    Fruit Cup rotting

I ordered through DoorDash and the food was not great quality. Rotting fruit in the fruit cup and the grilled cheese was just two slices of bread with the tiniest bit of cheese sticking them together. I am convinced they purposely give bad food for the To-Go and Delivery Orders since it is a hassle to try to return or complain.

Garbage found in my strawberry salad

I ordered the strawberry salad. I received garbage in my salad. See attached picture. It was like the brown bottoms of two broccoli stems but there wasn't supposed to be broccoli in my salad. I can't believe they are serving that. The Health Department needs to be called. This place is disgusting. I will never return.

I asked for spinach on my breakfast sandwich instead of cheese because I can't have dairy.....this is pretty embarrassing

I love panera and the choices they have to offer. It is a chained restaurant but everyone is a little bit different. The food is always fresh and if I have to eat out I choose panera because of their healthy, delicious choices. A couple of my favorites are their Turkey BLT with avacado on sourdough bread, the Greek quinoa salad, and their green passion smoothie that has spinach and fruit juice in it. Whenever we have to go out to lunch for work, I always suggest panera because I know it won't be greasy and make me feel gross for the rest of the day. If you are looking for a healthy "fast-food" type of restaurant, then this is your choice. Don't forget to do rapid pick up and order online. It's a life savor. So this is the beginning of my edited review. The first couple trips I have had there were great. But lately, it's gone down hill fast. It started with doing an online order and two things getting left out - my cookie and the dressing for the salad. I ignored it because people forget all the time and I'm not a hard customer to please but then two more incidents have occurred. The first since that is I can't have cheese so I ask for spinach instead. When I opened my breakfast sandwich, I kid you not here were 4 or so pieces of spinach that didn't even cover the whole piece of bread. I know this is lame of me to call this out but come on. The second thing is when I ordered my salad, it was less then half full in the box. Panera is not cheap and I expected to be full after one of their salads and when I opened the box to eat it for lunch, it was unflavorful and disappointing. I really hope they start stepping up their game again.

We called on a Sunday at 1:14pm to order two salads to go. We were told we would have to wait one hour. We needed them in 45 minutes. They insisted the wait would be one hour. Did they have to go out and pick the lettuce out of the field? We order from here every Sunday and there was no desire to assist.

Waiting 25 minutes for a soup and half tuna... really. This place needs better training or more staff... gives Panera a bad wrap.

It's a little out of the way, and since most folks are looking for a full scale restaurant they walk right by... BIG MISTAKE! All the locals are in the know though. That's where you'll find them. Upon entering you are faced with a counter filled with and covered by all the wonderful foods and treats you could ask for. Many display the "Blue Ribbons" they were awarded at the Geauga County Fair; and they are well deserved. We stopped in for breakfast this morning. I ordered a blueberry scone with a large cappuccino. My wife got the breakfast wrap and a cup of coffee. We sat in the window of this cute little establishment, thoroughly enjoying our treasures, and just enjoyed the coming of spring. The entire time we were there locals hand in hand with spouses, some pushing strollers, and others with toddlers in tow, all came and went with wonderful treats for their morning. I must tell you, this is the kind of place that just makes you feel good about life. You must give them a visit. You'll be glad you did.

The space feels open, airy, and inviting. Service was generally fast and efficient, though it did slow down a bit during peak times, which is understandable. From a food perspective, most dishes were very good, with one notable disappointment that prevented this from being a five-star experience. To start, we had the Onion Soup Gratinée based on our server's recommendation--an excellent choice. It was hearty, rich, and full of flavor. We also tried the Tuna Cru, which was good overall, though it could have benefited from a bit more lemon to brighten the dish. For the main course, we ordered the Trout Amandine, which unfortunately was a complete miss. It lacked flavor and depth, and at $27, we expected significantly more. It felt underwhelming and forgettable. On the positive side, the Ratatouille that we ordered alongside was excellent. For dessert, the Apple Tarte Tatin was outstanding--the crust was perfectly flaky. Personally, I would have preferred it with a scoop of ice cream rather than whipped cream, but that's a matter of taste. The Pistachio Crème Brûlée, which was also recommended by our server, was very good as well. Overall, a solid dining experience with great ambiance and several strong dishes, but one significant miss kept it from being exceptional.

Parking is easy in the shared lot within the strip mall, but not so easily located from the street. Trust your GPS! The cute children's play area in the front of the shop makes it easy for busy parents/guardians to bring young children along, and there's a separate display case of vegan baked goods on display for those with dietary limitations. The seating area is small but there are several tables along the wall for diners directly across from the counter. I ordered a vegan loaf cake and Gojiccino (reported by the cashier to be the only place in Ohio that serves this!) to enjoy with a friend. Our drinks were brought out to our table in short order. Both were good, but in drink form the goji berry flavor was overwhelmed by vanilla and milk. The pretty pink color is unique though! I wish I had more time to browse the boutique next door, and certainly was tempted by the handmade candles and other kitchen-ware sold at the front of the store. If Chagrin Falls was a closer stop for me, I'd be coming back as a regular!

My parents and I split the Medjool dates starter, Crunchy Greens salad and a mushroom pizza and all were very good and enough for all of us to enjoy (sorry, forgot to take pics).
