    Half soup & sandwich.

Honestly, I'm super disappointed with my last couple of food orders. I really enjoy the bagel stacker sandwiches but whoever's on prep needs to READ. I specifically ask for no arugula and every time I do what do I get, TONS of arugula! I can't eat it and by the time I unwrap and notice on my to-go orders it's to late to bring back & I have to get rid of it as I can't have arugula. Im so upset with having wasted money, and last nights order left me freaking hungry. There's a couple of managers there that genuinely care about their customers but they can't carry a business on their own their team needs to care & support too. I honestly couldn't be bothered with having to take a pic of my order and another showing the mountain of arugula. The first couple times this happened I let it slide now I'm beyond wanting to order food anymore. They couldn't take the time to get my order correctly.

My family has tried to order dinner hour food on 3 different occasions, last night being the 3rd attempt. Each time we have ordered, they have ALWAYS been out of certain foods, or we were given incorrect food in our order. Yesterday, it was 5 pm and they had no bacon for sandwiches or salads, no tomatoes for salads, and on the list went. When I switched to the Cordova store, they had every menu item and kind, quick service.

I was so excited to have black bean soup back on the menu but what I got today was a bowl of about 20 black beans covered in unseasoned water. I'm sad & I'm hungry because I can't eat this!

For a recent team workshop, we ordered breakfast boxes, coffee and bagels for the team to enjoy. The order arrived at the time expected and seemed fresh which was nice. The only issue we had was that the cream cheese had been forgotten but the issue was quickly remedied. While we ordered a variety of boxed breakfast options and bagels, I chose to have the Sausage, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel Boxed Breakfast (served with a fruit cup) as well as a Blueberry Bagel. The breakfast sandwich was much better than expected and was very filling. As I had the sandwich and the bagels well, I decided to eat half of the sandwich/half of the bagel with the fruit cup and save the rest to eat later. - Sausage, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel: This was actually much better than expected and was very filling. I loved the flavor profile of the asiago bagel with the sausage and egg inside. I would definitely order this again. - Fruit Cup: Fresh and flavorful - Blueberry Bagel: Average at best. I tried this plain, with butter, and with the cream cheese once they brought it and nothing made it a "wow" bagel. I wouldn't order this again.

Pieces that were in my salad that should have been in garbage!

Waited 25 mins for food. When received it was sub par. Salad contained pieces that should have been in garbage. Pickle wilted and old. sandwich tiny. Would not visit again.

Service was very fast. Location. Was spotless. Friendly staff made the transaction smooth. Ample parking. Will definitely visit again.

Come to find out, you can build your own salads, rice bowls, wraps, soup bar and they got a baked potato station lol. What a good combination. Pretty good ingredients to choose from. All of the usual things you'd expect on a salad bar. I did try the chicken swarma.. delicious. Never heard of it but it slaps. They have little cups as you go, that you can use to taste things before adding them to your bowl. Just a cute little place. Staff is young, respectful, helpful. The music is good! A genre you wouldn't expect. I'm not gone spoil it lol. Prices??? Depends on how heavy your bowl is. The register has a scale that weighs your food to see how much it costs. There's a standard cost for the bowl, plus how heavy it is. Makes sense to me. Try them!

I had a perfect dirty martini and my husband had an excellent old fashioned ( chose not to do the smoked version. ) We were seated at the time of our reservation with courteous and prompt attention from our waiter. He informed us of all the specials and gave us the right amount of time to relax before ordering. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. I like the atmosphere, not too large of a dining area, I like the separate room of tables, with a fireplace, along with the area of booths for a more intimate setting. The bar itself is large and has seating on the outskirts of it as well.

I do believe C and I have only been here once as a couple. It did not go well at all, so we have not been back together, as she is holding a bit of a grudge. It's a long story but it all ties back to service. That night we had the worst table in the building and service was spotty at best. Food was still pretty good, just whole ass annoyed by the entirety of the rest of the experience. I am lucky enough to be able to be taken to/host dinner with clients and manufacturers a good bit. They like places like this so I get by ever so often. Gotta love expensed meals!!! Tehehe I like the open kitchen concept they have and the bar is really cool. The metal shelves at the bar that store the booze are bad ass. It's warm and cozy and has a great vibe overall. The last time we sat on the enclosed patio. I had not sat out there before. I think the larger tables all go out there. We had seven and there was another group of about twenty in the same room with us. Food ranges from fairly good to fucking great. I've never had anything bad here, but a few sighs have been had, mostly by misunderstood expectations of what I was getting I would say. So, quite possibly I am the problem. As with most of my problems, actually... The oysters Rockefeller are very different from the norm. Fried oysters on a side of spinach. That's what it seems like. I ate it up, don't get me wrong. I did just switch to only fried oysters after the first one. No need wasting stomach space on spinach. Charbroiled oysters is always a good move and the preparation remains traditional on that one. I do find the oysters to be quite massive and hard to chew the whole thing at once. Cutting them just seems silly though. Steaks are prepared very well and to your liking each time. I have never had a bad one. Good flavor too. I am going to spring on the Hawaiian Ribeye the next time I go on my dime. It's a classic that I remember from Steak and Ale as well as Houston's. Both now gone from Memphis. I like the she crab soup an awful lot, and just about every entree I have had here is killer. You really cannot go wrong with the food. Just order something you normally like and boom. I will also say this. The short ribs I had last time were some of the best I have ever had. Bravo on that! Additionally, I had two giant pieces for like $40! I could only eat one of them after all of the appetizers. Oh.... Yea. They have a hot lobster roll that is good! You don't see that in Memphis very often!! Get you some. Wait.... Lamb Lollipops. They have evolved some of the years but they have really good lamb chops. They used to be the exact same dish as their sister concepts of Itta Bena, BB Kings, and Lafayette's. I am not sure if the whole family still has the old version or not. Here it has changed a good bit. As I write this, I crave it.... Ugh. Damn your foods and your seductive prowess food skills! Lastly, Tommy Peters did great things for this city's food scene. I am sad that he is gone but I know he was proud of this one! Ok. That's enough, Adam.... No one reads this crap anyway. '26 - 48

Then I paired it with an Earthquake Cab, . Chef kiss!! Everything was absolutely memorable and enjoyable. One thing they could do to add to the ambiance is blocking the headlights of cars from shining into their restaurant. There are simple things that can be rolled out in front the restaurant to assist.
