So I had to call the coliseum location and ended up being hung up on by the manager after asking for her name and being told "it doesn't matter" finally got in touch with the DuPont location they wouldn't give me the district managers phone number because I said I was going to put a poor review for their customer service. This location is not the greatest Panera I have visited for a few reasons. 1. It was dirty. Visited on a Sunday evening. It was not crowded. However, many tables were still covered in debris from previous diners. The trash cans were overflowing, along with the bus tubs. 2. The cashier was not smart. I'm sorry, but please at least try. My MyPanera keyfob is broken, so I asked if I could have a replacement. The cashier just said "I have no idea" and didn't even attempt to find out from a manager or smarter cashier. She was courteous, but there was no effort to try and help. 3. The traffic flow is bizarre. To get to the dining area, you have to squeeze through a small walkway, while carrying your drinks and anything else you have. It's easy to get tripped up by obstacles. 4. No fork for my salad was included on my tray. I like being served at table, but if I have to get up and find a fork it ruins the experience All of this aside, the food was ok. Huge shout out to the store staff and manager for making things right! I ordered via Uber eats for a delivery this morning. The Uber driver picked up only 1 item from order and left the big bagel bundle behind in the store. I called the store and they thoroughly apologized and said they noticed the bag left behind after the Uber driver left, but didn't have any information regarding the driver or where the delivery was for. They were glad I called and said they would deliver free of charge and add an extra treat. Although it was delivered two hours later they not only added a free pastry but an entire additional pastry ring for free! Stopped in on 3/11/16 @ 12:30pm.......it was kinda busy.....but order went in fast and was ready in a few minutes......they didn't have french onion soup or I ordered the Broccoli and a grilled cheese, which I have had several times before. I had to clean off a table since there wasn't a bus person around. The "grilled" cheese was anything but.....it had a few grill marks on top, a soggy bottom, and steamed cheese....that's it. Comments in other reviews about slow service are on the mark. My friend and I were there last night. We believe that we only saw one party try out the new kiosks. We believe they did not succeed, and then got in line. We had too many questions and special little requests to use the kiosks. We took advantage of the special offer - a 99 cent baked goods, most of which were picked over - and pre-paid, but then had to stand in a long line again just to pick up the baked goods since no one currently mans the baked goods counter. Eventually, a manager - busy but not that busy - came and took some orders to shorten the VERY long line. We might see whether there's a late-open Tim Horton's next time. Panera was where it was at 10 or 15 years ago, but not now. I'm only giving three stars because the food was pretty good and they gave us extra bread. read more

I have been to this location many times and have never been disappointed but my most recent visit this evening went above and beyond and that's why I want to write this review. My young daughter (21 mos) and I went this evening for dinner and we split a sandwich and soup. Upon our order being ready, the young man behind the counter offered us a yogurt for my daughter. That was very nice and unexpected. She loves it. After our meal was finished we went back to the counter to buy a cookie. The wonderful lady at the counter said she was so cute that the cookie was in her! I was taken back. I told her that wasn't necessary but her and that young guy both agreed. They talked with my daughter and she said thank you to them for the cookie. As we left, another employee held the door for us as I left with my stroller. And everyone said bye!
