    Tuna salad

I'd give it more stars but the bread for the bread bowl tasted really bad, the tuna salad was extremely salty, and the unsweetened tea was sour. The clincher for the bad review was the women's bathroom. There was feces and urine all over the commode and the sink was just down right filthy

So disappointed.... I did drive thru today. The place was not busy. I got home and my salad had the dressing on the side, the little container was not even filled half way! My salad has literally no flavor!! and then I gave the staff my reward card to make sure I got the points but my rewards points never got into my account. Little things but I will think twice before I go back...

Ordered a veggie sandwich without cheese. Received cheese AND bacon. Allergies are a real thing...

It's understandable why this location is only rated as it is. I've stopped in several times while living here over the last year and have experienced average service at best. This seems far from aligning with Mr. Covelli's intentions. Frankly, I eat at Panera a LOT and in general am finding the service to be less and less acceptable... The case that finally prompted me posting about it... I ordered a Mediterranian Veggie sandwich with no cheese on sourdough bread to go. When I got home, I learned there was an abundance of feta cheese on the sandwich. AND... a piece of bacon. So in addition to concerns of whether or not I can trust that their staff will properly prepare food, I'm further concerned about cross contamination. Allergies are a real thing! As a business owner myself, I really prefer when a client let's us know directly when we don't hit the mark. No one is perfect. I get it. When I attempted to call the store and asked for the manager, I was asked who was calling and I said a customer. Over eleven minutes later I decided a public post may get better results than a discussion with a manager at an unknown time. Mr. Covelli, I want to invite you to look very deeply into your employee satisfaction. I have friends who worked for locations in Columbus and it was made very clear that even as managers, they feel under paid. Guest satisfaction starts with you, sir. Guest satisfaction is a direct result of employee satisfaction. So when I see a boy runing into a store (Reynoldsburg) with his entire ass hanging out of his pants (literally), proceed to hold them up in between his legs and waddle behind the counter to continue prepping food, using the same gloves he opened a door and held his pants up with, it's evident the level of competency and quality your wages are attracting do not work. I'm hopeful this feedback is supportive.

Came in for breakfast, as usual for a mildly busy Sunday morning. Everything tastes great, no complaints. Perfect! Was a bit disturbed when a girl dressed as a manager called us up to order while simultaneously raising her voice to an employee that she called up from the back. The employee was doing dishes, and the manager gritted her teeth and said "NO. Go do xxxxx." As a manager, I understand the frustration... but be nice to your employees or they'll dislike you and never do that in front of customers. My receipt says her name was Gillian, but she wasn't wearing a name tag.

This is supposed to be a large Mac and cheese. Please use the fork next to it for comparison.

Do not use the drive thru! My wife and I went through the drive thru and the portions they give you are maybe 1/2 of the ones inside. I ordered a large Mac and cheese and I got basically a side of Mac and cheese, or a kids portion. Also I ordered a bread bowl, it was nice they cut off the top, but the inside was all bread. So essentially I got a loaf of bread with the top cut off. I have attached a picture of what I got. This was not worth the $12 I spent there. Will not go back, even inside. If they are charging the same price for drive thru and inside, and giving you 1/2 the portion, they are not worthy of my business!

whole clump of hair in my sandwich.

**INITIAL REVIEW **…read more The Soup Shop located in central Melbourne, which I will say is the area between Eau Gallie and Suntree, is one of my all-time favorite restaurants in the mid-Melbourne area, the area between Eau Gallie and Suntree. I mean, it is a restaurant that sells soup, and I mean more than one soup or even more than the common numbers of two to five soups. Think twenty soups or more. Ergo, when I found out that another Soup Shop location would open in West Melbourne, FL, I was excited. Not only would one of my favorite restaurants have another location available, but this one so happens to be closer to me. The question is if this new location would be as good as the OG. Despite not being a 1-to-1 of excellence to the OG, this new location is still excellent. Though an address is provided, the new Soup Shop location is located in the Palm Crossing Shopping Center a.k.a. Publix Shopping Plaza West Melbourne on Palm Bay Rd. (because to be fair, all the best shopping plazas in Florida happen to be Publix shopping plazas). If it helps, the new Apocalypse Coffee Roasters location is also in the same plaza. Upon entering the locale, it is like walking into a cozy nook you'd like to sit in and enjoy a book. Multiple two-person seating is available up front with one on the eastside. I usually sit on the eastside table as it is closest to the fountain dispenser, as all fountan drinks have free refills. As for service, the ladies working there are great, especially the team lead/manager who works on weekdays. I definitely like how she initiates conversation by asking about the t-shirt you are wearing. I was wearing my "EXPLORE" shirt and she asked me what it is I am exploring. Usually, it would be geocaches and/or letterboxes, but at the time, soup flavors! Which brings me to the six flavors of soup I had via the flight. Yes. The Soup Shop serves flights (and that is all the locations from what I know, too). I had the Dragon Stew, chili, chicken gumbo, tomato soup, creamy garlic tomato soup, and she crab bisque. Details of the soups are in the pics, but definitely loved the tomato soups especially with their fantastic grilled cheese sandwich they have on their menu. And on a sidenote: the restroom was unisex and clean. Definitely no drips on the floor or anything like that. Ultimately, I am going to give this Soup Shop - West Melbourne, four out of five stars. All and all, they are excellent, but we'll have to see if they are consistent. If they are consistently excellent, not perfect, just excellent, they'll get their fifth star for consistency.

My son gobbled it up. 4 stars - Atmosphere: big room with lots of photos of visitors on walls (featuring many astronauts), dim sum baskets on the back wall, and red lanterns hanging from the ceiling. - Service: very nice waiter from China and saw Tely eating at a back table towards closing time Midlights: - Sizzling steak: steak was tender but an odd texture and the sauce was very salty. 3 stars - Fried rice: bit plain and pork wasn't the cha sui pork I was expecting. 3 stars - Lemon chicken: chicken breast pieces were large thin slices but didn't have much flavor in the sauce. 3 stars Lowlights - Black bean sauce fish: I've always had this with a white fish and believe this was salmon which I don't care for. 2.5 stars - Very popular so need to make reservations way ahead of time. The decor of the restaurant very much embodies the name. It gives all the zen vibes. I love that you can see through the glass the chefs making the soup dumplings. The service was spectacular. We were walked through the menu and everything was thoroughly explained. I started with a glass of the house pinot grigio which was crisp. We ordered several things so we could try an assortment of menu options. The beef pancake roll was yummy. The sampler of the soup dumplings is the way to go. It gives you option to try 6 flavors. My favorites were pork and chicken. They were so fresh and beyond flavorful. Also, we ordered the Mongolian Beef plate that comes over rice. So much meat and very good. The bao bites were yummy. This was more than enough food for 2 people plus plenty of leftovers. I thought the whole experience of dinner was fantastic.
