The last time I came here, I was just browsing; and the salespeson hovered next to me the whole time; it was VERY annoying; I felt rushed. The one star is for customer service whoever call me back to explain. First, they don't have enough inventories at all. I had a long list and only need 3 items to get the free promotional item. However, there were only 2 letter charms in stock. Besides, the service was terrible. When I tried to shop for the third flower charm, the sales seemed lost patient on me. She asked me to look at thier catalog myself. When I picked one flower from the catalog, she just put a different one without telling me what I've picked was also out of stock. I had to check the receipt and compare to the photo on their website to figure that out. Different flowers have different meanings. That's totally unacceptable! Last but not least, they also claimed that they cannot provide gift box and logo paper bag since I received free promotional item. Everything was put in a white plain paper bag. Each Christmas I purchase the annual Pandora Christmas charm for my daughter for several years. I went to the South Coast Plaza store since the Mission Viejo location has closed. I asked the salesperson for the Pandora annual Christmas charm which usually is sold along with a Christmas ornament or special packaging. The salesperson had no idea what I was talking about. He noted they sell the ornament but not an annual charm. He checked with others in the shop. They all said they never heard of the annual charm. I asked to see the Christmas charms available and very few were for sale , he said most had been sold. Very disappointing. Anyhow, I called the Cerritos mall location and the salesperson explained that this year the 2021 annual charm is sold separately from the ornament. She said she has the 2021 charm in stock as well as the ornament. Thank goodness ! I don't have the charm in hand yet , however , the salesperson sounded very knowledgeable. We'll see ! read more

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I went in last Friday a little before 8pm, excited to use the spend $550 and get $225 off promotion. I was about to enter the store, but the associates had blocked it off (even though closing was at 9pm). I was confused and tried to enter only to have multiple associates glare at me and one of them yelled at me that they were closed and not to come in. I was appalled because their posted hours were until 9pm and I would never have thought they would treat their customers this way. Perhaps they were busy due to the promotion and decided to close early? I'm not sure. Regardless, there are better ways to deliver the news. I've worked in customer service and I would NEVER yell at a customer in any situation, especially one where I am wrong. I understand that you needed to close early for whatever reason, but you do not yell at me. I thought maybe they had just blocked off the store for a few minutes to avoid congestion and so I went back 15 minutes later to find the store with half the amount of people in it and still closed. Not good for business in my opinion. For example, in a similar situation, when Victoria's Secret had a crazy sale a few months back, they let customers enter until 9pm and stayed open until the last one was gone. It's crazy to think such a high-end brand has such poor customer service, especially when one customer could spend hundreds to thousands of dollars. Very disappointed. Customer service is integral to high-end businesses as you may have fewer customers but they spend more. Bad investment to hire crap workers because if you lose a customer, you lose out on a lot more than other brands would. read more

I went to Brea Mall today to take advantage of their end of the year promotion of Spend $100 and get an item up to $75 free. I probably should not have waited until the last day. While the wait was not ideal (see below), the service I received from Cindy was amazing! She really knew her stuff! I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she was able to give some suggestions and I was in and out in about 45 mins having taken full advantage of the promotion. I was able to spend $300 and get up to 3 items worth $75 free ( needed to make my wait worth it), She was wonderful and worked some magic with how to group what I wanted for purchase and I ended up spending $305 (before tax) and each free item cost $75! I ended up with a new limited edition bangle, a new Disney starter bracelet, 2 Disney charms (one a limited edition) and 4 additional charms. A grand total of 2 bracelets and 6 charms, which allowed me to keep the bangle for myself with 4 charms and have the bracelet and 2 separate charms as 3 separate gifts! Woohoo! What a deal and what great service! Well worth my 2 hourish wait! The Wait - When I arrived around 3 p.m. there was a line of about a dozen or so people in front of me. Little did I know it would eventually take a little over 2 hours. But once you've committed about 30 mins you can't give up, plus there was no way of know it would end up taking so long!. As I was able to stare in the window the whole time I could see the sales people working their tails off running around showing charms. But some customers took forever! One was there beyond the 3 hours I was! Once Cindy called me in she was super apologetic about the wait (not their fault, the shoppers took forever!), She was efficient, helpful and professional with me! Amidst the crazy day she had she was still cool, calm and collected and still had a great sense of humor (which she needed), since she ended up having to dealing with my opinionated and goofy husband and teenage son during my shopping experience, Thank you Cindy for allowing me to walk away with a smile after a 2 hour wait - that seldom (never) happens! I was at this Pandora location yesterday with the intention of buying my daughter a birthday gift and Tania did an amazing job on guiding me and helping me out. She went above and beyond ordering the correct size for me since they didn't have the size available. My daughter absolutely loved her new ring. Terrible service. I came in to trade an online order because my bracelet was too big. A trainee helped me and happily helped me trade the size. She exchanged and put it in a bag for me, then another lady stopped her. She said no they didn't buy anything from else don't give them a bag.. I was speechless. First of all I did buy something, just the not at that time. She absolutely wouldn't help and provide a bag. My experience with Pandora is pretty much nonexistent, meaning that I walked in with my mom and sister, the employees glanced our way, and then didn't even speak a word to us for the duration of our browsing (about five minutes or so). There were two girls standing toward the back chatting at times and just spacing out during other times, and one or two more helping out a customer in the middle island area. I checked into this place on Yelp just so that I would remember to write a review. It just seemed a bit rude to be ignored the entire time. I don't understand what the rave Pandora has to offer. It is fine silver jewelry and gold plated piece. First of all...if you own a piece it is very expensive to start out with. When you make a purchase everything seems to be fine and customer serviceis great. I am not a big fan of silver because it tarnish and I don't want to deal with the up maintainance of cleaning it. We were told if our silver jewelry becomes tarnish and to bring it in and it will be clean for FREE. Sounds great right!!! However, they didn't tell you that they will clean your jewelry to the best that they can and then offer you there cleaning jewelry kit and you can clean the jewelry yourself!! I'm not satisfied with my ring cleaning as it was not cleaned to my expectations and satisfaction. I was told since the ring was hard to clean because of the way it was made the Pandora staff did her best to do what she can. Told me since the tarnish was from inside the ring no one can see it. I love Pandora products, the rings are always so beautiful! I have two rings from here that were given to me by my boyfriend and I absolutely love them! However when I went in today to get a simple ring cleaning I was less than satisfied. Yeah, I know it's a free service and I shouldn't be expecting much but this was really disappointing. The store was empty at 11 am with three employees standing around and they told me it would be a half hour wait. Alright understandable, so I dropped the ring off and signed the contract. I came back and the ring was handed to me in a dirty towel, I didn't think much of it and left. I drove straight home but when I returned home I noticed my ring was missing a stone with a dent. Horrible experience. Sorry fo the owner for having one of the worse employees, Brooke and ammina. They are unfriendly and showed no desire to help problem solve. I ordered a brace and some charms. Some of them were not available. I waited two weeks for their phone call. No phone call. I called them. They told me to wait. I called again and again. Finally they told me that my orders were there. It only took them 2 months. I finally made it to the store. I didn't have original recipt. They told me that I must present the original recipt to pick my order up. Ammina had an audacity to lie to my face that no one in the history of pandora has ever lost the original receipt (really?). Despite that they were able to see my purchase history on the computer and verify that I made the purchase at that store, they demanded that I present with the original receipt. This converation was very painful and illogical. Also They were extremely rude and had no problem solving skills. Their manager finally told them that the original receipt can be printed out. So They did and I finally got my brace and charms after 20 mins of purgatory. I felt like I was speaking with two gorillas with an IQ of 60.
