I love the Panera Bread chain of restaurants because typically you can find healthy options at a decent price and quality food. One of the perks about this Panera is that it has a drive thru which I find to be very convenient. The line moves fairly quickly for a drive thru. I can't really say much about their customer service since I've only visited the location via drive thru, but everytime I've gone they have been very patient and friendly. However I am giving them this rating because I feel it is important to practice order accuracy and I feel as though what you pay you don't always receive the amount of food you should. I visited the location yesterday and order a whole chicken Caesar salad and as big as that salad was they only gave two half containers of dressing not even being able to really taste the dressing once it's poured on. In addition to, that my other dissatisfaction was not receiving my chips that came with my salad especially after making sure to repeat what we wanted. read more

Why do we even come here? Was hoping for a better experience the second time around. I thought, maybe, just maybe the first time was a fluke. The first time waiting 25 mins for two sandwiches must have been some outlier. There is no way it could be that bad. They seemed busy. I'm a reasonable person. Ok, I'll give it another chance. Well, boy did I regret it. This time there was no line, it wasn't busy, and I had to wait 25 minutes for soup and a couple rolls. Soup! And then they forgot the hot chocolate for my child. Oh yeah, another 10 mins wait plus the time to get someone's attention that they forgot it. Yup, 40+ mins for two soups, some bread and hot chocolate with practically no one ahead of me. Maybe this is normal at Panera? I mean, maybe my expectations are too high? Chipotle and Subway are faster because the food is prepped. What is the comparison to Panera? Baja Fresh? AppleBees? Or maybe they are making the soup from scratch and I didn't realize that. Oh, and there is a drive-thru. Geez; if I was stuck in line in this drive-thru, I would have serious road rage waiting for people to cook the turkey, bake the bread and make my soup. if i could leave a zero i would. went in today ( 8/10/21) to get a pumpkin muffin and a smoothie. im in line getting a little antsy because theyre busy and they have one pumpkin muffin left that i can see. so, my eyes are on the pastries the whole time. someone ahead of me ordered a bearclaw. i watched the cashier go to pick up the bearclaw and at least 5-6 gnats flew off of it. and everyone knows if you can see gnats theyre pretty big gnats. the cashier and myself locked eyes when she jumped back from all the flies that came off the pastry. so, i knowwwww she saw me, see her, see those gnats come off that bear claw and she still picked it up and gave it to a customer. i walked out. didnt cause a scene. just left! read more

This Panera use to be a place to get a good quality sandwich. The last couple of times I have been here they seemed to have slipped. Food quality has gone down. The Italian sandwich I had tonight barely had any meat on it, I actually opened it up to see if the guy forgot to add it. I ordered delivery today and it was delivered twenty minutes later than the original scheduled time. I can deal with that stuff happens. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a whole ham and Swiss sandwich. So disappointed. The bowl of soup wasn't even halfway full and the sandwich might as well have been a half a sandwich. One half had lettuce, a little piece of tomato, a sliver of cheese and fat for ham. I paid over $13.00 for this disappointing meal. Manager is a joke. My girlfriend was trying to use the app for the first time, made a mistake and actually did pick up instead of delivery. Instead of the manager smoothing over the situation, he did nothing but add more stress and inconvenience. I live literally two minutes away (clocked) and nobody could redo her order to deliver it. This location was dirty when we stopped by for breakfast. My oatmeal was delivered cold, but staff kindly agreed to remake it. When my meal arrived again, the accompanying spoon was dirty. We got to listen to the staff make fun of each other at high volume while we ate. The women's restroom was gross, with water standing on the floor, black grime in the grooves of the soap dispenser, and dirty walls. I usually come here with my wife in the colder months, for some soup and a sandwich to warm the bones. To be fair, this is a chain, fast food restaurant with a young staff; I'm not expecting to be wowed by the customer service. However, I do expect the staff to be competent because I know firsthand just how mindless it is to accurately key in orders, read the tickets and correctly fill orders. Like many, my family lives a fairly active life, so cooking isn't always a luxury we have time for, so Panera is our dinner stop at least once a week. Each week my mom orders a flatbread with no cucumbers, yet she gets extra cucumbers. Mom says no onions, yet she gets extra onions. Mom, who is a strict vegetarian due to health restrictions, orders a salad with no chicken, yet (yup you guessed it!) she gets extra chicken. It wouldn't be a big deal if this was an isolated incident, but it's not. It's a weekly issue. Every single time our order is both rang in and made blatantly wrong. Which is puzzling because the cashier repeats the order back to me! I know mistakes happen, but every single time I visit this location it's a "small mistake"; so obviously, communication and comprehension isn't this staff's strong suite. Frankly, I'm going to avoid this location completely and drive a little further up the road so that my order can be right. read more

I've been to plenty of panera breads over the years and consider it to be one of my favorite food establishments for a quick meal. Out of all the ones I've been to, this one is by far the best one in terms of cleanliness and best service. The staff are friendly and always greet you with a warm welcome. The food seems to be prepared with more care here. I've been to Paneras where it seems like the people who prepare your food just slap together a meal and throw it onto the plates. Parts of the sandwich falling out or soup spilt into the plate and so on. The staff here seem to definitely prepare the food with more caution. The sandwich I ordered looked very picturesque because it was prepared nicely. Bread wasn't half off or tomatoes not sagging out or my soup not split onto the napkins that are on the plate. I truly enjoyed this experience and it would be great if all Panera's although it's a chain, would follow this standard. read more

Ordered curbside pickup and they did not come to the car even though we were right in front of the restaurant in a curbside pickup spot and had put in a description of the car. Ended up waiting for a long time and finally going inside to find it sitting on the pickup shelf. It had started to get cold and did not have enough utensils included. I love Panera. My wife was recently diagnosed with diabetes so its required some lifestyle changes and of them is a big reduction in our pizza delivery so since Panera delivers we have replaced 98% of our Pizza with more wholesome fare. I personally like that the salads are customizable and the Turkey chili is great. The kids love it too so everyone is happier and healthier. We've all lost a few pounds but of course we pass on the pastries. read more

Over the years, I've visited this location on numerous occasions and as others have stated, it has gone downhill. I dropped by this morning for a breakfast sandwich, drink, and pastry. After ordering, the young lady gave me my receipt and drink cup, then stated...'have a good day!' I asked about the pastry and she said...oh! I didn't realize you ordered a pastry! I reviewed the receipt and yes I was charged for the pastry. Our entire transaction took a couple of minutes and somewhere during that time frame she had forgotten what she was supposed to be doing. As I turned and started toward the order pick up area, I noticed her phone on the counter. There lied the culprit! Also, the cleanliness of this location has much to be desired. Ok did a rapid pick up and wanted to use a coupon I had gotten in the mail. Had to wait in a long line because they had one cashier doing the money transactions and also making the order. Finally after this I picked up my order (rapid) and when I got to the car to eat my sandwich it was not prepared correctly. I came back in to get it corrected and the chick with the cool love earrings just wanted to throw extra bacon on my now extra hard French toast bagel sandwich. When I asked will it be made fresh she replied " we can reheat it for you"Did she really think that would be ok after standing in that long azz line TWICE?
