After having my SUV for more than two weeks, they missed a large, obvious scratch less than 10 inches from an area they had just painted. It was not included in the insurance claim, and I was never notified. I would gladly have paid out of pocket to have everything done at the same time. Equally concerning, I dropped off my SUV with 11% of its fuel remaining. Although the odometer showed only one additional mile, the tank was completely empty when I picked it up. My car rolled to a stop on the property, and I had to call AAA for a gallon of gas. It appears that fuel was siphoned from my vehicle while it was at the shop. If attention to detail and your vehicle's safety matter to you, I would strongly discourage using this location. I hope this review gives future customers the warning I wish I had.

Berkeley Auto Body is one of our insurance companies' options for car repair and, given their Yelp reviews, we went with them. In both cases, they were very responsive, completed the work quickly (and well!) and also communicated well throughout the process. The intake process for the car was easy and thorough - Lupe took a ton of pictures to document the damage and also walked me through the damage she could visually see and where they would be looking more closely for more substantial damage. Everybody at the shop is very professional and friendly. I appreciate that they are responsive both via phone and email.
