I used the app to order for curbside pickup. When you arrive at the store, you're supposed to press the "I'm here" button on the app and someone will come out and bring you your food. I purposefully arrived 10min after my order was supposed to be ready since my location is notoriously slow and late w/ orders. Sure enough, I get there and click "I'm here", wait in my car 5min, and no one ever comes out. I go in and wait to speak w/ someone at the counter. They see you waiting there, but never acknowledge your presence. I finally flag someone down and ask about my order. They flip through a bunch of receipts and couldn't find it. Finally found it somewhere else. Then they eventually tell me they've run out of two of the items I ordered. 45 mins after I was originally scheduled to pickup my food, I finally left...w/ only half of what I ordered. There is always only one cashier here! Always a long line and the one cashier they do have is always slow as heck. Kiosks are usually all broken as well. Food is good, but takes forever to come out. Lately they've been blasting annoying music and when I asked the manager to turn it down, she got an attitude. She was clearly overwhelmed having to run orders out herself. I love the food. It's overpriced but a treat when I crave their French onion soup.....but wait! You pay for a delicious over priced cup of soup (to go) and the when you get home there's no croutons or cheese in your soup. That is almost 6 dollar CUP of soup. Good luck calling the store and speaking to a manager because you will get a recording and if you connect to the actual store and request a manager its beyond the skill set of their employees to find a manager to get on the phone so they hang up on you. This is a wonderful neighborhood lunch stop. The service is fast and efficient even when it is crowded which it frequently is. There are many sandwiches, salads, and soups to choose from. They also have a rewards card to receive freebies. It seems like there is a new reward for me every time that I go there. Yesterday I was offered a free pastry AND a free bowl of soup! I often make this a resting stop on my bike rides and then I have lunch at their outdoor tables. Inside they have free wifi so many people are sitting in comfy lounge chairs working on their computers. Once there was a mistake in my take-out order. I called the phone number on th receipt and they apologized. Then my name was put on a list for a free lunch the next time that I was in! Pretty standard for the quality of food as any other Panera bread but the customer service here is much better than the others that I've been to. All panera stores are the same. The food is the same at all of them and it is good. However this one takes a lot longer. It wasn't busy whatsoever on a Sunday at 5pm. However it's been 15 minutes and we still haven't gotten our food. While 15 minutes isn't long. It's long for panera. This is my first time here so I'm hoping it's an off day. read more

This is by far the worst Panera bread I've been to. They fail to read special instructions when you order online with their rapid pickup feature. It doesn't become so rapid when you have to double check your order and find they did not fulfil your order as you requested. Also, when you ask employees about giving you what you requested they get annoyed and give you attitude. This hasn't been the first time I've experienced all this here but since it's the closest I've had to manage. I will no longer be coming to this location. Management needs to look into their employees. Other locations I've been to have courteous employees willing to help. If you hate your job so much then stay home or find another one. read more

Majorly disappointed in this Panera. Ordered a salad for me and a mac and cheese for my daughter after standing in line for quite a while (only 1 very slow cashier). Then sat and waited for over 25 minutes. My food arrived, but the waiter told us they were out of mac. Couldn't their automated system have told the cashier that at the beginning? I would actually give this less than one star if possible. Horrible, horrible! 45 minutes from the time we walked into the door until we got our "food" Squash soup-cold, had to go get a fresh bowl. Steak and cheddar cheese panni so thin, I actually kept opening it to see if I had meat and the soba noodle bowl was disgusting. It literally, and I am not making this up, looked like dog vomit that I have cleaned up. The worst part was the taste. It was French onion soup with soba noodles and spinach which I think was microwaved to death??? This is one time where the picture of the bowl and the actual bowl, looked nothing, nothing like each other and it was so salty and so disgusting, my husband only ate 2 bites. We left more than half our food. The last time we came it was 2.5 stars and we were questioning whether we should try again-ahhh, should have listened to our guts and said no way! Best BBQ Chicken Salad anywhere. I go at least once a week just for that. My family accuses me of being addicted to them and feel I need an intervention. The chili with the cubes of cornbread is also fantastic. They're real good about customizing orders as well. I always ask for no tortilla strips on my salad to make it a little healthier and they're always happy to do that. Nice, clean environment and free wi-fi. My personal opinion... even though I may order my food at a counter... they bring it to me and have to clean up after me... so I always leave a couple of bucks. read more

Today I ordered lunch for 17 an hour before we needed to pick them up and everything was just right! All the orders were correct and all were delicious (can't get enough of the mac and cheese). The food was better than expected. Service was terrible though. It took awhile to get my food and a table. They got my order wrong. Had to wait again for the right sandwich to be made. So it was an additional 20min wait. Location is good. Parking fills up quick. The line was out the door this day but they only had one cashier taking orders. We (me and my 2 girls) ate dinner here tonight and I can't say enough about the customer service (Kudos for Emanuel-preps food). The young man who brings the orders was getting orders out as soon as they were up, the service was the fastest we've experienced here. . It was an ugly rainy day today so my family and I decided Panera would be perfect. We ordered over the phone and it was a pretty big order for the 5 of us. The employee told me they were really busy but she said to come down within 20 min and it would be ready. When we got there it was packed. My order was ready and complete. My kids all ordered cinnamon rolls and they were out when we got there but the girl said she had already set them aside for our order. Yeah! Kids were so happy! I love Panera - -the food is consistently good and fresh - they have healthy options and not so healthy ones;) I love the Pick Two options but I do miss the BBQ Chicken Salad and hope it comes back. The vanilla cupcakes are tdf!! I also love those little breakfast souffles...the breakfast sandwiches need a little work however. Their bread and bagels are excellent as well. Take a jacket as they really ramp up the AC there.... My only complaint is they have free wifi and people tend to use the place as their office making it difficult to find a place to sit during lunch time... I try to go later but even at 2pm, it's packed. Free wifi is great but they should limit it to prevent the abuse...I've seen people bring in food from McDonalds there...not cool! read more

order online: out of stock on mac and cheese which i understand isn't completely their fault but still sucks bc i really like it i get there for rapid pick up and stupidly, I don't check the items in the bag. All they needed to get right was putting a cookie in the bag and putting chicken and avocado on my salad (which we paid extra for) and they forgot both the chicken and the cookie. My mistake for not checking, but really it wasn't a difficult order. This is a 30 min drive round trip so i really didn't wanna go back. Just sucks. not going to this location again :( read more

Hope your NOT in a hurry and thought you would place a rapid pickup order to save time. Daily, rapid pickup orders are place and not ready for 30-60+minutes. I quickly got hip to the game and started calling to ensure my order would be ready when I got there, to no avail. The food is so YUMMY and delicious at Panera. The soups, salads, sandwiches, bagels, breads, cookies, muffins, whatever, are all (usually) fresh and so good. The reason this particular Panera only gets 2 stars from me is the AWFUL cashiers/workers with BAD attitudes. I swear that pretty much everybody that works there HATES their job. Too bad. As if it's that hard to turn around, grab my bagel, put it in a bag, punch a button the register, and take my $$. Really. I've worked in food service/restaurants before during college and always the cooks were the crabby ones with bad attitudes. Here it is the opposite. The staff is all very friendly and the food is always fresh and always made right then and delicious. Like all Panera's, it's a little pricey for deli food you could otherwise go somewhere else for cheaper, but the food is just a lot better quality and they have a lot of healthy choices on the menu. Sometimes it can busy in there but the staff is really good at getting the line down and getting all the food out. I usually order to go and a few times while waiting for my food I witness the kitchen staff being less than professional and sometimes their private conversations actually delay their work. A few times I've heard some things that are inappropriate for a customer to be hearing. But usually they are pretty good. read more

This Panera Bread is the definition of bad. panera BREAD was completely out of BREAD. The one bread they had came BURNT. Every single tea was out and the lemonade was gone. I got a salad and the croutons WERE NOT on the salad. The bathroom door was heavy and dirty. Also i got a salad and they forgot the dressing. The ice machine was broken. The table was dirty and had to clean my self. My friend ordered bread and they said they had, her entree came with chips. I have eaten at several Panera's The one in Brentwood is not high on my list of stores to patronize. Panera is not an cheap establishment so the décor, cleanliness and quality should be good. It appears previous reviews have fallen on deaf ears. The store is very dirty, tables are not cleaned in a timely manner. I too had experience with hearing food prep employees complaining about other workers. I am surprised they have passed the health inspection. Picked up my food to go my mistake for not checking before i left the store. My salad was missing dressing. They did not supply a napkin or fork. Manangement truly needs to have a team meeting and go over cleanliness. Quality control is important. Not going back for a very long time.... read more

The food here is excellent...... that is if you ever get to it. I came to this restaurant on a lunch break and there was one cashier and one manager on the other register. The cashier was already helping someone with her order. As I stood waiting the cashier wrapped the girls cupcake and toasted her bage and slowly spread on her cream cheese.
