    2. Black Garlic Ramen / 黒にんにくラーメン
    KhanhMy V.

It's a really nice ramen place with beautiful decor. The space is clean, and the service is good. We had the kara-age as an appetizer, along with the black garlic and ninja ramen. The food was delicious. My only issue was that the ramen didn't come out piping hot, so midway through, it cooled down quickly.

I love this place, order all the time however, The bao bao used to be good but they barely put any meat in them now... 2 tiny slivers of chicken for 8$. They started "forgetting" my boiled eggs too. Seems like a cheap issue

This place is super cute. They decorate so nice I side they had a license plate flowr pots that were so cute. They had lots of varieties of ramen. I ended up going with a rice bowl that was packed with veggies.

This menu is tight and always consistent! Start with some killer apps. Not in the mood for noodles? Try a Don Buri. But yes - get the ramen. Perfectly flavored broths with delicious proteins and garnishes.

We absolutely love Ninja Ramen! We love their ramen and their rice bowls. I've never had a bad experience. Service is great, they're fast and attentive. Love the decor inside. Spacious, clean, and I'm always watching the TVs featuring someone making coffee drinks or desserts. Easily one of my favorite spots.

It's one of the better ramen shops in the area, with relatively decent pricing for what you get. The ramen is always fantastic, and I have a weakness for the bao bao buns. In addition, the staff is always friendly and attentive!

Great service and food. Great lighting, good temperature and vibe. Food was served in record time and their bubble tea options are good as well :)

The service here is great. Such a friendly staff and willingness to help. Currently vibing to Starboy by The Weekend, it's clean, with a great atmosphere. The food is amazing and fresh. They have different Japanese drinks and a bubble tea machine. I'll definitely be back for sure

An appetizer - it was good. Had octopus I think, inside.

We stopped here for a bite immediately after checking in to a nearby hotel, we were tired and wanted something quick and tasty. The service was prompt and the offerings enough to satisfy but we didn't want ramen. Instead we got an appetizer and a couple of the rice bowls, my hubby had a beef bowl and I had the BBQ Eel bowl. Minutes later a huge storm rolled thru and knocked out the power and it stayed out. The photo was taken in full darkness with long exposure. Miraculous, our bowls were served hot, and perfect. We used our phones to light up the space creating nice enough ambiance to eat by. The young girl servers were attentive and so apologetic. As seasoned travelers, we roll with the punches & we actually were very pleased that our food was filling, tasty and hot. However the kitchen staff managed it without power & in the darkness, we are just glad of it. I do recommend the spot. Took a star off bc restate supposed yo have a backup plan, like a generator or at least table lighting in case of emergency. I think after this event they will do that. It was a 'freak' storm that took out even street lights for miles.

This was my first time here, it was great i really liked it i would recommend it!! the size of the food was more than enough for one for a very good price, the place was very clean and the people working there were very nice to me and my family, definitely would come back.

A perfect balance of savory, spicy, and just a hint of sweetness. For my main, I ordered the black garlic tonkotsu ramen. Rich house-made pork broth layered with chashu, a marinated egg, mushrooms, and finished with black garlic oil. Deep, bold flavors that were comforting and indulgent all at once. Service: The waitress was welcoming and super helpful in walking me through the menu and pointing out the standout dishes. She checked in at just the right times during the meal and even offered to box up leftovers without me needing to ask. Attentive without being overbearing -- exactly what you want. Ambiance: The vibe here is casual and modern with a clean, open-kitchen setup. White subway tiles and black accents give it a sleek, minimalist feel, while the warm wood countertop at the bar adds a nice touch of coziness. It leans more toward a fast-casual noodle bar than a sit-down restaurant, so expect a lively, bustling atmosphere rather than a quiet dining space. Value: At $26, it felt a little on the pricey side for ramen, but the portions were generous and I even had leftovers to take home. Considering the quality and portion size, it still felt worth it. Recommend: If you're looking for a spot that's both casual and delicious, this is it. Hands down, my go-to recommendation for ramen in the Lehigh Valley.

Because of that alone, it attracts a great mix of local regulars, even on weeknights, which gives it a lively but comfortable vibe. The décor is modern and fun without trying too hard, exactly the kind of place you want to settle into for a relaxed late-night meal. It feels welcoming, not rushed, and perfect for lingering over a bowl of ramen. The service matches that energy: friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to have you there, which makes a big difference late at night. Given the other reviews, the ramen wasn't horrible. Not sure why the complaints are expressed. In real honesty, unless the bowl of ramens (is that plural?) are teleported straight from Japan - not going to expect a lot. Which is even more noteworthy to mention that food-wise, there's a nice variety to choose from, whether you're craving something rich and comforting or lighter and more balanced. Ramen does not have to be the one, all the time. (Even though the winter season makes it more satiating to have ramen.) Everything feels thoughtfully put together, and it's clear this is a place that takes pride in both flavor and experience. We had a variety of apps, bubble teas, and there was dessert at the end, too. For versatility, this is a definitely a good spot. If comparing to cuisines from Japan, um... I think we should lower our standards a bit and just enjoy the ambience, and night out. Overall, I'm so glad this spot exists for us night owls. It fills a much-needed gap in the local food scene and has quickly become the kind of place you're grateful to know about when everything else is closed. Please support your local businesses!

This time around was no different. I started with the noodle wrapped shrimp and Karaage chicken. The shrimp are deep fried and topped with spicy mayo and Okinawa sauce. The chicken is also fried and topped with sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. The Karaage chicken is my favorite item on the menu. I tried the spicy miso ramen last time. This time I went with the tonkotsu ramen. It's made with pork broth, ajitsuke tamago, chashu, bamboo shoots, scallions, nori, narutomaki, and black garlic oil. My friend ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. She liked it so much the first time she had to order it again. Service left much to be desired. When we called in to confirm that the Udon noodles do NOT have egg (as we have a child with an egg allergy), the woman taking our order curtly said "I threw out the box, it's white, you have to look for yourself." When we mentioned we do not know the brand to look, she replied "me neither, I threw out the box." Needless to say - the food is great, but honestly, the family owned business officially sucks. There's a way to respond to things and that just isn't it. Especially as someone taking orders. So thank you for ending this streak for us. The crap service made it easy to make this place a 1 star.
