My sister and I went to Panera this morning because I had a $3 deal from the app. We got a "you pick two" where you basically choose two "half meals" to make one meal for more variety. Both dishes were pretty good but I wish they still had their broccoli cheddar mac & cheese which is so much better. But that's not this location's fault, it was a corporate decision. I used one of the tablets to order which is super easy and accessible, they have two at this location. I didn't interact with any employees so I can't comment on the staff interactions. There were plenty of full tables today but I sat on the edge and it wasn't too loud. The lighting is super nice and there is plenty of seating further in. If you're picking up through the app, the parking spots aren't in the parking lot. You pull next to the curb in front of Panera. read more

Very disappointing experience. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, and the way he spoke to us was completely unacceptable. This place is going down hill!!! First, one line for orders, 7 deep. It took 20 minutes to get my order in. They direct you to use the kiasks that do not have all the items on it. I've always really liked Panera Bread's menu as it is great food that isn't heavy. You can also always count on a Panera Bread's WiFi and tables to spend an afternoon working with friends. I've always liked the you-pick-two option and is one of my favorite options to try more food on the menu. We've been to this location plenty of times and have experienced great service. Because this location is so popular, usually we do experience a longer line. I would recommend they hire a few more people just to be able to keep up with the demand and lines. Docking a star just because when I ask for chicken-less salad or dressing on the side, they sometimes mess that up. Also docking a start for the longer waits. read more

The management in this place is absolute horrid. When I went in there, I believe the manager at the time was Brandon and he treated his employees absolutely horrible. He also had a very snappy and extremely disrespectful. I cannot believe that Panera allows that type of hostility within the atmosphere. There is no dead end but through to pure productiveness at Panera. They interacted very well with me. The front counter associate was interactive and ready to interact and ask when I was a little further from the front counter acknowledged prematurely thought I was ready. The ambiance seems it will not plateau very easily since I noticed almost Alll of that did not have customers hovering by tables looked spotless everywhere. This is my 3rd time frequenting this location. Every time I had an unpleasant experience. This last time simply no Wi-Fi. Last time I order my food it didn't come up or someone else took my food. The server was very rude to me, and I demanded a refund and walked out without food. This review is only for this particular Panara bread location. I am a student, and apart of the sip club and haven't ran into sub-par customers service except at this location. Last month I got a ghost charge from this location and I didn't eat there. Great Panera bread location if you don't mind spending extra money. Food is always good and delicious but you will be dropping your bags the seating is good plenty of it. The Internet Wi-Fi is strong which allows me to work on homework and other items on my computer. I love the selection of soups - my go to is the broccoli cheddar or French onion. Both of them are made with fresh ingredients. Their lemonades are also refreshing. They also have outside seating which is awesome during the summer. read more

This Location Bolingbrook on Bougthon has to be far and away the worse. The person who took our oder got everything wrong. Good thing I asked for a receipt as on the receipt I could see how it was all wrong. This cashier said she was going to tell them. The kitchen couldn't get any part of our order correct. It was so bad that even a tomato soup was beyond thick. How long was it sitting there. Only one person spoke perfect English and still managed to mess up our oder. The you say one thing and it ends up being the wrong items 3 times that's beyond frustrating. I got my food and left. I cannot recommend this location at all. The drive thru is their main focal point. They don't care about customers in the dinning room at all. If you can't hire people to work that can speak English then it's time to close this location. I am appalled at how poorly the management treats their staff. I witnessed an incident here and will never return. I hope this is seen by corporate. An employee named Yasmine has been continuously physically assaulted by an employee for some time(I over heard the conversation before walking out without purchasing my food.) The manager, Ricardo, started to belittle the employee and yell at her mother who was there to get answers as to why this isn't being addressed by management. The young woman seemed so scared as to what she has been through and all Ricardo could do was continue to verbally assault her as if SHE was in the wrong. This is after he got off the phone with another customer who was complaining. This Panera used to be a place where I didn't mind paying a little more because the quality was better than other comparable places. However, both the quality and service have really dropped. I've tried ordering from this location multiple times. I've had the wrong order delivered. I've had missing items. I've requested extra avocado multiple times and never got any avocado. Haven't had Panera in a looonnnnng time and all of a sudden I got the craving for a chicken fontega sandwich. I hopped into my car and 5 minutes later there I was in front of the cashier ordering my "You Pick Two" meal, half chicken fontega sandwich and half Caesar salad. I love the idea of being able to spilt two things and make one meal but I do not like the amount of money it costs to do so. I always love the food at Panera, and the service here at this location was ON POINT, the lines were not long, the cashier was super nice and let me know of multiple rewards I had on my card and there was even a specific employee on the floor clearing trays, wiping table and even holding the door for guests. The employees I've interacted with here are very friendly. One time I went in just for an iced tea and the employee gave it to me for free...bonus! It's pretty much just your standard Panera. The tables typically seem to be dirty and I end up cleaning them myself. Some Paneras kick you out of the wifi during certain times after using it for 30 minutes, however I haven't noticed that with this location! One very annoying thing is there are very few outlets. This Panera has the door locked and when I walked up to the door and knocked on it I was ignored for about 2 minutes. Then an an employee noticed me. Instead of walking to the door and letting me know that they weren't letting people in they just threw up their hands and shook their head.
