The food was good, the service was good, HOWEVER - this place is gross! First please note, you have to order everything via the app or the kiosk. That is fine with me, makes for ensuring your order is correct. The food was out timely and everything was served correctly. It was the lack of cleanliness of the location that turned me off and I will most likely not return. There was trash all over the floor, the floor looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in days, paper everywhere, etc. Everyone was in there as if nothing was wrong or just ignoring the issue. Not me - I started to question how clean the food prep area was if it looked like this out in the dining area. One of the servers did state they were changing things around, so that could have been why things were all over the place. But it doesn't speak for the "trash" laying around. ((shrugs)) This might be the place others, but after this time around - its a hard pass for me.

Nothing Napa chicken salad! Ordered 1/2 Napa Almond Chicken salad croissant sandwich. Seriously I think there were more grapes, bread, tomato lettuce than anything else. Very little chicken going on. Disappointing. Won't return .

The restaurant offers a variety of foods such as soups, salads, sandwiches, beverages, and dessert. I came here for lunch and placed a to-go order at the counter. A large portion of the tables inside of the business were filled on a Thursday night. There was not a line to place an order. I ordered a half order of the apple fuji salad. The salad comes with chicken, arugula, romaine, kale, tomatoes, toasted pecans, Gorgonzola, apple chips and is topped with a sweet white balsamic vinaigrette. The nuts and apple chips offer a nice crispy texture to the salad. The dressing is a little sweet but balances out with the other ingredients. The flavors meshed very well and tasted really good. The half portion was filling for me. The salad also comes with an apple, bread or chips. There is a screen that displays when you order is ready and is being prepared. I did not have to wait too long for my food. My meal was bagged with silverware and napkins. The dressing was placed in a separate container inside of my salad tray. I would definitely get this salad again and return to this location.

The food and service here were excellent as always!! By far my favorite Panera Bread location. One of the workers, I believe her name was Amiyah, was especially friendly and brightened my day up. Love it here!!

Good morning Family! I like to spread the love so i wanted to share the nice little surprise i got in my inbox this morning from Panera Bread. They are offering a free coffee or tea for 3 months when you sign up on their website. Of course I'm here for it! Look into it, it's work it to me! https://www.panerabread.com/en-us/mypanera/mypanera-coffee-subscription.html?intcmp=text-con-c-summercoffee-banner #eatingwithchefsean It's Gon Be Dope!

Really tough? Why lie to us??

** NOTE: this review is SPECIFIC to a visit 11/16/18 at around 1030am ** Welp that was quite the unfortunate experience. And despite coming to this Panera for YEARS, this is my first review (mostly because I'm not used to reviewing a place I go to every day). Anyway so this being my first review and being so negative is quite unfortunate. But this is SPECIFICALLY for the service: HORRIBLE (today). The server was professional, yet , that is, until she blatantly lied to us. We ordered a bear claw among numerous other things, including two drinks. While we saw that the two drinks were sitting there and the servers were talking over them, spit and hair evidently brazing ALL over our drinks, we asked if we could grab them, they said no, we'll bring it. Fine. We sat back down. Then we asked for the bear claw we had STILL NOT received. This woman had the AUDACITY to blatantly lie about them being out? But literally the ONLY reason we ordered the bear claw is cause we SAW IT! Like we're in the minority here, let's pretend we're on the same team huh? But for you to think we're THAT stupid is just plain rude. Really? So I went up to the front and asked whether ALL those pastries mean they are out or nah and the nice lady (different human) said "no, these are all for YOU guys". Hmm. INTERESTING ..... OBVIOUSLY the food and drinks are Panera standard. The service.... Obviously not the norm. I will say other than that ridiculously patronizing lie, she was professional the whole time.... (See picture for proof)

Had a blast eating here with my roomies. Great place for something fast, quick, and relatively cheap. It also has a relatively big space. On occasion gets really crowded but I have never had a problem finding seats. The people at the front are always so sweet even when it gets really busy and are always great about reminding you about deals you have on your Panera rewards card. If you don't have a reward card, highly suggest it. Free bakery item in your birthday month and constantly free cookies.

Panera Bread is highly overrated. Food is mediocre and overpriced. Kids sandwiches are really disappointing.

I love Panera, but this one has gone downhill. The bread didn't taste fresh last time. The one in Beaver Creek in Apex us much better.

I came in a little after lunch shift the other day and was a bit indecisive about my order but the very patient and nice girl at the counter helped me decide. I ended up ordering the Meatball with Provolone. The sandwich was well made with large meatballs and both the bread and the meat tasted fresh. Previously I had issues with the line situation, but in this case there was only one other person in the restaurant, so that was less of an inconvenience. The other, more serious issue centered around gnats and flies. I can confidently say that was not an issue when I revisted the other day. I was pleased with my second visit and the friendly, helpful girl who served me, I believe her name was Leah. I plan to return and perhaps I can convince my work to cater from here in the near future.

"Giant" sandwich is somewhat true in that the bread is over-sized compared to sliced bread -- but meat was lacking for sure. Friendly greeting upon entering. Clean and tidy...and naturally lit store inside. Nice patio seating. Kind of expensive for a simple sandwich. Not worth another visit.

We ordered the Chicago Dog, the Reuben Sandwich, and finished things off with a cannolo (yes, the singular form of cannoli). The Chicago Dog was delicious and loaded with flavor, although I have to admit the toxic-green relish initially threw me off a bit (see pic). Once I got past the visual shock, it was actually a fantastic hot dog that stayed true to its Chicago roots. The real star, though, was the Reuben Sandwich. At around $15, it was absolutely worth every penny. Generously stacked, perfectly toasted, and packed with tender meat, melty Swiss, tangy sauerkraut, and just the right amount of dressing. The cannolo was the perfect sweet ending to the meal -- crisp shell, creamy filling, and not overly sweet. What really stood out was how friendly everyone was. The staff made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back... especially for those Thursday $5 draft beer specials. Apex locals, you've got a gem here.

We both tried new things...the special of the day, Philly and a grilled cheese beef. Our sides were potato salad and pasta salad. We HAD to get the cannoli cake to share and believe me, it was plenty for both of us. The young lady at the register was so kind and friendly. A surprise for us was there was a man playing a guitar and singing! He added a lot to our dinner. Both of our sandwiches were great but we both thought the grilled one was best. It came with some great au jus that we both enjoyed. The potato salad is different here than in most places....and it was great. The pasta salad was just ok, we would not get it again with so many other great options. For those who are gluten free, they have gluten free bread and muffins! We were visited by a manager to see how things were which was nice. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options. Awesome!

It sits right beside Gipson's Play area. We each grabbed a beer, which they have on draft and in cans to enjoy. The beers were good and it was nice to sit out on the porch sipping it in the afternoon sun. The one thing to be wary of is there appears to be only one or two bathrooms in the house, which can make the wait a bit long when it is busy. House of Many Porches also offers coffee and other canned cold drinks. They have a run club that meets there on Thursday evenings as well.

They have a wide variety of sandwiches (hogies, deli style, cheesesteaks, chicken cutlets), along with burger and salad options. We opted for a cheesesteak, deli sandwich, and small salad which was the perfect amount of food for two people. My only word of caution is that the Calabrian Ceasar dressing is quite spicy, so use with caution or pick another if you don't like spicy food. The bread, meat, and toppings were all fresh and brought unique flavors that worked very well together. There was a good amount of seating both inside and outside that was clean and well kept. You can order at the counter or sit at a table and scan a QR code to order. We sat outside and did the latter option. I ordered a regular sized Dagwood. It's your choice of turkey or ham, bacon, fresh mozzarella, shredded lettuce, tomato, basil pesto, garlic aioli, & house vinaigrette on a sesame roll. I chose turkey with no garlic aioli. The online menu made it super easy to choose and/or remove ingredients. We also ordered a large order of curly fries to share too. The food came out in about 10ish minutes after ordering and an employee delivered it straight to our table. The sandwich was really good. I love pesto so it's hard to go wrong with that. My only critique was the sesame roll was a little too hard to bite for my taste. Whenever I bit into it, my sandwich kept falling apart from the other end. The true star of the meal were the curly fries. They tasted similar to the ones at Arby's. Parking was super easy to find in this area. There was an open lot not too far from Eastcut so we parked there and walked over. Overall, great place for a quick bite!
