This location has the atmosphere of a meat market. They really don't want customers to be there, but they want you to give them your money. If you're looking for somewhere to sit and enjoy your meal, this is not the restaurant for you. The ban you from their wifi after only a few minutes of usage. Their staff stands over your table, waiting for you to leave. If the cashier is having a conversation with another employee, well then you will just have to wait for them to finish. And this all happens when there's barely any other customers in the building. There's too many other better options in the area to waste your money here. read more

I typically love Panera Bread, I've been to dozens of them throughout the US and use them as a roadside office and eatery that works great for me. Though, this location was terrible. First and foremost you're only limited to 15 minutes of wifi use, which is incredibly offensive. The staff is beyond rude and both my soup and sandwich tasted as if they had been cooked, refrozen, and then partially microwaved. I do a lot of business in Brighton, but I'll never make the mistake of coming to this location again. read more

For overpriced food, they should have free Wi-Fi. The food isn't anything better than any other sandwich shop in the area so there's no real draw. The staff is never friendly or helpful. The only reason they're still in business is their name. read more
