I absolutely love everything about this Panera location! If I could come here every single day, I definitely would. You truly can't go wrong with any choice from the bakery, but the real star for me is the Madagascar Vanilla coffee--it's incredible. I honestly wish I worked remotely just so I could spend my mornings here. Since it's a newer spot, it's nice and quiet in the mornings, making it the perfect atmosphere. I've heard great things about their Sip Club/coffee subscription and will definitely be signing up on my next visit!

Very clean and friendly Panera, but just surprised how pricy everything is now. A plus is that they have a drive thru and mobile app for quick ordering/ pick-ups. But I must say it does take them a while to hand over one simple coffee. It's a great place to study or work, but make sure you connect to their free internet since the surrounding network is so bad. The best pricing is their value duet that includes half a sandwich and soup. Unfortunately they're unable to mix and match or add customizations. Most importantly they were hot and fresh, the baguette was great dipped into the soup.

Bad coffee...Seen here, Hazelnut coffee, with the last drops of almond milk and the last drop of half and half. Tossed it!

This is the worst Panera I've been to! I thought to myself, let me try this location on this beautiful Saturday morning! Worse decision! Gave our order, my daughter ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and I got a cinnamon roll and hazelnut coffee. The female who took our order said let me get the cinnamon roll for you and I stools there thinking she was going to give me my cinnamon roll...nope she walked away so I said ok it will come with our order. Still ,NO it wasn't on the tray when I went up to get it. So I made my coffee, no almond milk, no half and half...nothing all empty , are you kidding me! It's clean inside, could be maybe it was the time I came in, around 10 ish am. But it wasn't even busy. Sad ...I won't come to this one anymore, I'll go to the one at the Shoppes in Chino Hills even if this one is a block from me. Sad, do better!!

Was craving something light for lunch and saw this Panera was not too far from work. Placed an online order for pick-up for the You Pick 2. I got a soup and salad and the order was ready before I got there. I do like that this location has a drive through which is so convenient if you're just grabbing and going. I wanted to dine in and check out the inside, but I was in a rush to get back to work. My bread was soft and fresh and my salad was made the way I ordered it. I accidently ordered the wrong chicken soup and didn't realize until I got back to work, but that's my fault for not paying attention when ordering. Only interaction I had with the staff was in the drive through and he was really nice. This looks like a nice new location with a lot of options in the area and I'm glad this spot isn't too out of the way. Would definitely come again!

The Blueberry Bagel was smaller, lopsided, thin and had a huge hole.

I stopped in for two bagels togo and I have to say these were not up to Panera standards! The blueberry bagel was smaller and shaped really weird. It was not very thick, which made it tough in texture, it was lopsided and had the biggest hole in a bagel I've ever seen. The cinnamon crunch bagel was a little oddly shaped and smaller than other locations, but it was still good. The staff was really super friendly and helpful and everything looked clean and tidy so I gave an extra star. Because of my experience with those bagels, I would not return to this location.

Drive-Thru should really be for mobile orders only. I got stuck in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes waiting for my order because somebody ordered at the speaker.

This new location is so nice! They have a drive-thru (!), bright, clean dining room, and lots of parking outside. Ordered twice, pickup and to go. My pickup order was fresher and made a little better. In person the staff was friendly. I got food poisoning at a different Panera and have been skittish trying again but with two good visits I feel comfortable eating here. Great option for casual dining.

Food: fresh, good reprieve from the typical fast food breakfasts, lunch, etc . In between a fast food drive through and a sit down restaurant Service: good. Cashiers were friendly and attentive. Ambiance: casual, clean and modern

According to the big guy in the kitchen this is good amount of protein. Unbelievable
    Dmitry U.

According to the big guy in charge of the kitchen this is good amount of protein for $8 sandwich, which is 1/2 of what it used to be and 50% more cost. Unbelievable. When I asked the guy why is it 1/2 of a usual amount like before in my hometown, he said its because they did not weighted the protein and according to him it is 1 ounce of chicken. Less amount of egg as well. 2 small slices of avocado, but bunch of arugula. I've seen another family pissed off when checking their to go order as well. However my friend's to-go sandwiches were okay. Ambiance is okay, brand new building. This review is not bashing on this location but on the corporate greed of a company in general.

The beef was tender, flavorful, and came with a really tasty sauce. We actually liked it so much that we ordered another portion! We also tried the octopus stone pot bibimbap, Korean pancake, royal beef short ribs, cold noodles, and fried tofu. Everything was flavorful, and the cold noodles were especially refreshing after all the hot dishes. I had been here before when we were living in the LA area, so coming back after some time away made the meal feel a little more special. Sometimes it's nice to revisit a familiar restaurant and realize you still enjoy the food just as much. Overall, a great spot for Korean food in Chino Hills. I'd definitely come back again.

In a way, the food experience is very dependent on those you eat with and I have had a great time every time I come here. 3 stars only because I had a bad experience where I thought I included tip on the kiosk so when I went to leave, a woman ran after me and said "No tips?" with a laughing tone that we both knew was fake. And another bad experience that hinged on the trauma from the first time where after 5 minutes of sitting there with the receipt, I called over one of the workers to make sure I paid like I didn't just watch him slide my card into the kiosk and print out a receipt.

The banchan selection was also pretty limited, although what we got was okay. I wanted something else so also got the spicy bibim noodles but honestly it was by far one of the most disappointing things I have ordered in a Korean restaurant. Not the typical style I am accustomed to and honestly lacking in flavor. Do not get it! The restaurant was very busy and packed with people, so the service was actually okay considering how busy they were. Overall, I just didn't find anything that really made me want to come back. I'd probably choose BCD next time--even though I don't think it's anything spectacular either, I do think it's better than this place. And if I'm really craving good Korean tofu, I'd rather make the drive to LA for the real thing.

For our main dishes, we ordered the charbroiled pork and the ribeye stir-fry noodles. Both were excellent! The charbroiled pork was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the ribeye stir-fry noodles were perfectly seasoned and very satisfying. The food came out fresh, the portions were generous, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. We're glad we came back and tried something different because we were not disappointed. The broth temp was barely warm enough otherwise it would be 9/10. Spring rolls 6.5/10 It's a larger roll, so that's not a negative, but there is a significant amount of vermicelli noodles inside. Not too proportionate. The sauce is a little on the salty side, rather than flavor. Here are the negatives to why this review is 3 stars, should probably be a 2 star but the food was good. Young lady working was sick. She was clearing her throat audibly throughout my visit. Had an audible cough and sniffles during contact. She was handling the food, register, and orders. Please bang out sick if you don't feel well. The veggie plate for the pho was non existent. I had to ask for it. And when I did, she asked what parts of it I wanted. Not sure if that was normal or not here. Not the vibe I assume the owner wants to convey. They didn't bring me a spoon. But then I realized the utensils are at the table. Which made me realize there were no more spoons at my table container. Which led me to see the base of the spoon holder. See photo attached. Not horrible but definitely not clean. The male worker who sat me was chill and nonchalant, just like the young lady. They both weren't mean or rude in anyway. But they definitely weren't attentive or paying attention. The nonchalant chill vibes are only justified when you're too good at your job, where nothing gets past you. Dear owner, this is not a reach. Please review cameras if necessary. Your food is great. Especially for minimal competition in the area. I would actually come back with family and friends. I just must tell the truth and be critical as I am with all other restaurants. The family that came in after me, they also had to ask multiple times for the things they requested. Pros: food is good and worth it. Cons: service, utensil container, sick employee

I did not expect a plate full sides stuffed next to each other, was a bit messy at first but overall the taste of everything was refreshing. We ordered the seaweed salad, the bean curd salad, and the spicy pig ears. The dish that I ordered was the spicy Szechuan noodles which blew me away. The consistency of the noodles and the beef slices were exceptional. The bok choy was also very well prepared and added a nice crunch texture. This is also a sauced dish (although my initial thought was that I was going to be a soup) which to me didn't matter. The chili oil was very well prepared and flavor packed. Not only that, the portions were enormous. Some other dishes we ordered were the braised beef noodle soup which was hearty, rich, and comforting. We ordered the A10 as well, but that will take me a couple tries since the flavor was unfamiliar to me. Willing to come back and try more things as many times as it takes! This restaurant, like most of the reviews claim, is indeed a gem and I highly recommend it!
