Food was good but customer service is horrible. We stood for a few minutes at the cashier and no one was there. There were four employees standing in the production line and clearly saw us but could not interrupt their own conversation to say ,"Hello, we will be with you shortly." Upon leaving I asked for a to go box and was greeted with an eye roll and a "Is that for soup or a sandwich?", which she said in a hastily tone. The restaurant was clean and food was good but because they were NOT extremely busy and customer service was poor, we will definitely not be returning. Manners don't cost a thing! Food is good but we have trouble finding a clean table. Not a single occurrence. Trash was full and floor needed to be swept.

I understand people have bad days, but when a cashier throws a fit after not being tipped for doing her job poorly and does it in front of a customer is where I draw my line . This Panera Bread was fine. It's difficult to judge a restaurant purely on a to-go order that you eat several minutes after you receive it, but I'm a judgmental person, and so I'll try. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to have a fried egg in it, but it came with a flat scrambled egg patty. The sandwich tasted OK, but it wasn't what I ordered. I also ordered a hazelnut coffee, which is what I usually order at Panera because their hazelnut coffee is great, but the coffee I got tasted like it had a lot of hazelnut-flavored syrup in it: it tasted very sweet, which I didn't want! I drink my coffee black. However, I also ordered a Greek yogurt mixed berry parfait, and that was really great. They use super thick yogurt in their parfaits, so they taste very satisfying. read more

I ordered a tomato basil BLT at my local drive thru last night minus the tomato and aioli. I also asked for the white cheddar cheese to be added. When I opened up the sandwich, it had both tomato and aioli on it. That was disappointing. The topper was that each half of the sandwich had 2 slices of bacon which measured three inches or shorter! Every other time I have ordered this sandwich, it has had 4 to 6 slices on each half. Where is the consistency? read more

The men's restroom here is despicable. It's clear a manager hasn't looked at this thing in a few days, if not weeks. Tables are filthy from previous customers. A lot of attitude from numerous employees from the cashier to the people making the sandwiches. Panera Bread has always been a favorite for me and my family. I was supposed to pick where we were going to eat because it was my Birthday Unfortunately this particular Panera Bread location was really rough looking just to say the least! Right out of the gate we were all a little grossed out about the amount of dirt there was everywhere. Dirt all over the windows and the outside of the building and the parking lot. The outside desperately needed some TLC! So sadly we did not even want to go inside this Panera Bread. The whole experience was just disheartening. So far, so good! I called from California to have some grub delivered to my old work mates. It hasn't been delivered yet, but they were very helpful over the phone. Terrible experience. had to wait forever for my food because somebody was getting fired or did something the police were escorting them out took forever. On 10/8 I walked in and took one look around and walked out. Three young girls manning the counter all with their masks under their noses, and one under her mouth (and scratching her nose). All standing very close to an elderly patron on the other side of the cash register. To put it in perspective I drove an extra 30m out of the way to get to a Panera for take out. I've been at this location twice in the last 6 months. The first was frustrating because the menu was confusing and the order taker was very lax in explaining the menu. Out of confusion, I ordered a salad as I didn't understand what other selections might be. The second visit, was mostly the same. Both times I felt the meal was expensive for what I got. read more

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to, and I've been to quite a few. I have had a handful of decent experiences here during the day but the evening, my god, the staff sucks. Ordered a curbside order and waited 15 minutes until I decided to go inside and ask if it was ready because I hadn't received an email to let them know I was there. They checked on it and said it wasn't ready and that they would bring it out when it was ready. I waited another 20 minutes with no food and I finally called and they informed me it was ready. No apologies for the wait. Not only did I wait 45 minutes but one of the sandwiches in my order was the completely wrong thing. Also, while I was waiting a girl was working with the pastries while her hair was all over the muffins, because it wasn't secured up or in a hair net. So I was passing through this location. I would not recommend going to this Panera because of their carelessness for their customers. I stopped here as I was passing through and I entered the location and they were not busy. There was a woman wearing a blue shirt at the front working with another person I'm assuming she was a supervisor but anyways she said that someone would be there to help me in a second when no one was at the desk and she walked away. They took so long that I went to use the bathroom. and they still didn't have anyone at the front when I returned. I left and went to a different restaurant to check something else and came back because it wasn't any good. Long story short I ordered food and then when I grabbed it I said thank you and I couldn't even get your welcome from the same person that blew me off when I came for the first time.
