Overall, this Panera Bread was ultimately a negative experience. I stopped in to grab bagels, cream cheese snd coffee. We stopped in to the location and the service was rather lackluster and pretty much indifferent, but hey, it was early and it wasn't like they were rude. They were just...indifferent. Anyway, we took our nearly fifty dollar order to the place where we were doing a training to find that they did not include the tubs of cream cheese. I called the location and explained that they forgot the cream cheese and I was rudely told we did not order cream cheese. Fortunately, there was a market next door and they had cream cheese. However, looking at the receipt, we did indeed order cream cheese and paid for cream cheese and this was one of three different trainings we did in three different cities and we had the same order at three separate Panera Bread locations and this was the only one where we did not get cream cheese. Mistakes happen. I get that, but the rudeness displayed by the gentleman who answered the phone was unacceptable. I will give it two stars, though I should probably give it one.

Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt, Mac and Cheese with Bacon Bits on top
    Ruben L.

Been here a few times before. Decided to go here for a late lunch with My Wife. I decided to order the new Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt. To My suprise it was very good. It tastes a lot like a pepperoni pizza on a baguette. I also decided to order mac and cheese with bacon bits on top. The mac and cheese was very good as well. The bathrooms are always clean and it wasn't crowded that day. But, I wish they would get that addtional ordering kiosk fixed. It hasn't been working for a while, and I noticed that a lot of customers like to put in their order this way ins of putting in an order at the counter. Parking is another issue, because a lot of customers tend to park in the pick up order spaces and not really have a pick up order, but instead dine inside because they're to lazy to find another available parking spot. Overall, We're going to eat here again.

I have visited this location quite a few times. The customer service here is always spot on. The food quality is definitely such a delight. Today I ordered a parfait that contained Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, granola, and what surprised me was that they added honey which to me is an upgrade from their usual parfaits. I also tried something different and ordered a Carmel Latte instead of my regular Chai Tea Latte which was such an delicious change. I am sure to be returning again, if not today, sometime soon! P.S. If you love bacon, and macaroni and cheese.... you should try their bacon Mac and Cheese! Delicioso! Check out the photo of my mixed berry parfait and it look delicious just don't try to lick the screen please! LOL! Until next time my friends!!

This Half a bowl is what I paid a full bowl price for?
    Jeff G.

Seriously Panera! If I order a full bowl of soup, I don't expect HALF a bowl! Moreover, if your employee rolls her eyes at me when I ask for a refund, this is what you get...a public review on multiple sites showing what a ripoff you are.

    Chicken broth

Placed a pick up order. Ordered creamy chicken and wild rice but received chicken and noodle broth. 2 noodles and a couple of carrots. No bread and the fruit cup was disgusting. The fruit was old and soggy. One sandwich was correct. All of this for $29.71. So I ended up with a sandwich from home. Tried to call 4 times with no answer. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have been increasingly less and less impressed by Panera here. I got the turkey chili today and it was very gritty.

Terrible, the Italian sandwich is nasty. I can't find anything I like there besides a plain bagel. Got to go.

Eureka (I have found it)! Hollywood in Florida!!!!…read more JUST like Dr. Indiana Jones combing through the jungles seeking his ancient museum artifacts, I was navigating the curvy wilds of the Jacksonville Southpoint area, located near I-95 and JTB. The best things in life require some effort to build your appetite, and whereas I did not collect a golden idol like Dr. Jones, I was rewarded instead with a cheerful new friend and one of the absolute FRESHEST sandwiches in JAX! Nestled between the sparse woods and surrounding offices you will find happy, loyal diners who fill Hollywood Heroes and Subs each lunchtime to the point where the line stretches out the door. I had just seen the last of the lunch crowd smiling and saying goodbye for the day to our energetic and upbeat host, Founder, sandwich artist and Jacksonville native Kevin Porter, an actor turned restaurateur -- known for roles including "Lazer" in Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, plus appearances in Daredevil and General Hospital. Something that cannot be "acted" around was his genuine welcome and desire to roll out the red Hollywood carpet for all who make the journey (yes, it's a REAL red carpet)!! This sweet shop is the perfect size, and has a significant amount of Hollywood memorabilia all around to keep you engaged while chatting with Kevin as he works his magic. And what he produced was a treasure of cheese and meats that made me forget about whatever might have been chasing me through those woods to get there! J/K In between wonderful conversation with Kevin, each bite of my MASSIVE "The Towering Inferno" hot hero (pepperoni, Genoa salami, cappy and melted provolone) on fresh baked Village Bread made me realize just how huge and delicious this thing was. Kevin promised that the one pictured is exactly what every customer will get...he prides himself on highly generous portions at fair prices...and man, did he deliver!! I would have been completely satisfied with HALF, but NO!!!! There sat its twin, begging for sacrifice to the stomach Gods. I was only too happy to oblige! The owner Kevin = engaging, friendly, talented with his craft, makes you feel like you drove through the woods to come home to your happy place. The ambiance = bright, colorful, great memorabilia, puts you as the star of the show. The sandwiches = creative in name and product with fresh being the operative word, this sandwich hit above its price point and I can't wait to try to the rest of the menu! So no, I didn't get chased by a boulder, or leave with Dr. Jones' golden idol, but I did get a Golden Belly from my experience, and the knowledge of why hundreds of hungry lunch- goers seek this "Temple of Delish" every day!! Crack the whip and corral your family into the car for this absolute treat in the core of "ancient Jacksonville!!"

We started with Hummus and Tata Chips, which was crispy pita chips with a standard (but delicious) hummus. The Tata chips had great flavor, like Stacy's Pita Chips but better! The firat course was White Bean Fahsulia, which was a rich and hearty bean stew that packed huge flavor! Second course was Falafel with Tahini Sauce. These were a nice little bite between dishes. The center of the falafel was light, fluffy, and flavorful! Course 3 was Masaka-Ah served with Timan Asfur Rice. While this dish was good, it was my least favorite of the evening. I ate half of the stew and passed the rest off to my husband, who loved it! Course 4 brought us Dolma's served with Roasted Vegetables. I LOVE stuffed grape leaves and these were seriously on point! Tart and tangy up front followed by a whole lot of savory. Course 5, my favorite, was the Spicy Curry Chicken served with White Rice. This was the dish that made me fall in love with Fast Eddy's food and had me coming back for more. I took a couple bites and got a to-go container to enjoy this later at home. Finally, we reached the end of our dinner and Course 6, dessert, came out. Freshly made, sweet and decadent, traditional baklava. Filo dough, crushed walnuts, butter, and honey. This just melted away once it hit my mouth. I don't eat a whole lot of sweets but this had me closing my eyes and enjoying every bite. Every time I've visited Fast Eddy's the staff has been amazing, friendly, and hospitable. And of course, the place being completely decked out with rock and metal music memorabilia, i feel right at home here. Oh, and there's never a time where I leave that place without an order of the Pasta Anatoli to-go!
