My first experience at this place! I never knew this existed until today; I was so glad I tried it out. It was perfect for a lunch date with myself. The staff's very friendly, you can absolutely tell they love working here. I got the "Classic Carol" because, well, if it's my first time here I should try the classic. So good! I love CSC! Actually went out of my way this evening to eat there... when we arrived the cashier was visibly annoyed. He asked if we'd be dining in or carrying out and then informed us they closed in less than 15 minutes. We said dine in since we weren't close to home. He came by to let everyone in the dining room know that we had 5 minutes left before they closed. Then at 8pm he locked the door and said "it's 8 o'clock and you can no longer be here, I'm happy to get Carry out boxes for anyone that needs them." He was beyond rude. For starters, this restaurant chain has a stellar PR team! I found out about the opening day celebration and first week of events on local TV, as well as on Facebook. Their imaging, social media logos, and use of several means to spread the word launched them strong into this market. I was delighted to meet the founder and owner at their kick-off ceremony. She was down-to-earth, personable, and obviously driven. (Thank you for the samples and the year's-worth of promised chicken salad for being one of your first customers!) She called St. Louis "The North", which I loved. I do hope that this market works well for you all! The food has been fresh and delicious the two times I've visited.
