It's not even 9:00 am on a Saturday morning and the soap dispenser in the Men's Restroom is empty and there's only one lid left in the coffee area. Someone's not paying attention! Breakfast sandwich, sausage egg & cheese was OK but not worth repeating. No salt or pepper at tables and I didn't want to get up and hunt for it, so had my sandwich w/o pepper which didn't help my opinion of the sandwich. Coffee (dark roast) is only OK as well. I've had much better experience at other Panera locations, albeit for lunch...Pasadena Hastings Ranch is a better managed store. read more

The size for my soup was wrong and it was not closed correctly so it spilled in my car. Both of my soups were too watery, not so many solid ingredients (noddle, chicken, lentils) like the usual. Bread was good so thats a plus. read more

Ok this Panera when I opened was excellent, but now the service has severely dropped off. About a month ago I order a sandwich and soup and my sandwich had a long hair in it. I was so grossed out because I found it once I had already taken a bite. I was very turned off from going to them again. But today I wanted some breakfast and they were close by, so I stopped in for some. I pick up my food and I when I get home I see the didn't even give me the breakfast wrap I ordered....they made me some half baked breakfast sloppily put together that doesn't even resemble what the breakfast wrap should be. I'm extremely disappointed in their service at this location. I was happy that they finally put one close to where I live but it looks like I'm going to have to go to the one in Arcadia because this location sucks. read more

Just like others commenting here, I was excited to see the restaurant open near my house. Unfortunately I've been disappointed the last couple of times I've ordered here using the drive thru window. On two occasions they've gotten my order wrong. On the first order they failed to tell me they had run out of a certain type of bread that comes with the sandwich, I got home and all sandwiches had a different type of bread. On the second order, I got home and noticed they forgot to include a side dish I had ordered. Quality Assurance is definitely lacking here and needs improvement. I will say though, customer service has been good, so that's what the 3 stars are for. read more

Been here a few times now and it's been okay. So decided to try the drive thru this morning. I got up to the order window quickly and asked for a egg and cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread. The girl repeated my order and I said correct. Then she gave me the total of $5.68. WTH?? I had looked up the sandwich online minutes before which had a price of $3.99, making the total $4.37 with tax. After 5 minutes I got to the pickup window and the girl confirmed I had the ham and cheese with bacon sandwich. I said no, I ordered egg and cheese on ciabatta and wondered why I was quoted a higher price. She then put in the order and said the total was $4.59. Again WTH?? I showed her the Panera website with my sandwich as $3.99. She didnt care and said it was $4.19 plus tax. When I told her I was rewards remember she seemed bothered to take down my number. Needless to say the drivethru took over 15 min. I highly recommend going inside and making sure the order is correct instead of driving thru. My go to for adding some greens into my diet since it's close to home. And can't go wrong with their grilled cheese and tomato soup combo. I love it cause of their app and being able to order online. Just order and pop in to pick up your order from their cubbies, no need to wait in any lines or find a cashier to help. Perfect for a lazy married couple, that can't ever agree on what restaurant to eat at and decides to just stay in, and not feel guilty about what they are eating. This is for the service only. My friend and I used the drive through today and to make it easier on my friend and I, we decided to make 2 different transactions. When we got to the window, they only charged me for my order and not my friends. So we tried to explain we made 2 separate transactions and she went to get someone else. I understand it can be confusing, but the next person we talked to we extremely rude. We tried to explain to her as nicely as possible that we made 2 separate orders and she gave us attitude. Once she found out what was going on, she finally took my friends card and handed her her food. My friend was checking to make sure everything was there and I could tell the lady helping us was getting annoyed. So once my friend grabbed her card from the lady "helping" us, my friend was asking her a question when she slammed the drive through windows in my friends face. I understand it was a confusing situation and probably frustrated with everything going on in the world, but slamming a door in someone's face while talking to them is extremely rude. Great location. Very new and clean. Well stocked with bakery items and of course all the great food Panera has. So healthy and their breakfast items are a great alternative to Starbucks. It's really quiet early on weekends so great to sit and drink a coffee and eat breakfast. I definitely recommend them. So glad they built one in this area. read more

I've eaten at several other Paneras, mainly in Pasadena and Monrovia, and I like this one best. The salads and soups are fresh and tasty. I spoke to a girl in the kitchen but she insisted order isn't ready because I placed separate orders of 3 items. No, I placed all in one order. I've probably visited this Panera Bread over 50 time and I normally dine in or do a take-out order and I've had no issue with how my food is organized within the bag. But the one morning that I gotta get food and go and by chance Panera Bread came to mind I order my normal pick 2 meal, the bravo turkey with a salad and a bread. Once I drove off which is on my end a mistake I look into the bag once I get to where I needed to be and my salad hadn't been shut so it's all over the bag. My bread was just loosely thrown into the bag with nothing to hold it. Absolutely unsanitary to just throw food in a bag without a proper wrap. Not only was that bad, my iced coffee which again normally no issues 1 cream 1 sugar. Taste like absolutely water with a hint of milk and sugar. Absolutely unsatisfactory to me as I have made this my Panera of choice by it's standards but this 3 thing wrong on a 4 item order is just absurd. Ahh good ol' Panera, where can you go wrong with coming here. They got soup, salads, sandwiches and everything else in between. Their handcrafted beverages were a refreshing delight in the summer heat and with healthy entrees were the perfect combo. They would of gotten a 5 stars out of me if they didn't run out of straws. Good location and decent service. The online ordering works well but the kiosks don't take barcode gift cards, and apparently neither do the registers as the cashier was forced to enter a 16 digit number off my phone. With the kiosks they have notably understaffed the wait line as there were only two cashiers working the register during the lunch hour. I would have ordered from the kiosk but needed to spend down my gift cards. The prices are obviously more expensive than the McDonald's next door but the product is filling - for instance my large Mac N Cheese seemed to be a small container at first, but the kitchen really packed it in well and I was full after eating half of it. Once I spend down my gift cards I may go somewhere else, but so far they are hitting the spot. read more

Absolutely Exceptional Service. I ordered some breakfast through a delivery app and although Panera closes their To-go bags with stickers at the top, the bag arrived with 2/3 stickers ripped open. There's a reason restaurants are using these stickers during a pandemic. It gives the consumer ease of mind that their food hasn't been tampered with. David at Panera took my call and he was professional, empathetic, and handled it flawlessly. Without me even asking, he offered to remake the order and either personally deliver it or have someone else do it for him. For this alone, I'll be returning to this location. read more

Third time that I used the men's room and there were no paper towels from the auto machine (which is positioned around three inches from the sink making it very awkward to even get paper towels). The silver ware was sticky and no manager in sight. I've been trying to be a loyal customer but the service and maintenance is lacking. In general good food and comfortable table seating. I really like their food and rapid pick up service. The only problem is I have ordered different sandwiches and they all smell and taste like pickles, even though they're not on the sandwich. Oh goodness. I don't like leaving negative reviews. And I really hope the management fixes these multiple offenses. And yes I'm being generous with 2 stars. Basically...the food saved this review. It's always good and perfectly made to order. 1) Today I placed an order to be taken to my table. 30 mins after I placed it I realized it had not come. I was working and couldn't stop and I really hoped my order would come. It never did. I had to stop my work and go to the front with my phone. She was nice and I got my order...an hour later... The manager was bussing a booth near me so I mentioned it to him so he can handle this with the staff. His response was oh they must have thought it was a pick up. Really??... the words Dine in and Pick up are clearly visible. Don't make excuses for your staff. Brushing over this is part of the problem. How will the staff be mindful if the manager makes excuses.?? 2) I went through drive through and the order taker was stumped about avocado and seemed annoyed when I asked the price. It's a simple request. I hope she didnt spit on my food. 3) I went to this location on Wed and 2 co workers were complaining about their GM and Manager...no names..no specific. They were not happy. And I looked for a clean table and alas the only table with an outlet was next to them and it was dirty. So I had to clean my table with them just feet away. 3) I have been coming to this Panera for a few months. While the previous incidents are specific the next challenge is unfortunately consistent. I place my used plate and utensils on the far edge of the table for easy pick up. The workers clean tables...sometimes.. one even swept.. wow.. and none of them have ever taken my plate! Seriously, I see you in front of me...next to me taking dishes from other tables. Why are mine left behind?! 4) It's usually extremely cold inside. I leave earlier than I prefer because I can't think when it's 60degrees... I think might be company standard. Ugh read more
