrespectful to give a customer a Caesar Salad with the romaine lettuce looking like this wilted beaten up mostly core mess. The lettuce was browning all over, half my salad gone and wasted. Clean y'all's act up.

This is what they advertised for my sandwich.... lol

Well .... I had never eaten at Panera Bread and after this experience. I can say without a doubt! I never will again. I got the Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt Baguette. This was the most pathetic sandwich. I have ever received. If you like a bread sandwich then this is your place. I would be ashamed to call what they gave me a sandwich. Take a look at my photos. I had to pull what little chicken that was on it back half way to make a half of a sandwich. It was still pretty bad. I understand this is supposed to be a healthier choice but come on! I feel like I was ripped off. Stay Away!

I must say that it had been a while since I visited Panera because my first experience wasn't as good. But, this time around they redeemed themselves. From the customer service to the fast service on to the taste of the food I enjoyed everything! I had the Pick 2 option. I had potato soup and a deli sandwich. They were both made well. The consistency of the soup was smooth and rich in flavor. The sandwich had a balanced amount of toppings and meat. Of course, they have a drive-thru and pickup options. Be sure to check them out!

Great food. Fast service dine in or drive thru, many lite and healthy options. Great atmosphere Just across from WMC TV station.

Came in for dinner. Out of mac cheese?!?! No bagels?? And why was the employee so mad at me? Sheesh.

$31.16 for some pitiful sandwiches and two soups. Don't know who in their right mind eats at this place.

Takes so long while waiting in line for "rapid pickup" and we have been here at a minimum of 30 minutes. Can't believe it. Still here lol

The shrimp was seasoned with cajun flavors and chili pepper flakes then dipped in a tempura like batter and fried. The shrimp was paired with a soft but yet crunchy bread. The sandwich was topped with lettuce and tomatoes. It did not have a sauce but would have been even better with a spicy aioli. Very GREAT SANDWICH. My friend ordered The Madness that came with a variety of meats topped with lettuce and tomatoes with an onion marmalade. My other friend chose The Philly Cheese Steak. Looked really good. The restaurant/deli is located inside of the grocery store with the same name. The place is nice and organized with snacks, local sweets, drinks, wine etc. The deli has other wonderful options in the case as well. Service was great. The gal that took our sandwich order was so nice and friendly. This grocer is found in the Crosstown Concourse. We decided to eat outside of the grocery store at a table. I will return to try some other scrumptious sandwiches.

Peep my pics for some funny shots of your random white boy synchrony in nature. I have had several meetings out here as well. They do serve some small plates and other items to snack on during normal times. They do have some inside seating as well, but I dig the patio. They always seem to have something special, most unique, and damn tasty on their taps. My wife loves finding the fruity and funky beers that will carry. Me.... Just give me a damn IPA and let's move right along. Once, she had a beer thick with orange pulp and it as the most unique brew I have ever tasted. She has been chasing it since to no avail. To me, it was shit, to her, it was the next pinnacle to which nothing else has compared since. We come during Cooper Young Festival every year and the service can be a bit snippy and rushed. It actually pisses me off sometimes. I do understand the need to get people through the place quickly, but you can do so without being as curt and laconic. We will return, without a doubt. I do love beer. My only suggestion would be a corral of puppies to pet while you get wasted. That would be pretty rad, maybe like a puppy rental system could work. '24 - 3/100
