People at home are sick and you need soup....what's your go to option? Panera bread!! Literally over the last week or 2, I tried 4 different soups and each of them were yummy. If you have no prefernce and like the tomato soup or chicken soup with wild rice, I would recommend the value meal as they come with a salad or sandwich and in 2022, they only cost you $6.99. (It was $5.99 in either 2021 or 2020 when they launched it at a few locations). I would definitely recommend panera instead of other fast food chains. I NEED TO REMIND MY SELF TO POST A PICTURE AND I FORGET AS ALL MY ORDETS ARE RAPID PICK UP. In addition last 2 times I bought the value meal instead of the soup alone and I gave my son the brown bag to go finish his soup and leave the sandwich after taking a bite ( he only wanted the soup), he takes the first bite and end up liking it and finishes up the whole sandwich!!

You pick two - broccoli mac and cheese (that was more like soup) and turkey avocado blt

I was distraught when I ordered my go-to panera order and it came out to close to 20 dollars. I couldn't believe it when I took my plate of the you pick two and the broccoli mac and cheese had hardly any noodles. There was a thick skin on top like it had been sitting out for a while, even though my food was ready a minute or two after ordering. The sandwich was good, but small, and didn't make up for the overall lack of comfort I'm used to finding when out to lunch. Came in hungry, left disappointed and 20 dollars poorer.

    Spicy chicken sandwich

The food quality at this Panera compared to others is horrible, chicken wasn't fried (visibly reheated multiple times) and both meals were cold, there was also a film over broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese. It's worth driving to a better panera. We did not interact with any service while we were there.

I ordered delivery from this location as I normally do but for some reason this experience was the worst of them all. I'm used to waiting a little bit longer than normal as I know this location is always busy - no matter the time of day. However, yesterday I waited OVER 90 minutes for my delivery of a measly two sandwiches a small Mac & cheese a bagel and an iced coffee. When my driver arrived he didn't even say anything in regards to why it took so long or even offering up an apology - NOTHING. By the time my food arrived my first instinct was to check the Mac and cheese to see if it was even still warm - not hot but warm, and no it wasn't even warm. My bread was stale and the ice in my iced coffee was completely melted. I then called the store number which because of "technical difficulties" I was directed to their customer care, not even getting to speak to someone at this specific location and waited on hold for thirty minutes to express my concerns. After speaking to a live voice and giving them my phone number I was told I'd receive a call back, I'm still waiting. Definitely won't be bothering to deal with this location again.

Not much too say about this place. When I went here, I got three bagels. The bagels were ok. Personally, I think you could get better bagels in places that are right around the corner. Also, the service here is pretty bad. I waited 15 minutes for those 3 bagels. So, I think you might want to avoid this Panera location.

You pick 2 (Mac and Cheeses and Greek Chicken Salad)

This location is very nice, I just don't really care for Panera itself. My wife likes Panera, so I go their with her from time to time. Their meals are not that big for quite a bit of money (relatively speaking). On my recent visit, I got their "You Pick 2" (combo meal) and I got macaroni and cheese and a greek chicken salad. The macaroni and cheese was small in size and the greek chicken salad was not that big either and paid roughly $10 for them both. Now that might not seem like a bad deal, but I can go to other restaurants in the area and pay less for more food. And not to mention, their portions don't really fill me up either. I will say that they are an okay place to go if it is cold out and you want some hot soup to have, but it is not my personal first choice.

We frequented this place over the past two weeks while taking care of a family member in their final stages of life. Pita and Olive became our family's go-to spot for comfort food. We all ordered various plates from kebabs, falafal, beef and lamb pitas, chicken bowl, and sides of their delicious rice. While running errands a few days ago I actually stopped in JUST to pick up a side of rice and a small cup of their creamy dill sauce (which tastes amazing on everything). Fresh ingredients that are seasoned beautifully and plates that are crafted to satisfy and bring happiness to your tummy and your heart. I want to thank Pita and Olive for providing us with nourishment during some pretty chaotic and sad times.

Similarly, the garlic mayo was excellent and it helped elevate the burger. In addition, the bun was fresh and enjoyable. My only problem with the burger was that the caramelized onions were undercooked. However, the burger was still very good. In like manner, the fries were pretty tasty as well. To enlighten, the fries were hot, crispy, and salted well. As a final point, The Exchange is a good restaurant with solid burgers and fries.

Bartender was friendly and responsive; we split the chicken bacon avocado sandwich and the bbq pulled pork mac. The chicken sandwich was nothing to write home about, but it wasn't bad either. The bun was a simple hamburger bun. The mac n cheese was top tier, came out piping hot and had a good amount of pulled pork and Cole slaw on it. Even between the two of us we had to take some home. Personally I would get regular Mac without the pulled pork next time. I also got a glass of the Italian pino Grigio which was pretty good and reasonably priced. Our meal came with free chips and dip, but we tried to hold out for the main course. I heard their burgers are divine, so I would come back for that and maybe get their home brewed beer. Even then, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated moment; it was the pattern throughout the evening. Conversations with coworkers & friends consistently took priority over customer service, leaving us feeling ignored despite the bar having very few customers. The food was still very good, but the level of attentiveness and professionalism from the bartender fell well below the standard.

Another friend, Pam, had highly recommended Emma Jayne's Restaurant which is only a couple of traffic lights from Trader Joe's - a perfect location for our trip. The restaurant sits just north of Fred the Butcher (next door, literally) for those who frequent that establishment, on Route 9. There is off-street parking. When we arrived at 12:30 p.m. on a Tuesday, the front parking spaces were full. (Note: there may be parking around back; I didn't check) We thought we might have to wait for a table. Wrong! The restaurant is surprisingly spacious with two large rooms furnished with tables that were thoughtful spaced apart. A photo of an adorable young girl, whom we assumed was the dining establishment's namesake, was on the wall. Let me be sure to mention that the ladies room, which smelled faintly of bleach, was spotless. I mean REALLY clean! About the food ... my friend and I shared an appetizer of Fried Calamari. It was an ample portion (took some home) accompanied by sweet chili sauce - a nice change from typical marinara served at other places. However, the calamari was small and overcooked. As a result, what was presented was a plate of small, overly crisp rings of 90% batter. No squid! For our entrees, Barb chose the Chicken Salad Sandwich. She requested that it be served on a pretzel bun (touted as homemade) for which we were hit with an up-charge of $3.50. The chicken salad had grapes and walnuts in it and Barb liked it very much. The up-charged pretzel roll did not appear to be homemade. Very disappointing. Had she known it would be uninspiring, she would have accepted the brioche roll. Macaroni salad - not very exciting - accompanied the sandwich along with a pickle. I love seafood and was torn between ordering the Fish and Chips (halibut) and Lobster Pot Pie (an appetizer). Our server, Drew, gets a gold star for suggesting the second one when I told him I wasn't a big eater. Apparently, the halibut, while highly recommended, is a sizable portion. The pot pie was superb! The rich, creamy sauce was divine. I couldn't eat it all and will enjoy the rest of it for lunch today. Emma Jayne's menu has something for everyone. Our server, Drew, was informative and attentive. While we may make other food choices (skip the calamari and pretzel bun but keep the pot pie), we will definitely return.
