Wrong ingredients and missing dressing

$18 for a small handful of lettuce ingredients I didn't ask for and missing ingredients. The container isn't even full and now they're only giving you one container of dressing check out these despicable images. What has happened to you, Panera? Who hurt you?

Finally got food here again. Drove to pick up my order. It was ready and in a sealed bag. Cool / until I got home and they forgot to put the other half of my order in there. I tried calling to just ask for a partial refund and no one answers the phone. I finally just drove back. I will say the lady at the register was very apologetic and even gave me a free cookie but what I really wanted was to drive there only one time and get the entire meal and eat the entire meal together. I guess my advice is to make sure you check your order before leaving. Chicken bacon rancher was decent. I substituted the ranch for the chipotle aioli.

I typically visit the Panera in Lockport which is consistently good. This was my first experience at the one on transit and maple and was very disappointed. Ordered a salad but the lettuce was wilted, the avocados were black and the bowl was ~2/3 full. Not sure if this was a one off or common theme but not what I'm accustomed to with Panera

Had a gift card and decided to finally use it today. As a fast food chain I'd rather eat here than at one of the fast food burger joints. Today I ordered the soup and salad special. I got the Asian Chicken sesame salad and the broccoli cheddar soup which also came with a French baguette. My husband ordered a tuna salad sandwich. I've always like their broccoli cheddar soup. The salad was nice and crisp with tender pieces of chicken. I liked that the sesame dressing did not overpower the salad. We also got a loaf of their sour dough bread to bring home. 2021-190

Went to Panera before they closed the other night. Honestly, never really had any issues but definitely felt slighted after this. They could've just warned me they didn't have the soup vs charge me full price for this...

When I first came here, I came here in ERROR This place can be scary, but Starbucks is SCARIER Some say it's relaxing, I just felt TERROR But that's what you get when you go to PANERA Ran into McCain (John) and Palin (SARAH) They were running off together to the French RIVIERA But then he dumped her and she cried off her MASCARA And that's just another average day at PANERA WHAT This is the Panera Bread on Transit Road and it's a pretty good one, because it's not always so busy and it has a fire to keep you warm and it tends to stay open later than the other ones during snowstorms which is usually when I end up in Panera Bread because all my other hangouts are kaput. I'm a Panera member but I think their food is nightmarishly horrible, not just bland but awful. If you love Panera food, we can possibly friends but definitely not dining friends. Not in the sense that you can give recommendations to me, anyway. Sorry. I do appreciate their free self-service water and their free Wi-fi (which is sometimes spotty). Their caramel macchiato is good but I'm not a big fan of anything else. I can't give them less than a 3 considering how many times I took refuge from storms inside their warmth. So to speak. And I knew a guy that belonged to all the different sections of the Irish Rebels at the same time. He was Pan-IRA. This has nothing to do with him (although if it did, would that be The Bomb?)

Excellent coffee, wide variety of coffees and teas and soft drinks, high-quality bread and sandwich stuffers and pastries and desserts, free Wi-Fi, what could be bad? We have been coming here for years, about once a month to get paperwork done. They are very tolerant of people who come here to do homework and administrative work. Their Wi-Fi is fast and strong. A manager "Tony" came by personally to make sure everything was OK, and when our only regret was in getting paper coffee cups rather than mugs, he came back with two beautiful mugs. They have an assortment of healthy sides, like apples, as an alternative to chips. The people behind the counter are friendly, they take all kinds of credit and debit cards, they are fast and efficient behind the counter, and of all the Panera's that I have visited, this one is by far our favorite.

Kaylena Marie's - 20251118-20251123 Specialty Mini Roll - Twix Mini Roll

Kaylena Marie's

It'd been a couple years since I grabbed a treat from Kaylena Marie's of East Amherst. I'm happy…read moreto write the experience was very pleasant and the treats are just as delicious today! I stopped by on a Saturday around noon and was able to grab a parking spot practically right in front of the main entrance, but there's plenty of parking nearby thanks to the other businesses and stores nearby. I walked in and there were a few people dining in, plenty of tables to sit at . I really like the large windows, they lighten, brighten the interior and it's fun to sit, eat, and do some people watching. haha I noticed only one young lady working behind the counter, she was incredibly friendly, very warm and courteous - we chatted the whole time, she was so nice! So what did I order? Fall 2025, Kaylena Marie's re-introduced their "Specialty Rolls" with the big change being the size being "mini" compared to their normal cinnamon roll, which is HUGE. I have to say, I love the "mini" size, it really is the ideal size, pairs well with a scoop, or three, of ice cream. :) For the week of 11/18/2025-11/23/2025, the East Amherst bakery's "Specialty Mini Roll" was 'Mini Twix Roll', which is Kaylena Marie's roll drizzled with caramel and chocolate, filled with even more caramel and chocolate, then topped with crumbled Twix bar pieces and glaze. I ordered two, one for Saturday and one for Sunday. :) This roll reminded me how much I like a Twix bar, wow! The roll itself was soft, which the glaze, caramel, and chocolate only helped to soften even more. I suggest throwing the roll in the microwave for about 20 seconds to take the roll to a whole other level of deliciousness. The price for one "Specialty Mini Roll" is very reasonable, in my opinion, as it's a nice size and are fresh baked with great quality ingredients. Kaylena Marie's of East Amherst is a great café, still serving up delicious and gourmet food and treats. Plenty of parking, large, bright cheerful interior with friendly staff working. I look forward to coming back for the next "Specialty Mini Roll" that commands my attention!

I've never come here because their cinnamon rolls are so large, my roommate shares with me and my sweet tooth is satisfied. Recently, I went in to pick up someone else's order. It was my first time in there and I found it cute, with lots of natural light coming through. I'm not sure if it were the owner working, but whoever the lady was she was incredibly kind and upbeat; she even let me try a ham and cheese roll up croissant that was coming soon to the menu. I ate it on the go. It didn't make a mess at all and it was very good! It had something sweet to it so it wasn't dry, with I think some poppyseeds. It was a really nice blend of flavors and textures. Stop in and see what's in the display case :)

My kids like to do customized toppings, they are also very good. The wings are good too, not as good as Bar Bill, but to the level of Santora's good. Recently they renovated some areas, I am pleased to see the beer tanks and batching. They probably needs to get the area more separated and better controlled, but it is exciting to see the new stuff. Service is always very good.

I've had good experiences dining in Santora's Pizza Pub and Grill so I thought ordering a pizza for…read moretakeout would be just as good! Sadly, I was wrong. Around Christmas 2025, I bought a $50 gift card and was given a certificate for a free medium, one-topping pizza! I didn't know this promotion was going on so I was pleasantly surprised. The certificate was for pick-up only and had to be used by 03/31/2026 so I was running out of time by mid-March 2026. I saw Santora's had a pretty robust online ordering system but I wanted to use this gift certificate so I ended up calling the restaurant on a Saturday around 5:15pm. A pleasant woman answered the phone and after explaining the situation, she said no problem and took my order over the phone. She told me it'd be ready in 25 minutes and that all I needed to do was walk up to the host station at the main entrance. I arrived around 5:40pm to a busy parking lot but was still able to find a spot close to the entrance. I walked in and to the host station, told them my name and what I ordered, the young woman brought my order brought out to me and was on my way home, all within two minutes - Very quick! For my free medium (12", six slice), one-topping pizza, I went with a cheese and meatball pizza. This was where the rest of my experience went down. The pizza did not look good and, sadly, did not taste good either. When I opened the box, the pizza itself looked like a frozen pizza I would've bought at the grocery store. Everything about this pizza was dry and lacked any sort of substance, any heft/weight. There was barely any red sauce, so I couldn't really make out if it was more Buffalo-sweet or more savory, spicy. The cheese was lacking and the meatball topping was skimpy and lacking. The dough consistency leaned toward Buffalo-style being airy, chewy, but it was thinner than expected and the crust was more chewy than crispy, which I didn't mind. But the pizza overall was just, bland. Even the size of the pizza, it said 12", but I've gone to quite a few other pizza places around Buffalo and their small, 12" size pizza is more substantial that what I received at Salvatore's. I'm surprised how different this pizza was compared to when I ordered one and ate in the restaurant, there's quite a gulf in the quality between dine-in and takeout. I'm glad this pizza was free; I would have been upset if I paid for this. Generally, I like Salvatore's Pizza Pub and Grill, their dine-in experience is generally pretty good! The staff are courteous and friendly, very accommodating so no issues there. Their takeout pizza needs a bit of help though. For a restaurant that has the credentials of being one of Buffalo's original pizza shops, tonight's pizza was not a good reflection of that heritage. I won't be ordering takeout from here again but I wouldn't have an issue dining in if friends/family wanted to, but I'll be a little leery of ordering a pizza.
