Is it just me, or has every Panera gone down hill? The restaurant was pretty dirty and the wait was long. One teenager was working hard behind the counter preparing our order, while others hung around in the back and chatted. The food was fine- at this point, Panera has become simply fast food that is a bit healthier than burgers. The grilled cheese is horrible - cheap cheese barely melted between two pieces of bread. I used to love that sandwich, what happened? Overall, I wouldn't avoid this place if someone in your party is craving Panera. Panera is already notorious for sending a cup amount of soup when ordering a bowl via delivery, but I never thought I'd eat in a store that put a cup volume of soup in a bowl and then claimed it was "normal" (it's literally the same amount of soup in a cup another member of our group ordered). It was my first time at this location. I decided to dine in. I really enjoyed the souffle, and I've had it several times in the past. The tables needed to be cleaned, and the floor needed a sweep. The oatmeal was a first time for me and it was meh. Not disgusting, but definitely won't order it again. If I hadn't paid five US dollars for a bowl, I may have just had a few bites. As I was leaving, I decided to go to the bathroom. The restroom smelled of neglect and strong urine. The trash was empty, so an employee must have come in there. It could use a good mop and also some disinfectant spray. The employee who took my order was very nice and my spinach and bacon souffle was tasty. read more

Ate a quick breakfast here and it was good. The person who took my order was helpful and friendly. Only reason I didn't give another star is because there weren't any fresh fruit cups available. Literally the worst Panera experience ever and another nail in the coffin for the fast casual food service industry. The Era of Pan is over. After three long days with a sick child at home, we decided to give ourselves a break from cooking and Door Dashed some Panera. My chicken salad "sandwich" was slopped together with such disdain I was questioning if I actually received what I ordered or if someone accidentally dropped a salad with some bread into some deli wrap. See pictures below of what Panera markets vs what I actually ordered. There was more lettuce than chicken with very little of it actually being located between the bread. The pickle was stuffed in there too somewhere. For an $11 menu item, YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. For what we paid and received, your money would be better spent on a meal prep delivery service or just going to the grocery store. read more

This Paneras is severely understaffed and most of the staff is still learning. The eating area is dirty and not maintenances. They almost had a fire in the pizza oven while we where there, smoke everywhere. Soda on the floor in front of the soda machine, garbage on the floor. Macarons cheese took over 40 minutes for a to go order. Restaurant was not busy. In addition, we thought we ordered macaroni and cheese. What we got for $10. Was a half a slice of bread with a small layer of macaroni and cheese inside the bread and another half a piece of bread on the other side of the thin layer of macaroni and cheese. Got a broccoli cheese breadbowl, greek salad, and a chai tea...$35!!! Ok, nvm the price even...the food was TERRIBLE. The sourdough tasted like it was 3 days old, hard as rock on outside and completely dried out on the inside. The baguettes were as dense as a non-risen bread, and the soup was extra runny...BLECH. I don't know what happened to Panera, seems to be nationwide? Ever since the takeover a years ago... But hey, when you're focused on higher and higher profits and a shrinking customer base, well, the result is you raise prices and cut back on quality. Never again. I don't really see the point in reviewing fast food/fast casual places, but when Panera has placed themselves in the price point that they have, they should be reviewed with the expectation that they provide good food and good service. Unfortunately, that wasn't the experience that my husband and I had when we visited for lunch on a weekday. We both ordered the You Pick Two- I ordered a half soup and salad and my husband ordered a half soup and sandwich and we both got a drink. It had been a while since we had eaten at a Panera, and I was quite shocked when the bill came to almost $40. I mean we probably could have sat down at a restaurant, been waited on, and gotten lunch specials for cheaper. Our food took a while, the drink station was a mess- the Diet Pepsi was out of syrup. The place was a total disaster. It was filthy, things weren't kept up- like things were damaged. Honestly, it felt gross to sit in there and have lunch and that's a shame. Especially when (as stated before) they've put themselves in another price bracket. The only reason that I didn't give them 1 star is because the food was fine. It wasn't spectacular, certainly not worth what we paid, but there was nothing actually wrong with it. My husband and I both got the turkey chili, and he got a sandwich (I don't remember which) and I had the Asian Sesame salad. The food feels very not fresh. The only reason for the 2 stars is I love their Autumn soup. Anyway. What the hell Panera? I ordered DoorDash and got the Caprese sandwich. I'll include photos of what THEY advertise and what I received. I called because the sandwich was a joke and everything was missing, the manager was very friendly but I ordered DoorDash because my daughter isn't feeling well. I bundled her up and we went and picked up a new sandwich and I brought my old one to show them. All she said was oh there is someone new back there. She wasn't rude or anything but barely said anything and then , the new one that she personally made had all the ingredients but still wasn't even close to being good let alone worth $13. How do you guys have a measley 2.6 rating but nothing ever gets better what's the point of yelp reviews? If you want to offer subpar food then change your prices to reflect that. Was my basil fried? After getting a haircut, this is the perfect place to get a nice lunch. Food, service, and ambience is good.

Could use some cleaning and tlc . The food monitors that sit above their food assembly line are filthy. Light fixture are falling down, and all the mats are trip hazards. Ceiling tiles are water damaged. Chair condoms look disgusting and used. Just get tables that don't nick the chairs. Or replace furniture that past it lifetime. read more

I ordered a Avocado Turkey BLT, and soup. When I tried to take the sandwich out of the bag, the it completely fell out of the wrapping paper and into the bag. I called the store and spoked to the manager about the issue. I explained that the sandwich wasn't wrapped properly, and the stuff needs to do a better job wrapping the food. She said that, she would talk to her staff about it. I was expecting to asked, how can we make this right? Or please come back for another sandwich. Or we will refund for the sandwich. The pastries and coffee are good...pricey, but good. The service sucks....Except for the two young men with longish hair, who were busting their asses for customers. The rest of the staff must have gone to customer avoidance classes. They seemed to be doing any little unnecessary job to avoid the lines of customers. Meanwhile the two guys were scrambling to serve customers. One of them finally took his lunch break, and while we watched he saw that a coffee urn was empty. he immediately put down his food, went to the customer and told him he'd be right back, and got the new urn in place before finishing his well deserved break. I received a box lunch as part of a lunch and learn. I picked the Sierra Turkey which is an asiago bread, turkey with greens and onion. The turkey looks like they sliced it on the thinnest setting and it's a log roll. Think Buddig 79 cent pack, only you get about 3 slices. This in NOT something I would order again EVER. Very clean, with a large eat in area or patio. Convenient location near lots of shopping as well. I stopped in for a quick sandwich on the go and was greeted with friendly service. I waited only about 5 minutes for my sandwich- I ordered the Tuna Salad in tomato basil bread which was delicious! Definitely my favorite bread that they offer. If you've never had it, add to your list! My sandwich was served with a dill pickle spear and a bag of their own brand potato chips which were very thick and crunchy. This is my second complaint within a 2 week period for this location. I am battling a cold and soup sounded best for dinner tonight. My husband and I both ordered French onion soup and steak and white cheddar sandwich. The soup had zero cheese and no croutons came with our order. Our sandwiches each had two small slices of steak, no red onions and no cheese. I'm sorry but this is absolutely ridiculous. I know Panera has a process of double checking a mobile order and they clearly did not do that. But also, the cooks clearly are not trained or they clearly just don't care. I am not exaggerating when I say that my order is incorrect EVERYTIME I order from this location. Not sure why I keep coming back. I would love to hear back from Panera about these issues. read more

This place is one of my favorites to come to. The food always seems to be fresh and made relatively quickly. One of their best sandwiches is the Chipotle chicken panini, I seem to keep coming back to it. The atmosphere is always quiet, clean and pleasant.
