Very efficient staff. I ordered my drink and sandwich and a few moments later my food was ready. Barely had time to finish filling my drink cup and presto....had my food. Appreciated the efficiency because I had more time to enjoy my lunch break. The iced tea is really good here too it's fresh brewed, and both sweet and unsweet are available. I have never been to a place where the person taking orders is eating while taking your order. The guy was chewing his sandwich while taking the order. Anyway, I was more interested in getting my sandwich . The first byte of it made me realized that the bread is not fresh. seriously, Bread is the main part of any sandwich and giving not fresh bread to your customers is not acceptable. I love Jimmy Johns. This location now officially sucks! Third time in a row that the bread was hard and toppings non existent. We ask for extra hot peppers and they always put NO hot peppers. It seems to be intentional. I hope the franchise owner sees this and takes notice. If this new methodology of making your signature sandwich is not intentional, then your new employees are simply lazy and don't care. We will be taking our business bAck to Subway!! Terrible Service. Placed order 1:44 pm for 1 sandwich and a bag of chips for delivery less than 1/2 mile from store. Called store at 2:03 was told they would be there within another 20 minutes (That's 39 minutes btw). Called store again at 2:24 asked for a manager. He was extremely rude. Told me they only had 1 driver and they're doing their best. No apoolgy just told me it was on the road. Keep in mind the Jimmy Johns is less than 1/2 mile from my store. Driver finally arrived at 2:30, 46 minutes after ordering. Guy just hands me the bag and doesn't say ONE WORD to me. I had foolishly even tipped him 25% at time of order. Couldn't even eat because I only get half hour for lunch and despite ordering 15 minutes before I clocked out, my lunchtime was over. To recap, it took 46 minutes for a sandwich and chips to be delivered a 1/2 mile away, I paid .90 for delivery and tipped $2.29. Despite those factors TWO separate people were VERY rude to me. I am still in shock this place will straight up deliver ONE single sandwich to your door and do it under 10-15 mins. How could you not like that! They do tote on being "freaky fast", then again it is likely because most of the drivers are pushing the "NOS" button on their steering wheel. Don't worry, you'll get it when Brian O'Conner comes screaming around the corner with your sandwich in under 15 minutes.... Hey I'm for it, got my sammy here super quick! You can hear the exhaust, blow off valve, and see the wing miles away... it like a personal alarm "your sandwich is around the corner sir" The sandwiches are good, they have a pretty good selection of items. You can customize your orders, do group orders, and all of this via their website. I usually get this when in a pinch, I.E cannot escape the clutches of work and need food to refuel the geek session I am partaking in. So when that comes to play, typically a group order is launched off, everyone pays their own, and it is sent over. But even if I need one single sandwich, they will still deliver. Visiting the shop is no different, the sandwich is made before you finish telling them your complete order, I Kid you not. These people whip out sandwiches like Jesse Pinkman and Walter White cook up the blue stuff! Talking efficient and having you coming back for more. Overall, not a bad spot at all. If you need a quick sandwich delivered in quarter mile times, Or even if you just need to stop in and get a quick bite, Jimmy John's is certainly going to serve one up for you. read more

Terrible service. Made my sandwich with old lettuce. Had them remake it which they did but basically threw it at me when I asked them for new lettuce. Ended up with no lettuce cause they couldn't get new. And on top of that tried to reuse part of the sandwich with brown lettuce on it. This place used to be great. But not anymore. I work right around the corner from this jimmy johns I placed my order at 11:30 and did not get my food until 12:48 for a place that quotes "Subs so fast you'll freak this is completely unacceptable.
