We Will never go again. We love Roosters but we're from Columbus so maybe that's the difference? Either way, when we sat down, there were literally 7 flies that we could count at once fluttering all around and on our table and even us! The table was "peeling" and had a nasty "dirty" texture to it. When we decided we would take our business elsewhere, I asked to speak to the manager and when I told her she just looked away from me and shrugged and said "huh" like it was no big deal. She didn't apologize or make any efforts to address our concern or anything at all. Well, we waited an hour and they forgot our food. The waitress ignored us while serving food to other tables (with people who had come in LONG after we had). So we had to get her attention and ask her where our food was. She looked confused, went back to the kitchen, and then came back out with the manager. The manager wanted to comp us "half the meal". I suppose that would have been acceptable if we actually had received our meal. In the end, we left. And I don't see a reason to ever go back. Customer service was lacking in every way. read more

Went here with coworkers. Not a bad spot; it's decent. From the outside I thought it was a fast food spot but once inside it looked like a sports bar. The server was cool but she kept forgetting little things like keeping water filled and the requests for napkins and stuff like that. The food was pretty good. Very disappointed, they came out, no chili sauce, no cheese, no onions a few scattered tomatoes....I actually said those don't look right, not like other Roosters, they took them back to throw some stuff on the original plate. We had a great time visiting this Roosters. It looks like a fairly new location with a great atmosphere. We were able to order and get in and out rather quickly which was a plus for this particular visit. My usual is the Italian sub and it was tasty as always. Now my companion's order was incorrect and we had to wait while they corrected it. I was nearly finished with mine before it came out. That always makes for a bummer. Just got home and they messed up the order. They forgot my wife's order. There's no one inside and still messed the order up. We ordered a wrap, boneless chicken wings, regular wings, mushrooms (half of them ended up being mini corn dogs WTH ) and cheesy tator tots. No Tots $3.29. First time trying a restaurant during this lockdown and it didn't work. Just shut the doors until we go back to normal. At least then I would have been credited. Nice environment. This was my first time visiting, I went on a Monday (yesterday) for lunch and had excellent service! Wings were super with lots of sauce. My server, Alexis, was very friendly and helpful in teaching me the menu and taking care of my needs. I could see she had many other tables but I did not feel neglected at all!
