The drive through takes FOREVER!!!!!! If you have 15-20 mins to wait for food, this is your place! They let the car at the speaker sit there and wait until they person at the window has their food and has pulled away. My guess is it's a way to cut back on food prep and doing less work. The employees need a little bit of an urgency when they serve and prepare. The nighttime crew is the worst. Young kids who laugh and joke around, as they very very slowly prepare your food. Very unprofessional group that covers the closing shift. Otherwise food taste great once you get past the rest! read more

This place was fine. Nothing spectacular. Nothing terrible. One of the soda machines was leaking all over the floor. And the worker was cleaning and cleaning. Having to move cabinets and the wet floor sign. He did a beautiful job cleaning. But the machine was still broken and leaking all over. And the lightbulbs were broken. They were replacing those while we were there. I think the workers are trying to keep up with what is breaking. I hope the powers that be fix all the things. Then this place can concentrate on food and normal things like wiping down tables (which were fine) and not have to take care of all the broken things anymore. The bathroom was fine too. read more

Absolutely the WORST experience at this Panera's. Not enough seating took 25 minutes to get our food. Extremely challenging to get in and out of parking lot. I stopped by the drive thru the other day and got the ham and cheese sandwich and cup of soup. I must say, everything was as good as it gets. The order was correct and exactly like I ordered. I was on break and picked up my mobile order; and while I proceeded to take my first bite of my chipotle chicken avocado melt I noticed something quite peculiar. The avocados which have been presented to me for consumption where about as dark as night literally. As the feeling of disgust crept through my veins I had a revelation. I went to the manager and showed him My Meal He seemed quite shocked. He sincerely apologized and said I will personally make you a new one, and please take any pastry you want. I proceeded to take the Cinnamon Roll which I always contemplated I'm getting but The opportunity never presented itself that is until that fateful day. I love panera but every time I go to this location and order food I either get half empty salad or half empty soup. It's so annoying and I have complained multiple times but it still happens. Walking into the bathroom I just felt disgusting....you couldn't take a step without walking on dirty paper towels, there was toilet paper and used feminine products scattered on the floor, and the toilets were filthy. Easy on-off for 95. But it's your typical Panera and the food is exactly what you'd expect. The service was subpar, not as good as other paneras. They were out of electronic beepers at the iPad ordering so you couldn't order from the iPads. The line was 4 people long for one cashier and it took longer than it really should. The food came out fast once you ordered, but 2 out of 4 people in my party had errors in their orders. Orders were corrected but the servers said my friends must have ordered incorrectly. Checked the receipts and orders had been as my friends wanted. Better customer service will improve the reviews at this Panera. read more

Perhaps I've been spoiled by our fancy Panera in downtown Toronto, but this Panera did not measure up to my expectations. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was hard and had an odd aftertaste, and the cream cheese had an "off" taste as well. Come on...how hard is it to make a bagel with cream cheese? The bathrooms also were not the cleanest, although to be fair, they were also not exceptionally unclean. They just felt a bit grimy, as bathrooms tend to get. Panera on Garrisonville is hit or miss. Some days the food is well prepared and hot. Yet other days my Turkey and Kale panini is put together very sloppily. Quality control should be uniformly enforced. Occasionally, I'll have an item missing from my to go orders. Yet, overall the food is really good when the staff is on point. read more

This location is AWFUL for breakfast! I work off of Route 17 and, of the 8 times I've stopped in on my way to work (before 9am), they have only had souffles made/ready-to-go TWO times! I realize this is a super-popular item, so I'm sure they go quickly- but that's exactly why they should constantly be making them all morning long. Don't wait until you've run out (or down to your last 2-3 in 1/4 of your flavour combos) before you throw another batch in to bake. I should not walk in and be told that there's a "10 minute wait" for the one item that I came in for, which is exactly what I was told this morning...That's just absurd! The food here was great, my order was taken by a nice girl named Nancy. She was very kind and explained all the orders after I asked what they were. Also she was patient was I stood in front of the register deciding what I wanted. She handed me exact change and took care of any of my extra needs I asked for my orders since I like my sandwiches in a certain way. Ordered 12 bagels and two buckets of cream cheese for rapid pick up on my way into my office one morning. Unfortunately I didn't realize the cream cheese wasn't with the bagels until I arrived at my office. Called them and the lady said the cream cheese doesn't go in the box but in a separate bag, I explained that there wasn't another bag with my order so I didn't know any better. Another lady got on the phone and I went thru the same thing with her. She said I would need to come back for the cream cheese. Mind you I am now at the office and explained I would have to clock out and drive 15-20 minutes one way to pick them up. I asked if I could pickup from the location closest to my office and after some time she finally said fine just go in and explain and they are not suppose to deny any customer request. Well she was right in that they didn't deny my request for my missing cream cheese and apologized. So slow...! We used the kiosk to place our order and still waited almost 20 minutes for our food. There was no sense of urgency by the staff to try and speed things up. We had 6 people come here for lunch today. Everyone enjoyed their food. Management is nice. Line went very quickly even though they were busy. Food was good. My only thought for improvement is the one table that could seat us all together was taken. There is no place for 6 people to sit together except one table. I left hungry :( Terrible service. Idk who the manager on duty was. But absolutely useless. I ordered half an avocado chicken sandwich.. The avocado was nowhere near ripe enough to put on a sandwich. I could barely cut through it with my knife. I also tried the bread bowl for the first time. Terrible idea. There is one scoop of soup in this small hole of a big bun. All my soup was soaked up when I got it. Even help it upside down to see nothing drip out... My girlfriend got the broc & cheese soup with a Greek salad. Salad didn't have the Croutons So, with that being said. I took my sandwich back.. We kept the soup and salad.. I could have thrown it at someone and been charged with handling a weapon.. The line cook, simply said all avocados are like that. Sorry. Not acceptable I asked for my money back They insisted in making me another sandwich. I insisted on not wanting another sandwich. What ticked me off so much is that the manager just told the cashier they are out of avocados at 7:00 pm after I complained.. So you served them all day like that? He was useless. Absolutely the worst customer service. The employee was more interested in completing her side work than take our order. We arrived over an hour before closing! We were asked if we were paying with cash or credit. We told her credit so she instructed us to use the kiosk since only cash orders were being taken at the register! Don't know if that's company policy but that's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! I used to LOVE PB. But when I happened into the Ladies Room one day, I said "never again!" You could tell it never gets a through cleaning. Some weeks later I visited another PB in a different location, and the same thing...very dirty restroom. The employees use these restrooms, then make our food. UGH!
