The online ordering was easy and my lunch was ready way before the designated pick up time. I ordered the italian panini & wow was it delicious! I was excited to see a great selection of soups, sandwiches, salads, and pitas on the menu. I ended up ordering the falafel pita and a small matzo ball soup, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they carried Poppi, the gut-friendly soda, which is always a plus. And I treated myself to a little baklava as well. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The falafel was flavorful, the pita was soft and warm, and the soup was comforting and well-seasoned. Overall, a great spot with friendly service and tasty food.

For my meal I got the chicken Dante, which Chelsea explained was their version of a chicken Marsala. It was delicious! Honestly I could have eaten a bowlful of just the mushrooms. It really hit the spot. The restrooms were clean. They've done remodeling recently (I think there was a fire?) and it is a really cool vibe.

The building is beautiful! However, we tried to order the pretzel and they were out so we got the fries, which are more Mexican- they were good but not quite what I was looking for. Our friend tried to order the Brie appetizer, which was also out. He ended up with the quesadilla- which again was average but not what we were looking for. They were out of the goulash so I went with the Reuben pizza (not particularly what you think of during Oktoberfest) and I hate to say it but it was not good. 1000 island and horseradish sauces are very overwhelming tastes and they put so much on top of the other ingredients, I couldn't taste anything else. We tried to order the pumpkin cheesecake and.... It was also out. I understand they were busy and I felt bad for our server who had to keep coming back and telling us they were out of something almost every time we ordered something. Finally, it was pretty loud, which maybe it isn't always that way but I had a hard time hearing even our server. We are glad we went to check it out but unfortunately, I think it's a one and done for us.

However, the bathroom looked like a crime scene. It was awful. To top it off , after having to touch certain things within the bathroom, there was zero soap to wash my hands. Thankfully there was some hand sanitizer where you place your order. I've been in cleaner restrooms at truck stops in West Virginia. Then were the prices. I get it everything is expensive now, but $17 for a medium sized sandwich and two cans of Pepsi seemed a bit much for me. Throw in some fries or chips or something. You can customize your orders, do group orders, and all of this via their website. I usually get this when in a pinch, I.E cannot escape the clutches of work and need food to refuel the geek session I am partaking in. So when that comes to play, typically a group order is launched off, everyone pays their own, and it is sent over. But even if I need one single sandwich, they will still deliver. Visiting the shop is no different, the sandwich is made before you finish telling them your complete order, I Kid you not. These people whip out sandwiches like Jesse Pinkman and Walter White cook up the blue stuff! Talking efficient and having you coming back for more. Overall, not a bad spot at all.
