Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken
Nolan H.

I have came to this Panera now 3x for travel for work. Probably one of the best Panera's I have been to.

Spinach and artichoke soufflé
Lisa C.

Ate a quick breakfast here and it was good. The person who took my order was helpful and friendly. Only reason I didn't give another star is because there weren't any fresh fruit cups available. The soufflé was good. Tasted fresh. Flaky crust and filling tasted great! Drank a self-serve beverage. Lots of choices at the Panera. Dining area was very clean! Beverage area clean too. Will definitely eat at the Panera location again.

Pickle stuffed in there somewhere.

Literally the worst Panera experience ever and another nail in the coffin for the fast casual food service industry. The Era of Pan is over. After three long days with a sick child at home, we decided to give ourselves a break from cooking and Door Dashed some Panera. My chicken salad "sandwich" was slopped together with such disdain I was questioning if I actually received what I ordered or if someone accidentally dropped a salad with some bread into some deli wrap. See pictures below of what Panera markets vs what I actually ordered. There was more lettuce than chicken with very little of it actually being located between the bread. The pickle was stuffed in there too somewhere. For an $11 menu item, YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. For what we paid and received, your money would be better spent on a meal prep delivery service or just going to the grocery store.

Dirty

This Paneras is severely understaffed and most of the staff is still learning. The eating area is dirty and not maintenances. They almost had a fire in the pizza oven while we where there, smoke everywhere. Soda on the floor in front of the soda machine, garbage on the floor. Macarons cheese took over 40 minutes for a to go order. Restaurant was not busy. In addition, we thought we ordered macaroni and cheese. What we got for $10. Was a half a slice of bread with a small layer of macaroni and cheese inside the bread and another half a piece of bread on the other side of the thin layer of macaroni and cheese. I wish I had taken a photo but I was driving when my son opened up the bag to eat it. Unbelievable! The owner was nowhere to be found even though the restaurant was understaffed.

Two For You- turkey chili and Asian sesame salad. Surprisingly decent portions.

I don't really see the point in reviewing fast food/fast casual places, but when Panera has placed themselves in the price point that they have, they should be reviewed with the expectation that they provide good food and good service. Unfortunately, that wasn't the experience that my husband and I had when we visited for lunch on a weekday. We both ordered the You Pick Two- I ordered a half soup and salad and my husband ordered a half soup and sandwich and we both got a drink. It had been a while since we had eaten at a Panera, and I was quite shocked when the bill came to almost $40. I mean we probably could have sat down at a restaurant, been waited on, and gotten lunch specials for cheaper. Our food took a while, the drink station was a mess- the Diet Pepsi was out of syrup. The place was a total disaster. It was filthy, things weren't kept up- like things were damaged. Honestly, it felt gross to sit in there and have lunch and that's a shame. Especially when (as stated before) they've put themselves in another price bracket. The only reason that I didn't give them 1 star is because the food was fine. It wasn't spectacular, certainly not worth what we paid, but there was nothing actually wrong with it. My husband and I both got the turkey chili, and he got a sandwich (I don't remember which) and I had the Asian Sesame salad. The food feels very not fresh. It definitely cured me of ever wanting to eat at a Panera again. Unfortunate.

the remake. That dark stuff is apparently the basil? It's wilted lettuce and like 2 slices of tomato.

The only reason for the 2 stars is I love their Autumn soup. Anyway. What the hell Panera? I ordered DoorDash and got the Caprese sandwich. I'll include photos of what THEY advertise and what I received. I called because the sandwich was a joke and everything was missing, the manager was very friendly but I ordered DoorDash because my daughter isn't feeling well. I bundled her up and we went and picked up a new sandwich and I brought my old one to show them. All she said was oh there is someone new back there. She wasn't rude or anything but barely said anything and then , the new one that she personally made had all the ingredients but still wasn't even close to being good let alone worth $13. How do you guys have a measley 2.6 rating but nothing ever gets better what's the point of yelp reviews? If you want to offer subpar food then change your prices to reflect that. Was my basil fried? Why was it 1/4th of an inch big and shriveled and black? What had a faint taste of chemicals? I'm done with Panera I'll make my own autumn soup lol

Sits right above the food the assemble.

Could use some cleaning and tlc . The food monitors that sit above their food assembly line are filthy. Light fixture are falling down, and all the mats are trip hazards. Ceiling tiles are water damaged. Chair condoms look disgusting and used. Just get tables that don't nick the chairs. Or replace furniture that past it lifetime.

This is how it looked!

I got the Panzanella with chicken and it was divine. Very filling. The bottle prices were excellent. My husband loved his dish, which was the risotto special... I believe it had seafood in it. Everyone really enjoyed their dishes and the portions were enough. They had an excellent bar menu, though we just stuck with wine. Our server was very attentive and had lots of recommendations. I loved seeing a traditional carbonara on the menu as well... Often, a restaurant will just make this with a cream sauce and call it "carbonara", which is so wrong that it makes my Italian ancestors turn over in their graves. Though I did not get the carbonara this time, I will certainly try it next time. We also saw waiters preparing the table side, Cacio E Pepe, which looked really fun, but ultimately, I felt it was priced more for the experience than the actual food so I did not get that. We had reservations at 8:15 but arrived at 7:45 (planning on waiting at the bar for our friends to arrive ) and they were able to seat us right away. We also got a welcome bubbly drink upon arrival which was such an unexpected, fun, and friendly touch! The servers are very professional, but down to earth. I would absolutely love to come back and try the chef's table.

The food is very good. We tried three different wing flavors. The house made buffalo, the Thai chili, and the citrus jerk wings. They fell off the bone and were delicious. I would have to say the best wings I've had, these really did stand out, and would say they are worth trying. They are a bit pricier than other places wings, but the flavor is there. What we really came here for was the burger, we've been trying every place that the Akron Beacon Journal did a tournament for to determine our own favorite, without nostalgia influencing our decisions. The burger was fantastic. The meat is seasoned well and the bread was soft and fluffy. The sauce tasted homemade and unique, but didn't take away from the burger. The pickles on it as well are homemade or made from a company nearby, but they're also very good and different than any you get at the store. I will definitely be back. This was very good on a day where we stopped at 3 places and this happened to be the last.
