Food is skimpy and very expensive for what you get I won't be getting food there anymore

I brought my daughter to this Panera earlier today and two people in particular really stood out to me. A young girl preparing food stopped what she was doing to help me carry my food trays to my table, as she saw I was struggling to do so while holding my toddler. Then a man who was cleaning tables approached me with a cookie and placed it on the table saying something along the lines of "moms deserve a treat". Raising a baby alone is hard, and these two people have no idea how much they've made my day. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness today. My family and I love Panera bread and have been eating at different locations for years. This location has deteriorated so bad over the last couple years. First of all, the restaurant is filthy. Expect to clean off your table onto the "once a week" vacuumed floor. They are always out of bread bowls and other bread based products. The customer service is horrendous. Good luck trying to get help or having a decent conversation with a staff member. The only interaction you'll have with staff is when they yell out your order. This place desperately needs new management as it doesn't reflect the quality that we've come to expect from Panera restaurants around the country. read more

Went here today, not somewhere I usually go to...never have really been a fan but gave it a whirl today and remember why I do not go there...Cashier was super friendly and helpful..Ordered. To go order and ordered Soup and Sandwich ...the Chicken Noodle Soup tasted like when you go under the water in the Ocean and get water in your mouth, I am not exaggerating on this, it the best way to describe it..I cannot believe they serve this salty stuff, went to counter and someone on the Cook line was happy to exchange it, she was very nice and I got the Wild Rice Soup and it was good..The Steak and White Cheddar has alot to be desired , had a funny refrigerator taste and it was not pressed as I expected my Panini to be it was just a sandwich.. Broccoli and Cheese Soup was brought home and said it was good and also the same opinion on the sandwich and did not eat theirs either..I did not say anything before they tried it and they had the same thoughts as me...it was very busy in there so there are lots of people who are fans, 27.00 later and we each ate a cup of soup..I can think of lots of places to go for almost 30.00 for lunch and be satisfied.... read more

I belong to the Sip Club. Tge servers know me by name and are always pleasant when I come in. The only thing wrong is that they took away their cranberry orange muffins and the soft cinnamon rolls thru used to take. But there is still plenty to choose from and it is always good. read more

First I sat in parking lot to make order on app seemed to have no issues. However upon entering restaurant my bagels were not sliced. I asked staff to assist and they refused to assist and in a condescending tone I might add. After ripping bagels apart I realized that the cream cheese was left out. I again asked staff for assistance. They were quick to point out in app that it was my fault app left it out. The staff at the restaurant has quickly declined after coming here for many years. I'm a big fan of service and people paying attention to orders. I order fairly simple foods and will often omit dairy due allergy reasons. In 2 separate instances my order was ignored and it was too late as I've driven away and half way to my next destination. It's my fault for not checking the order before I left, but most times I'm on a tight work schedule and have to run. Trying to reach someone at the store is merely impossible. The place is DIRTY!!! Food on the floor. Tables not wiped. Staff could care less. Found the managing partner sitting at a table chatting with another employee. That employee did get up and cleaned our table and floor. They only have one non soda non coffee sugar free drink. It has been unavailable for the 2nd week in a row. The girl working there was rude and condescending. We ordered the turkey bravo and wanted to take half home. The box was too small and the girl was so dismissive when we asked for a box that would close. I ordered sweet tea and I was told to put sugar in it. I thought I was ordering real sweet tea that had the sugar added when it was warm. Big difference. Again, she was rude when I asked about it. The menu should have just one menu item for tea if there aren't two. Lastly, the dressing on the Greek salad was disgusting. It tasted like that bottled junk you get from Wish Bone. As a Brooksville local, I have been coming to this Panera for years. Although panera is not my favorite place to eat lunch, I must say this location has always been consistent in their service and quality of food. The restaurant has recently been renovated from the dining area to the register. I like the option to order through the computer tablets because it really allows people to take their time and explore all the options the restaurant has to offer. Because I was able to utilize this new feature today, it gave me the chance to explore new items I have never tried before. I ordered the Alfredo tortellini with chicken pasta. This pasta will suffice if you are craving pasta. It is not bad at all. I just feel like the chicken could be enhanced because I felt it was too dry. I will probably order it without the chicken next time, which is also the cheaper option. I ordered the hot chocolate drink with the chocolate chip marshmellows. I have a huge sweet tooth, and this drink definitely hit the spot. It is extremely decadent, and I couldn't even finish it. However, I really enjoyed this drink and will probably order it again. Another favorite drink of mine is the iced mocha! This drink is rich in caffeine and sweetness which is a great pick me up in the mornings. read more

Will not be going back to this location - I went back to counter with my receipt after we ordered 2 Entrees & drinks, to ask for the pastry for 99cents that is offered when you order an Entree & drink - A different cashier was at the register,I asked for the pasty ready to pay the 99cents upgrade & she just glared at me & very rudely said "We don't do that" My partner picked up our order during this exchange& we were given a wrong sandwich. I brought it back with the receipt & the associate said , oh mixed up - I looked at the receipt, & it says if order is not correct , you are supposed to be offered a free treat, but this was not offered . Great location to get some food and work out of. Spent two weeks going to this location while my kids attended a summer sports camp near by. It was about 35 miles from our house, so it made no sense to go home for a couple of hours to only turn back around to pick them up, so I camped out at this Panera. The state of Florida and the county this location is in has no mask mandate no social distancing requirements and no capacity limits but this location still had closed tables like it was full Pandemic mode. Food is usually pretty good, if over priced. Went yesterday and tried "new recipe" chicken salad - had absolutely no taste, even the tomato was tasteless. Don't think that "new" recipe is any better than the old one. Bear claw got much smaller too, they seem to be skimping a lot now, which won't work considering their prices. Employees confused, so was I. They no longer had those beepers to alert you when order is ready, I asked how they would know who gets what -- no real reply and they didn't know, went through 3 bags before I hit the right one. That doesn't thrill me, don't want food people have been through trying to find theirs. Polite enough when I asked for shopping bag as mine was take out, plus loaf of bread, plus pastry, plus drink, but it should have been given already, I obviously was trying to juggle everything in individual containers and bags. I'm giving Panera bread 3 stars because realistically, their serving size is rather small for a full order and definitely pricey for this part of small town usa! A full order of their Grain bowl, it cost $10.29 not including tax yet. Very simple and small. In spring hill florida, folks don't make a lot of money. I say it is a bit pricey . And, when ordering a bagel, they charge a dollar for a small tiny plastic (sauce container) probably only a tablespoon full of jam. That's absurd. So I see people bringing their own jam and peanut butter, for their bagels . I don't blame them. Their coffee, if you are a coffee lover, I will give it a 3 out of 5. Because the coffee quality doesn't seems to be consistent. Some days it gets too light! I truly drat drinking watered out coffee. I'm a true coffee drinker and I can tell you if the coffee has been sitting out too long or freshly brewed. I'm there for a good cup of coffee in the morning and grab a couple of bagels. The good thing about Panera is their baker's dozen bagels on Tuesday. Personally I find that is the best deal and really reasonable for a dozen bagels 6.99! (still, no bagels here can beat New York bagels.) Hit or missed kind of thing. Gotta get there early! I am also glad that they have renovated the front bagel /pastries display counter. It used to have flies all over the goodies. I cannot consciously buy the pastries when I saw nasty flies standing on them! The food was amazing, however the service? We did Uber eats from here and they ran out of baguettes and bread bowls as soon as we went to check out. That's fine until they messed up our food. They didn't give us utensils (for the second time ordering from here) and half filled the Mac and Cheese. (We got this once before and it was full.) The first time ordering from here was also horrible. They had to refund us the apple juice that we got when the Uber eats driver arrived. Panera is the best place to study all day long and be full and left alone. If you get a coffee mug you can refill it forever, and the staff is always friendly. I love the seasonal soups and the sandwiches, I'm not a big breakfast person but all the lunch/dinner is great, and if you have a Panera card you get some awesome coupons. read more

My sister and I were exhausted from a 4 hr drive and hungry was an understatement. We both liked Panera Bread and stopped in the one in Brooksville. What a disappointment. Their teas and lemonade could not have been more watered down and they flowed out of the machine warm. Ick. I ordered the Baja Warm Grain Bowl and it sure didn't look like the photo. It tasted very mediocre. The only pleasant thing was my sister's soup. She thought it was delicious. The last issue I had is the employee was removing the trash and sweeping the items that fell out of the bag to the floor. She was doing this while we were eating and it was gross.
