I had placed a mobile order and when I got to the drive thru lane there was only 1 vehicle ahead of me. Unfortunately it took 15 minutes to receive my food which is totally unacceptable. Making matters worse, they couldn't even get the order right, so I'm even more disgusted. The prices keep going up, the portions are shrinking and service is abysmal. When visiting Panera, keep your expectations low and you will not be disappointed. Not sure the draw on this chain - average food, no cheap and watered down boxed soup. Staff looks like convicts also and no using gloves. This location however is an epic mess - when you see - 7 people behind a counter, don't start with the "staffing challenges" it is poor management. This place is a mess, ridiculously long waits, incorrect orders and inept leadership. Food is subpar at best and not reasonably priced. Restaurants also need to let up on the to go orders, if you can't handle it - don't take all the business. Additionally: - Cleanliness is an issue - Staff is clueless - They refunded me after waiting 40 minutes for a bagel and could not figure out the amount. There are places close that may offer a better alternative but not by much, this place survives on location and name but GROSS. Keep driving. read more

They actually allow in door dining. There is curbside pick up. I like the chicken teriyaki bowl but they should add more brown rice. The new flat bread pizza is tasty but would've better if they increase the size of the toppings, the toppings were like bird feed; tiny pieces of meat. Overpriced for the flatbread pizza. This is one of few in the area that have a drive thru which is a huge help considering after working 12 hr shifts - it's nice to be able to just go and grab a healthy dinner and head home - BUT ..... the staff that works the closing shift need to be retrained in CUSTOMER SERVICE !! - I get that they hire young college kids/high school kids but train them in customer service - You're in the customer service industry and you're meant to serve the customer a nice voice a pleasant greeting would be nice (I don't care if you were at school for eight hours) when you're behind the mic you snap on that happy spirit and face! Pulled up was not greeted at the window at all waited for about 5 to 7 minutes for the order she came to the window and didn't give me my total but took my money and I asked her what's my total was - and asked to speak to a manager. Stopped for lunch and got the half and half deal. They don't have my old favorite, the sierra turkey, anymore. I was sad but I need to try new things. Cuban sandwiches here are just baked, not pressed or grilled, and they use sweet pickles instead of dill. That was a little strange, but all the ingredients in my cuban sandwich were fresh. I also got a green goddess cobb salad without eggs. The combo of the dressing and the greens they use was delicious. I liked that the chicken was fresh and juicy and the avocados were not brown at all. I admit that I am a tomato snob, and I know it is almost November, but I skipped over the anemic unripe wedges and enjoyed the rest of the salad. I would order the salad again probably, although I think it would be improved by cheese. I would pass on the cuban because I really enjoy the smushed part of the cooking that marries all the flavors. I am a coffee fanatic, all day every day, so it's disappointing when the options are decaf, Hazelnut and ultralight roast. This panera hit the spot and satisfied my hunger! After a day at Dorney Park my friend and I were extremely hungry - and not wanting to eat dinner at the park ($$$) we made our way to Panera. Somehow this was probably the best meal I've had at Panera. We both ordered the you pick 2. I got the fortega chicken panini and mac n cheese while he ordered chipotle chicken avocado melt and broccoli and cheddar soup and we shared it all. Even though they ran out of the bread for my panini the lady behind the counter came to find me and gave me other bread options. I ended up getting it on the cheese bread and am SOLD. I will only be getting that bread from now own. yummy! This location was very clean (including the bathroom) and our food was brought to us. Not sure if most Panera's are like this however the one's near my hometown do not. Standard Panera restaurant. I always order some combination of the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, Black Bean Soup, Chicken with Wild Rice Soup and Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. I particularly love this Panera because I've come here on multiple occasions and sat here for hours (5+) at a time, doing work and no one was ever rude to me, asking me to leave or anything. There's a little corner that's kind of tucked away from the rest of the restaurant and I love sitting there and don't feel pressured to leave. Panera is pretty tasty, and I like this newer location. Always clean, and the staff is usually pretty friendly and upbeat. I have been here during some pretty busy times of the day, and there is always a place to sit. My biggest Panera pet peeve is the CUSTOMERS that just leave their plates on the tables for someone else to clean up. How rude! Don't they notice that everyone else is politely taking their dishes over to the containers to make room for more people? Grrr...of course, this has NOTHING to do with the employees. They're fab-u-lous! AND, now that they have the MyPanera card, I get free snacks, drinks, pastries etc., every few visits. SCORE! Thanks Panera, for always being clean, friendly, and well-lit! My review is solely based on one employee. The food is fine. Autumn worked the drive thru tonight and every single person that was in line had a mistake on their order. Whether it was her lack of communication or her not being able to punch in a few buttons for people orders. She should not be working the drive thru. What should've taken 3-5 minutes at most took almost 15. She also berated the person who was in front of me when I decided to pay. I also advised her when placing my order that I had a rewards card. She ran my credit card thru before I could even give her my phone #... she also forgot to add a cookie that I ordered, and charged me separately (which is fine) but then she said "oh, I can just add your rewards to this." I'm assuming she doesn't understand that you get rewards points off the amount of the bill. PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR FRANCHISE LOCATION. Remove her from drive thru... she is terrible. Panera is a great quick service restaurant! I love it there. It has a cozy atmosphere and there are many vegetarian options. The salads are fresh and the sandwiches come out warm. The employees are very friendly and the bathroom is clean! Also there is a great drink selection (one complaint is that they offer Pepsi products instead of Coke, but that is a personal preference) and the lemonade is my favorite drink to get! Highly recommend, it is great to meet with friends or you can go there to work. read more
