This location is pretty good. Service is great, all of the employees that I came into contact with were very friendly. We came here for breakfast and ordered sandwiches to-go. The sandwiches were okay, a bit smaller than I expected for the price, but the ingredients tasted good together. The restaurant itself looked clean and well maintained. I'm sure we will be back for bagels or other carbohydrate-filled items. read more

We enjoy looking for a Panera Bread when it's meal time. The food is always constantly good and the service always friendly. This location is no exception. Our favorite meal is the bread bowl soup. It's hot, fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. read more

I love Panera. If you like fresh and good, this is the place for you. This location is well staffed, offers great food and service. read more

Panera Bread - Sandwiches Near Me - Brooksville, Florida

Good basic food. The salads are interesting and sweet. There's bread with everything.. but the bread is good. The staff at this Panera are wonderful. The restaurant is clean, with a variety of table sizes. There are comfy chairs for conversations, as well as tables and booths. The extra large table in the second room is great for larger groups. Sign up for the Panera loyalty program ( I forget what it is called.) I've gotten free pastries, free drinks and coupons for meals. This is the middle class McDonalds... predictable and friendly with enough menu changes to be interesting. read more

Panera Bread - Turkey bacon bravo Crisp lettuce and bacon with soft flavorful tomato basil bread. And turkey.... - Sandwiches Near Me - Brooksville, Florida

Came here to meet a friend, I got the ham, egg, cheese and sundried tomatoes for almost 5 dollars and got half a sandwich. It had two nickel sided pieces of sundried tomato, and the ham was cold. Very disappointed! Now I remember why I don't come to Panera bread! read more

The woman who served in front of the registry is rude and grouchy. She is unfriendly and keeps wiping the counter while I wait . Disregards my presence and serves another person who was not in line . I walked out. Zero stars!!! read more

Great soup and salads. Hooked on their mac & cheese lately. Very clean restaurant as well.

While the food maybe good takeout/carry out service is abysmal. Delivery was fine. Had to wait 15 minutes after placing takeout order. They never came out to car after I checked in. I had to call and remind them I was waiting. I had put order in 2 hours ahead of time. I requested extra salad dressing with my 5 salads ordered and received it on only one. Recommend they review their takeout/carry out service. read more

Food is not out of this world. Very expensive for the portions. Just a typical sandwich shop that is overpriced. New decor and same menú.

Called in curbside pickup order. After waiting 35 minutes I asked one woman working there where my order was. Long story short they misplaced my order and forgot it. They made up several excuses and actually blamed me. They said I should have phoned them when I arrived, but that was not the instructions I received over the phone, they took the full description of my vehicle and said they would bring the order out to me when they seen my vehicle in the pickup area. Every one else waiting received their food but they clearly forgot my order. Don't like dishonest people, don't like dishonest Company and don't like non-existent service with a bad attitude. Don't go here, go to a restaurant that appreciates your business. Very disorganized with a bad attitude. read more

Cashier Alyssa was very rude and unprofessional as well as the manager when it came to a customer with a medical condition who couldn't wear a mask, as others walked around the restaurant without masks to refill drinks. Sad to see this how they treat people this way, I just moved here & Panera has always been one of my favorites. read more

Great food, fast service, kind staff! What more can you say about Panera Bread! Love the food at this location

I love Panera and all their products. Their staff is always happy and cheerful!

My fiancée loves this place. They have easy online ordering and pick up. The location is good and the restaurant is very clean. They are very accurate with the online orders. We have always had exactly what we ordered with very few mistakes. Highly recommend this business. read more

We are THE HACIENDA HOUSE SENIOR CARE HOME, in Brooksville Fl. We visit the Panera Bread Restaurant quite often. It is economical to have lunch here. Special Seniors, who just want something light. Just a note: if one goes there between 11-11:30 Am there is not people waiting in line. read more

Used the app for quick pick up, took bagels to work but got Moldy Cream cheese. Bagels were not cut or toasted so will have to learn if I need to note that. Didnt have time to go back and replace order so they refunded my card, but if it was my store I would have given a gift card or something extra for the trouble, bad food not happy. read more

The best tuna. Great staff, they look happy to work for the company. I eat here around 3 times a week for lunch, and i am obsessed read more

When I am hungry I just stop and grab a cinnamon crunch bagel to go. The store in Spring Hill was so relaxing. People just enjoying themselves in a nice Sunday. read more

Typical Panera. Nothing overly poor, nothing overly wonderful. Staff taking orders are very polite and efficient. Those preparing the orders were a little less impressive- forgot to put chicken in the salad and didn't include butter with the bread despite it being listed on the order. Clean and spacious. Probably the best option in the area for reliable soup and salad selections. read more

I've been here a few times and I've always had a good experience. Their cobblestone muffin is my favorite. I got one once that was a bit hard, and they let me exchange it for another bakery item without any hassle at all. It's nice to have a business that treats their customers well! read more

We're regular Panera customers and while there are many items we like we will not be ordering the Soba Bowl again. Very disappointing. As usual the service at the counter was very good. The service in the seating area was poor. Had to wipe down our own table. This was 2:30pm and the place was not crowded but the empty tables were not clean. We like Panera and will be back but only three stars today for the dirty tables and the unsatisfying Soba noodles. read more

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food was ready quickly and had a great taste.

Every weekend we like to order and pick up breakfast from Panera. For at least the last month, they have been out of stock of ham. I dont understand how a company of this size can be out of a particular item for so long. Really disappointed. read more

Place can get pretty busy in the morning but they are well organized and super nice. Cleanest panera I've been too as well...

First, the food was awesome, BUT, my brother inadvertently picked up the wrong tray, when we tried to resolve it the manager, Will? Literally grabbed it from him as he was about to place it on the counter, The manager said " it's garbage now" I again apologized and offered to payoff the food, I told him I understood his frustration but there are better ways to handle it, He replied, " oh well my bad" Wow- sorry, but that's inappropriate. read more

Always pleasant, the food is always presentable and fresh- never spoiled items. The staff is what makes this Panera great! They treat their customers like friends and are concerned to whether the food is right enough for consumption, one of the kitchen staff had told me the Avocado is not quite ripened and the texture would be a bit more hard and asked if I was ok with that. Donna at the register is awesome- one of the kindest people I have ever come across in the hospitality business. The kitchen staff are very friendly too and always are over-the-top with special request and having a cheerful attitude when giving the food out or boxes and take home bags. I keep returning here because they make me feel welcomed and in a place of dining that is most important. read more

I love Panera...but not this one. The service is terrible. We order online and pick-up and food is missing, sandwiches are smashed and half empty. When I called to complain the manager was very rude. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one. read more
