The restaurant itself is filthy. Food on all the tables and chairs, food on the floor, looks like they don't clean often if at all. Seemed understaffed and everyone is behind the counter. It wasn't even that busy when I was there but they don't allocate any resources for upkeep of the dining area. My Bacon turkey bravo had zero sauce on it, and I had to request a side of it. They gave me a side of the wrong sauce. The bacon looked old, the lettuce was brown. The ginger ale had no syrup, and the sweet tea had no sugar. The staff were cordial although not particularly friendly, and what I ate of my food tasted ok, but I wouldn't recommend coming here for much more than a coffee and a bagel if you come here at all. Ew. Lady behind the counter, adjusted her muffins in the bakery case for an extra extraordinary long time while customers were waiting. She came to the cash register where I was waiting and looked at me with death daggers in her eyes. I swear to God, I was thinking oh my God is there an ax murderer behind me? She was extremely unhelpful. She had the crappiest attitude I've seen anywhere in a really really long time. I had a question about the menu and all she would do is repeat herself when what she was addressing was not even my question, so I left. For a recent team workshop, we ordered breakfast boxes, coffee and bagels for the team to enjoy. The order arrived at the time expected and seemed fresh which was nice. The only issue we had was that the cream cheese had been forgotten but the issue was quickly remedied. While we ordered a variety of boxed breakfast options and bagels, I chose to have the Sausage, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel Boxed Breakfast (served with a fruit cup) as well as a Blueberry Bagel. The breakfast sandwich was much better than expected and was very filling. As I had the sandwich and the bagels well, I decided to eat half of the sandwich/half of the bagel with the fruit cup and save the rest to eat later. - Sausage, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel: This was actually much better than expected and was very filling. I loved the flavor profile of the asiago bagel with the sausage and egg inside. I would definitely order this again. - Fruit Cup: Fresh and flavorful - Blueberry Bagel: Average at best. I have been to many Panera locations and loved them for the food, friendliness, and speedy service. This has got to be the worst one in the chain. The employees are rude, slow, hostile, and sloppy. I placed my order on a kiosk, some scones, a loaf of bread, and some rolls, and of course had to pay by credit card. After watching the employees jacking around and whispering among themselves for about 15 minutes, I asked one of the employees if anyone was working in the bakery area. She said they would get to me soon. I might add, this was mid afternoon and not crowded. the employee finally got the loaf of bread, took it behind the wall somewhere, then came back out and busied herself doing something else. After another wait I told her I needed a refund. She got another employee, who said I couldn't get a refund for 3 to 5 business days on my credit card! The place is also dirty. They really need to work on mobile orders. They text you saying it ready and it is not ready when you go inside to pickup and nobody knows anything. I love Panera bread food. I know it's overpriced but it feels healthier than many alternatives. However, this particular store has been going downhill. Last night our family of four decided to dine in. At 5:30pm There were more far dirty tables than clean ones. The dirty dishes were overflowing and it was a challenge to add our without having the stack tumble. An employee was changing out the tea and had wet dirty rags spread on the counter, soaking into the clean napkin dispensers. Once we cleaned off our own table and seats (because the seats were covered in grease) we noticed a group of college students sitting a few tables down.
