    BURNT GRILLED CHEESE

so SOMEHOW this foul panera bread location burnt my friends grilled cheese! and i don't mean burnt it a little on the crust or something. i mean they burnt it all the way through the bread and SOMEHOW also burnt the cheese! my friend still ate it to my shock and dismay, but we are still both absolutely FLOORED by the poor quality and service. I mean how do you burn a grilled cheese so bad that the cheese inside is literally charcoal???? 0/10 would NEVER go here again!!!

Post-gym peace, strawberry sips & the dreamiest scone My wife and I have made a bit of a tradition out of coming to the East Hanover Panera after the gym -- part cool-down, part work session, and part treat-yourself moment. We're Sip Club members (highly recommend), and lately we've been obsessed with the new Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca. It's bright, crisp, and basically tastes like summer in a cup. Exactly what you want after sweating it out. We also split an orange scone, and wow -- it was everything. Soft and moist inside, with that perfect sweet glaze and a firm, slightly crunchy outside. Honestly, it held its own as the MVP of the snack table. The place was calm and cozy, like always -- just enough background buzz to feel alive, but chill enough to focus or just unwind. It's our go-to post-gym hangout, and it never misses.

    Green Goddess Salad

I do not order salads or soups because I'm on a diet, I actually enjoy them. I especially like Greek salads with feta cheese and black olives. As for soups, I like beef barley, split pea and lentil soup most of all. So the day i went to Panera Bread , first time ever, which is next to the LA Fitness Gym that I belong to, I saw a Green Goddess Salad with chicken on the menu. The salad is made with Romaine lettuce, mixed greens, grilled chicken, grape tomatoes, pickled red onions, eggs and avocados ($7.99). Based on some other reviews, I got the fresh salad. I like the window seating and they have an abundance of that. The WIFI, charging outlets, and a user friendly APP are all additional pluses for me. I agree with other reviewers, the young blonde lady with the glasses is the definition of hospitality.

What's not to like about this place?! I mean, great location, neat interior, greatly friendly staffs, food freshly prepared, free WiFi, comfortable seatings, charging outlets, great welcoming atmosphere, ...etc. You name it! Seriously if I live around this neighborhood, I would love to come here for my cup of Joe everyday! I had a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with $2 off on one pastry deal. The soup was hot and superb, and the pastry bear claw was delicious as well. The App was user friendly, too. Very nice store!

This is supposed to be pepperoni flat bread

Worst Panera I've been to. Not one employee ever acknowledged us other than to say "your pepperoni is over there" the pepperoni pizza sauce was brownish. Expensive crappy microwave food. I spent $13 on Asian chicken salad that was basically bowl of romaine with maybe an ounce of chicken- I have ordered many salads from Panera - this was ridiculous. Don't waste your money

They gave me the worst banana I have ever seen in my life with my delivery. Otherwise the food was alright.

Infamous for long lunch lines and never having both kiosks working. On top of that, there is never any staff at the registers so the lines just continue to grow.

    Extra $2.19!!!!

Avoid. Long wait times for food, and horrible stomach ache after eating the chicken salad sandwich.

The restaurant is located in a small strip mall on Rt 46 East in Parsippany. I've heard the chicken cutlet sandwiches were very good here, but I was in the mood for meatballs. The meatball sandwich was unbelievable! Loaded with meatballs on toasted bread with a delicious sauce, I loved it! There were so many meatballs, I had to eat some before I could eat the sandwich. The guy working behind the counter was very friendly. There were quite a few tables and it clearly looked like a lot of "regulars" here. I'm really glad I finally stopped here. If you're looking for some great Italian food, stop by!

Decided to try this spot out for lunch when I was craving a sandwich. The setting is basic, actually totally different than what I expected. Lands somewhere between a sandwich spot and grandma's Italian eatery. I'm always excited, so maybe that was off-putting to the guy behind the middle of the room counter, but who cares- I ordered two of the most gigantic, delicious fresh tasting sandwiches- I've had in forever. Go get you one.

There's no restroom in the seating area (I'm sure they have one in the back) and the seating situation is super basic. I decided to eat in anyway, and the cashier very kindly brought me a paper plate with extra napkins. This drunk chicken sandwich (vodka sauce) was enormous; I knew right away that I'd have leftovers. The flavor was excellent. But I wish they wouldn't wrap the sandwich in foil like that. Not only does it look less appetizing, but I t really threatens to make the bread moist on the way to your house. Also I found the chicken a bit chewy. It is a bit out of the way, so there's plenty of parking when you get there.

Do not order this if you do not like olives. I never got served olives on a chef salad. I was hoping for a salad matching their sandwich portions. Little tiny scraps of Ham and cheese and barely a bit of turkey. My guest ordered ham, salami & provolone Sandwich, requested mayo, no mayo. Also requested to heat in oven (warm sub popular in many places). They absolutely refused to serve a heated sub. I will make a can of tuna and dump it over salad for tonight, and she took sub to heat in oven at home. The employee at the counter could tell we were not enjoying this lunch ($40 total) but did not seem to care. I will not be back. I have given this location 5 stars in the past.
