This location is pitiful. I am a regular at Panera Bread. Several months ago we ordered takeout and we were missing food and the food we did get was not correct. I called in to get a credit for the next time we came back to this location. Upon coming in to get our credit the next time, the assistant manager Jessica was unfriendly and had awful customer service. The cashier was more of a help than her. They never once apologized for messing up our food prior. Our next meal was just as bad, my bacon was undercooked and hardly enough turkey on the sandwich. My tea also was not sweetened. I will NOT be coming back to this location!! read more

AWFUL. My family called and ordered delivery, 30 mins after our food was supposed to be delivered we called and asked where it was. They proceeded to tell us they don't have delivery and that our food was sitting out and we could pick it up instead. We pickup our food and asked if there were 4 sauces in the bag and they responded yes. We only received two and both sandwiches had no sauce on them. They would also not refund the delivery fee. I thought I knew what to expect when walking into this Fairlawn Panera. moderately priced cafe food and espresso drinks, along with a panel of yummy looking pastries I can't eat. I never expected to have my computer stolen and a hot dad named Scott to come to my rescue. I did what I always do when I walk into a Panera; I scope out the lamps. I've found that the only outlets in Panera are usually located near a floor lamp. I found one near a corner and planted myself for some internet surfing and yelp browsing. After getting to the bottom of my Dr. Pepper, I needed to use the restroom. Normally, I pack up my belongings and bring them in with me. But, today I'd been particularly friendly with the table of churchgoing ladies next to me. I decided to leave my computer and just make a run to the restroom. When I came out, I saw the group of women clustered around the windows, all busy talking. Next thing I know, this tall, athletically built 40ish looking guy in a blue polo and khaki shorts comes rushing into the dining area. He heads towards us and hands me my computer! Apparently, a hoodlum lifted my Toshiba laptop and took a run for it. The ladies at the adjacent table made a fuss and this guy, waiting in line for an iced cappuccino went off after him. He said all he had to do is grab him by his shirt and pull it from his hands! I offered to buy him his coffee. I used my Panera card to get the points for the purchase, of course. Too bad Scott was married. I made sure to check his ring finger. The fun parts of this review may or may not be a figment of my imagination as I type this in Panera. read more

While the food is always good, the staff is the worst. No one has any personality. Everyone just seems like they would rather be literally anywhere else. I get that it's work, which is never your choice place to be, but they could at least smile. Say hi. At least seem happy to see you. The menu knowledge is also not the best. I love Panera, and I eat here all the time. Just wish the staff was friendly. read more

The customer service at this location was horrible. Ordered a cup of soup, received and paid for a bowl; ordered one kind of soup and received a different kind; and had to go back and ask for a spoon for the soup. No apologies for any of it and they acted as though we were bothering them. I will not return. read more

No matter which Panera location you visit, the service and the selections are consistently very good and satisfying. The lunch variety allows you to "Pick 2" with a soup/sandwich combo, or a selection of other items. Some great choices to pick from, order processing is efficient and prices are reasonable. Rapid Pick up is very convenient, and is ready to pick up when you specify the time online. The stores are clean, and the service is friendly and helpful. If you have a My Panera card, you are rewarded with free items on frequent visits. Enjoy. read more

Her recent competitors find her to be rude, impolite, and unapproachabbbbble. Which is why she holds title as the heavy weight "general manager"! If that's not enticing then just wait to you hear how she performs in the ring. Recently an opponent approached the fire breathing dragon requesting for granola to top of their yogurt. Immediately her nostrils flared, and she eluded to project the word "No" three times. The opponent attempted to reason with her by offering to pay for the mere morsels, however the request , was found to be despicable. Tracey exclaimed that "there was simply no way for her to ring it in"! At this point the audience went wild , and was waiting to see how the opponent would recover from such hard blow. A person form the audience shook her head in disbelief. I could see the assistant manager wanted to intervene, but due to the fear of Tracy she kept quite, with her cheeks flushed. Alas the opponent could only take the coffee they had previously purchased, and quickly run out the door , to avoid the looks of discomfort , and utter whispers from disbelief. Tracey continued to mangle orders for the upcoming rush ,and gave no eye contact for remorse. I've always thought Panera took the high road with regard to healthy living and environmental responsibility. Recently, however, Panera abandoned it's environment-friendly paper packaging for take-out meals (such as salads) and is now using PLASTIC. Ironically, the day I took home my salad in a plastic container, our local paper reported that the "Great Pacific Garbage Patch" is now twice the size of Texas and is carrying 87 TONS of PLASTIC!! Now I will get my take-out salads from Whole Foods, which only uses PAPER! read more

It's okay...better than the Montrose location but the staff is not very friendly and I get frustrated when there's a bunch of employees behind the counter standing around and having to wait in a line to place an order as a customer. read more
