While they are running fairly efficiently during COVID 19 they're product leaves a bit to be desired. Typically they're bread helps complete the meal, not takeaway. It was not fresh and quite hard to bite into. My girlfriend had her order messed up as they missed two of the four toppings of the sandwich. While Panera as a franchise is good, this one was struggling on the day I stopped in.

Double check your order if you place an order to go! Wonderful salads. Kinda pricey.

The greeter was prompt, the waitress as well. The food came out surprisingly quickly and was piping hot. The Alpine omelette was delicious (never had one prior). Wheat toast was what you would expect for toast. The hash browns were a bit over browned for my taste, but having eaten in this area in the past I know it to be the local preference, so can't hold it against them.

We came this evening for a meal and Oshanea waited on us -- she was great! Friendly, attentive, brought us refills, checked on us throughout our meals, brought our check promptly when we were finished (after asking us about dessert). We weren't thrilled with our lasagna specials but there certainly wasn't anything wrong with them -- we might just trying something else next time as almost all of the food here is usually great. As an aside, the blue cheese dressing at WBD is some of the best I've ever had with a delicious flavor and chunky texture. We have visited WBD many, many times, it was just time to write an updated review.

Service: I wish I remember the servers name. She was awesome! I told her she was awesome and she appreciated it. She's very good at her job! Efficient and professional. Ambiance: A great place for a date! My coworker and I went while in the area for business. We sat at a high top near the bar. The place had a nice and chill vibe. Pricier than I wanted but worth every penny! I recommend this place!

I nicely offered to tell him how to make them correct when he first brought the incorrect ones but he just grabbed our bills and said he'd be back. After the fourth attempt at getting them right he took off around the corner and our ladies heard him Say "JC!" Well the bills were wrong again. At this point he finally slowed down long enough to let me tell him who actually had what for dinner and he subsequently brought our correct bills with which he now slammed down on the table and said "if that's not right I'm going home." On top of that all 3 ladies complained their mixed drinks were weak. And one more thing, they add an automatic 20% service fee on your bill for a 6 top. Who does that? Maybe an 8 top but for just 6 people?? Needless to say we were upset and really disappointed with the whole experience. And there's no way I would have left a 20% Tip after that show of incompetence and incivility. We will not be back!

Still has that beer taste but pretty light 5.5/10 Smokehouse chili - actually one of the best chili! It's on the sweeter side but has a kick and is very yummy! 8/10 Pulled pork - very good, very juicy and tender! No significant flavor stands out but also not bland at all 8/10 Brisket - unfortunately this one was pretty dry. Maybe other times they're better since our friend mentioned it was drier than normal when they go and it was missing the fat on top too so we got very lean pieces 4/10 Ribs rack - pretty tender and good flavor overall! Not incredibly juicy but not dry too 6/10 Macaroni and cheese - eh 3/10 Garlic Parmesan French fries - nothing special here either 4/10 French fries - also eh I guess the flavoring in the garlic parm did make it better and thus more boring 3/10 Corn bread - prob best corn bread! My wife graded the Reuben five stars. She said it was very tasty and she enjoyed the crispy toasted bread. I can only give my burger with toppings three Stars. The pulled pork was OK, not as smoky or flavorful as I like. The burger was well done... Although I might've been able to ask for it with a different level of doneness? The coleslaw was OK, but I prefer it not so watery. The potato chips were excellent. The service was excellent, prompt and thorough. The meals were served on metal cooking sheets with parchment paper liners. Interesting plating method but the cold metal cooking sheets soon made the hot sandwiches cold too. Would have been better if the metal cooking sheets were pre-warmed up. Cost of meal was $42 + gratuity
