One reason the restaurant is so popular is the bar area where they cook the pizzas and prepare the drinks is very inviting and blends into the dining room which spills into the outdoor patio. It is a very nice layout that creates an environment of hospitality. This is the second time I've eaten in as many locations and the service has been professional and good. Management takes time to make sure the staff is well trained. Although this is a chain, management takes great care to provide a good experience for the guests and everything seems homemade.

What arrived was cold pesto shrimp in a cold corn taco topped with a few black beans and pieces of corn. A combination that didn't work, and one I did not order. At that price point, I expected something much closer to what was advertised. I'd encourage the restaurant to update the menu photos and description to "taco" so future customers know what they're ordering. When I called, I was offered a refund only for the $6.89 shrimp upcharge, which didn't feel right given I couldn't eat the dish at all. I won't be ordering the Folded Flat again, but I hope this feedback is useful for others and for the team.
