Panda World - 65. C9. Chicken with Garlic Sauce Dinner L9. Chicken with Garlic Sauce Lunch - Chinese Near Me - Butler, New Jersey

The chicken broccoli is my favorite it is so good it is packed with flavor. For appetizer I would definitely recommend the fried wonton it is just so crispy and flavor is amazing. read more

Food is tasty. You cannot eat in, you would not want to! Place looks dirty and ready for condemnation. They do have current certificates from board of health and satisfactory food service??! Note: only take-out and local delivery. read more

Good spot for quick Chinese food. I like the General Tsos and the Seasame Chicken. I usually get the lunch special but instead of rice I get lo mein. Price is great and staff is friendly. One of the better Chinese spots in the area. read more

It's the go to place for Chinese in our area. I always suggest them the food is always good and hot when it gets here and they always have a smiling face. read more

DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT eat here. I have tried many Chinese "restaurants" and believe me you, this is one of the places I consider NOT GOOD. I ordered : Chicken Wings w Onion FriedRice, General Tso Chicken w White Rice, and Crab Ragoons. First off, if they consider this Fried Rice (picture attached) then they are a fake Chinese Restaurant. Disgusting. Second, the General Tso Chicken tasted old as if it was sitting around for a few days then they just refried it added sauce and placed it on top of my white rice. Third, the Crab Ragoons (cheese wontons) tasted straight up like cream cheese with no crab (crab supplement) was put inside... and theres no red sauce but this weird yellow sauce... LASTLY AND SADLY, they dont even give utensils. Really? A COMPLETE WASTE OF $30!!! OVERLY PRICED FOR NO REASON. Does not even deserve 1 star, highly disappointed. I have attached all pictures of the menu (of whoever dares to try) and all that I ordered. read more

First time ordering from Panda World and let me tell you that the food was excellent. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and arrived hot! Ordered wonton Soup (wontons were uniquely shaped and very tasty), fried dumplings (larger than normally use to and they were full of flavor), chicken lo-mein dinner with fried rice (you can taste the freshness) and kungpo (really good with a slight hint of heat). We were not to keen on the eggroll but it was edible. I highly recommend PW for your Chinese food fix!!!! read more

We live in west milford and tried this place out. Looks kinda shabby from outside but the food is delicious! We got house special fried rice, ribs, General Tso's chicken and wonton soup. Wonton soup was the best i've had! Very happy we found a place close by. Will be ordering from them again! read more

Man it's such a Chinese food wasteland in this area. Have tried them all but based on recommendations decided to try panda tonite. Ordering was easy, showed up and they seemed to have a good Covid setup so didn't have to interact directly with anyone. We ordered meals for 4 and all were just average. For me I got the hot and sour soup that had carrots in it so a weird sweet flavor overtook the soup. Also got the general tso chicken that had a strange taste - not sure if it was the breading but just tasted strange. Not sure I'll be back read more

my holy grail chinese restaurant my absolute favorite. their crab ragoons are the best i've ever had and i love there general tsaos chix & sesame chix !! read more

I had a fist fight with one of the staff members named Winona or sum ion remember. I won and got 2 free egg rolls and they were okay. Also one of the employees was doing homework like some kind of irl nerd emoji read more

DO NOT EAT HERE I ordered chicken and broccoli with a side of white rice in a hurry today. I opened the lid to eat it only to find scorching hot chicken and broccoli marinating in a brown gelatinous stew of what seemed to be days old sauce. I took a bite of the chicken and it was soggy and undercooked. Realizing that I wouldn't have another chance to eat for the next 4 hours I separated all the broccoli pieces and ate only the broccoli and white rice with no added sauce. Spent the rest of the day feeling like I had knives in my stomach and vomited multiple times. read more

Great Chinese food finally. We went there for the first time to give it a try. Actually went to the restaurant for take out to check it out. Small place, but clean. Family run. My wife and I both thought the food was great. Not NYC great, but we haven't found a good Chinese restaurant near Kinnelon in a while. Egg rolls were crispy and tasty. Hot and sour soup and egg drop soups were both good. I recommend it. Next time, we'll try delivery and see how long it takes. read more

I always liked ordering from here, they have a great selection, food always shows up fast and correct

Delicious Chinese food, wide selection and friendly service. Highly recommend for take out.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, I think this might be the first ever, but the two large to go hot and sour soups we ordered tasted so bad we actually dumped them both down the sink. Literally just took $10 and dumped it down the drain. Completely flavorless and the texture was like no hot and sour soup I've ever experienced. 2 stars only because it was ready fast. read more

In my opinion, By far the best Chinese food around. A little expensive so but worth it.

Panda World was until today my favorite Chinese food in the area. While waiting to grab my lunch today, I watched a chef in the back hand mixing a large bowl of chicken in some sort of sauce. A piece flopped out onto the disgusting kitchen floor by his feet, and he picked it up and tossed it back in the bowl and continued mixing. Then he turned and saw me looking at him, so he moved his body between me and the bowl so I couldn't see any more. That is an inexcusable standard, and sadly I am done. Generally I will not post a bad review if I don't care for the food, but this is different. read more

Decent general Chinese takeout. We've never had any issues. It meets expectations for this type of food.

Skip this place. My husband and I ordered delivery for the second time and found that his shrimp chow mein did not contain any noodles! He called the restaurant and was told by some kid that the order was made correctly and hung up. Uh, what?? It was a soup of onion and shrimp--nothing like what chow mein is expected to be. The rest of the food was pretty good, but not enough to make up for rude service. read more

Panda World - The worst interpretation of "shrimp chow mein" I've seen. - Chinese Near Me - Butler, New Jersey

I haven't ate Chinese food in years but this was a pleasant suprise. Ordered tabferine chicken, not over fried, chicken cooked well (no weird chewy sketchy parts you find in other Chinese restaurants) and hot and sour soup which was phenomenal. Will be back! read more

Consistently good to excellent Chinese food. I highly recommend the "Grand Marnier shrimp." Shrimp in an orange-flavored mayonaise-like sauce with walnuts over what seem to be rice-flour breaded shrimp. We have been ordering regularly from them since they opened in Butler a few years ago and have yet to be disappointed by the food. It's consistently good. read more

Decent prices but the food was great. I ordered garlic dumplings and general tsos with rice and an egg roll. It was fresh and delicious. Definitely give those dumplings a try! read more

Panda World is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. Their food and wonton soup are of highest quality compared to your average Chinese restaurants in the area. I always order my chicken dishes by ordering white meat only and they taste superb! read more

I've never visited the actual restaurant( always been delivery), but the food is very good. The szechuan dumplings in peanut sauce are fabulous, but not for the meek. It's on a short stretch of good restaurants too, as the Mexican place across the street is very authentic and reasonable. read more

Horrible service! So so food. Disgusting egg rolls We ordered online at 5:45, after 3 calls and 2 HOURS later ( stupid me for not just driving there and getting it myself) while on my 3rd call delivery guy shows up, he was super kind but I'm arguing with them that it's been 2 hours and they offer me a $4 discount.. Umm no! After lots of arguing claiming that they are very busy, yeah not my problem,I told her I'm only paying$10.00! I still tipped the driver, not his fault! Not worth the hassle for so so food! read more

This place has been out go-to for Chinese food since we found it 7 years ago. Everything on the menu is terrific. My daughter especially lives the streamed dumplings. The Grand Marnier shrimp is awesome and unique to this menu. Great service. Always timely and friendly. read more

The wonton soup is really good! I think the dumplings were good because my niece got them and gobbled them up and didn't even give me one. lol I ordered online with the Grubhub and they were on time/early. read more

Foods decent. Waits are ok. We waited about 30/35 minutes for delivery which isn't bad. Not the best Chinese I've ever had, wouldn't be my first choice but it's close to my boyfriends so it's convenient for when we are there. Only real complaint is they brought regular coke when I asked for diet, but no big deal. read more

Excellent never had Chinese food like this place! DELICIOUS You have to stop or get it Delivered It's a Must! The people are pleasant, quick and you get bonus free food when you place an order over 20 30 45 I think. I will refer this place Highly read more

Do not order from here. My son just pulled a blue rubber band out of his mouth. It was in his dumpling. Absolutely disgusting !! I called to complain and when I asked for a credit since I can no longer eat the food, I was told because I ordered online there was nothing they can do. read more

I feel it is one of the best Chinese Restaurants as far as the food goes. I just think the need to make the store a little more fancy and not so in the view of the customers. read more

Terrible service. Left me hanging on delivery for the now second time! When I call back they had what I was talking about! Chucked their menu! read more

Let me first start off with the fact that it took over a hour and a half to be delivered. I live 5 minutes away. The cold sesame noodles was horrible. The noodles sat in a pile of grease that smelled sooooo bad I can't describe the nastiness of the smell. God knows what they use to scoop the white rice because it had brown sauce all over. The Singapore mei fun was mush. Just bad all around... read more

The food is great here and our go to place for Chinese. The staff is great! But it is not a sit down restaurant. I think there is like 2 small tables you can sit and eat. It's really a take out/delivery place. Oh and if you want the food delivered, expect a loooooong wait. I prefer to pick it up otherwise your waiting like over an hour for your food! If you want it for 6:00, you better order it at 4:00. LOL read more

Great food, always delicious! However, definitely pick up your order as the delivery person gets lost every time despite very clear instructions with easy communication both ways. He refuses to exit the street and drive down our very short driveway to our single flight of stairs apartment. The only reason for 4 stars is for delivery. read more

Great Chinese food! The egg rolls rock! Gen tso's rocks! The grand mariner chicken is unique and delicious! Order a quart of extra sauce on the side and add it to your chicken dishes all week! Lol read more

Why is cleanliness never a priority in many of these small Chinese take out places? I am sorry, but while the food is not bad, dirty disgusting floors and greasy walls are a recipe for vermin and bacteria. Also, what's the deal with selling flash drives for $20.99? Focus on cleaning and the food! Hopefully they get the message. Stand out as a CLEAN take out place and be proud of your business and respect your customers with cleanliness. read more
