I ordered my food via drive through and as soon as I pulled up to the window I notice the 82 health score. Yikes! I said out loud, almost driving off right then. What the hell do they have going on in there to get damn near a C health score?? That was unacceptable by my usual standards but still I ordered the green passion smoothie and a half sandwich and waited patiently. The smoothie was over $6 so I'm thinking it should be a decent size medium at that price....only to find out that that was a kid's meal sized cup. The sandwich was sparsely filled, bread to contents ratio completely askew. I was better off just ordering bread because that's pretty much all I got for almost $7. Being that this was my first experience at Panera I don't think I'd ever return. I'll stick with Jason's Deli and get my smoothies from Jamba Juice. The men's room was so disgusting, I am unsure if it had ever been cleaned. Even the soap dispenser was covered in built up grime. The rest of the restaurant was also neglected. The floors and counters were caked in filth. There is no way this restaurant passes a health inspection. I can only imagine how unclean the food prep areas are. I will never return. I'm surprised I didn't get food poisoning. I recommend skipping this location until it replaces the management. read more

Twice, I say again , TWICE I ordered dinner for my wife and me with a flatbread pizza as my entree. TWICE, THAT IS TWICE, the pizza was not delivered. Their 'manager' tried to blame DoorDash. This was my first time at a Panera bread and I must say that I was not impressed. My girlfriend ordered a salad and half BLT with Avocado and ham, there was no bacon or avocado when she asked about it they said they were out of it. I ordered a Asian salad with grilled chicken it was all lettuce 1 piece of grilled chicken Asian dressing no crispy noodles or almonds. I wanted to know what the big deal was about this place she said she has never had this experience before it was clearly the location. There was only 2 customers they were helping us and another person and it took forever, had 5 employees there and only one person working everyone else was standing around talking including the manager. First....when you drive up to the window to place your order, the automatic system respond, PANERA is closed for the evening, when in fact they are not. So I went into the store to discover a mess and a great concern with health issues. There was baked goods all over and near the register on tall rolling trays. I asked the young lady why did they have those goods near the register , uncovered when a customer had just came in coughing like she has COVID. The employee replied " that's just how they do things around here". I stated to her that I felt my health safety was at stake and would not come back with food sitting out in the public area. I called the manager and she stated" well, what you do suggest we do with the baked goods. I calmly said" cover them up". When a customer walk in the door, I do not wish to see bread, cookies and muffins sitting on a rolling tray in the front of the store near the counter and where the employee register is located. I informed the Manager that I was going to write a review in hope that this company take COVID issues serious. Some customers who came into the store had on a mask while other did not. Mainly the fact that anytime a patrón orders a latte the machine is down. I have been going here for the last 2 months and the machine appears to be out of order yet it appears on the menu that u can order lattes.. I wouldn't give this place 1 star if I didn't have too. This Panera location is my local Panera and I have ordered from them via DoorDash or Uber eats a few times. Today I decided to use the drive thru being that I was already outside. I ordered a spinach and artichoke soufflé which the person on the speaker said they didn't have any more of any soufflés available. So I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado wrap and a large passion papaya green tea. With only 2 vehicles ahead of me it took me about 8 minutes to get to the window. After I paid it took about another 8-10 minutes to receive my order. The young lady at the window was nice, I took my bag and put it in the passenger seat. I arrived home still in my car I picked up the bag and there was a ROACH sitting right on top of my wrap. I immediately opened the door and dropped the bag on the floor outside and saw the roach run across the wrap to the bottom of the bag. Completely disgusted and extremely terrified of roaches, you can imagine how upset I was. I immediately called the location requested to speak with a manager whom gave me a refund and reassured me that this has never happened before and that they don't have bug issues. I decided to look up the reviews one more time and came across another review saying they found a bug in their food. I will be contacting corporate and the health department. This location is okay, but because of the few things I've encountered, I took a star away. I occasionally come here to pick up bagels or food for work. When you come in at 6AM to grab bagels, you actually have to wait about 10 minutes so they can ring you up since I guess it's too early in the morning. The bagels here are good, but I'm especially in love with their seasonal pumpkin pie bagel. The one time their bagel cutter broke, the lady had to cut them all by hand, which I didn't mind. But when I took the bagels out, not a single one was sliced completely through and they were so uneven. I should have cut them myself. I had to pull out a knife and cut them myself. They also ran out of the cream cheese I wanted, which I think was weird, since it was only a wednesday. The one time I ordered food for 3 people, I went through their online system and set pick up in an hour. I prepaid online as well. I show up, the food isn't there and wait another 5 minutes. I ask them if it's ready and they say almost. I'm still waiting and I find out that the food is just sitting by the cashier and no one said anything. It was just hanging out while I was waiting. The worst thing is that I showed up at 6AM to buy bagels for my office and I was told no bagels would be available for 30 minutes. These are just too many disappointments for one location read more

Could we PLEASE get some competent management at this store location? PLEASE. A complete Charlie Foxtrot since the day they opened. Slow, nearly always out of something I order (can't keep fruit cups in stock?). At the drive-thru they will swap one item for another and not tell you e.g. old scrambled sheet egg instead of fresh over-easy, or a yogurt cup instead of a fruit cup. Do not pay until they have your bag ready and show you the items. They seriously owe me like three breakfast sandwiches because it took them so long to make them that I wouldn't wait any longer and drove off without a sandwich I paid for. Start your day with a fifteen-minute drive-thru and a bag full of what you didn't want, or half of what you paid for. Update: I discovered that the Snellville store is on my way to work if I take a slightly different route. Flawless service, food, and cleanliness! I'm there M-F. Conyers: Never again. read more

This restaurant has turned into a place no one wants to eat. Dirty tables and restaurant. Employees are angry and not social. The food preparation area is loud and noisy with employees yelling and laughing which can be head thru out the restaurant. ( The quality of employees has declined to rock bottom ) The food takes forever to get and it often may not be what was ordered. I ordered soup and was given soup without a spoon. The Panera employees stated they were out of spoons and do the best I could without a spoon. She did not offer a refund or another item which could be eaten without a spoon. I put the soup in the trash can and went to Chic Filet. This use to be one of the best restaurants in Conyers, GA and you had to wait to get in the front door. Weirdest Panera Bread I've ever been to. They make you make your own coffee... which is fine if you just want standard iced coffee but I wanted caramel iced coffee with whipped cream like they make it at ANY other Panera bread. This Panera has been the worst one I have been to. I waited on my food for 45 minutes after ordering. A big fat dude stuck his fingers all in my flatbread pizza while I'm standing at the counter. Visited here because I needed something healthy after the gym. Saw it and jetted to the drive thru. There was an extremely nice guy taking my order. I didn't catch his name. When I pulled around, he was very engaging. He reminded me to use my Panera card and informed me of my free items pending. There was a short wait for my food since I had a special order. He asked me to pull up and brought my food out in about 3 minutes. The food was fresh and I completely devoured it. Try this location. You won't be disappointed. Yesterday I tried this Panera location again - and was very pleasantly surprised!!! I kept hoping it would turn into a great lunch option eventually. They really had their act together during the lunch rush. The girl taking my order was quite pleasant and smiled, and they had several persons taking meals to tables instead of you having to wait by the bar for it. Don't waste your money at this location. The portions are seriously lacking. I gave them a chance at breakfast and received one half of a piece of bacon on my sandwich. Went for lunch and ordered the pick two. My turkey avocado blt had one small piece of turkey it covered half of the bread and again received one half a piece of bacon. According to the store's stock photos on Yelp there should be much more product. I can't justify paying $10 for a sandwich with little to almost no meat and toppings when I can go to Subway for a $5 foot long and some seriously good broccoli cheese soup. This location needs to focus more on checking to make sure the order is accurate before giving it to customers and the portion size is what you pay for. This place is so consistently awful that I have no words. I've tried this at different times since it's opening YEARS ago and year over year it just doesn't get any better. Placed a curbside order, let them know I was there and waited like an idiot after arriving as though someone would actually bring it to me. I finally walked inside to see it sitting in the counter. Brought the food home - margerita pizza was ice cold, missing basil, and flavorless. My Caesar salad had no croutons and one sliver of cheese. Frozen drink was melted. This place is so bad I would rather go 20 minutes out of my way before coming back. Truly the last shot. Not to mention the drive thru was closed for lack of staff - trust me there were plenty of staff members staff standing around the kitchen doing nothing when I walked in to retrieve my curbside order. I love the new flavored waters. I'm a salad lover. This location is pretty good. They work hard to fulfill the order quickly and kindly.

I cannot recommend this quality of food, as it is mainstream and is sourced from the same food production warehouses that all of the commercial chains use. The food is always subpar for my standards, but it is what the blind masses like to eat. My mother wanted to eat here after a doctors visit, and that was the only reason I set foot in this establishment. It was a clean facility, and decently staffed, but I cannot recommend food of this caliber. It is the same processed chemically laced food that is mass produced from various corporate sources. I visited the drive-thru one week ago today on my way to a client. I ordered a spinach bacon souffle and hot green tea. When I arrived to my destination I opened my souffle I noticed it was way too Dark practically burned. I immediately called and spoke with a young lady named Megan. She told me when I returned that breakfast would be on her. On my return to said client I stopped in to collect my breakfast only to be told that it would not honored because Megan was not in. No questioned to find what had occurred for Megan to make such an offer. They asked if I had the receipt, which because I was told to just let them know Megan ok'd it. Numerous issues with incomplete orders for rapid pick up - delivery that takes more than two hours past the time THEY SAID it would be delivered - staff that seems more concerned with having a good time than with filling orders. And the customer care team online isn't much better - promising a refund in 14 days and not getting it - but I can have my bank contact them and they can "track it down."
