60. Kung Pao Chicken

A convenient downtown location. Passed by several times and never went in. Kung Pao chicken and hot and sour soup delicious. A nice option for an American/Chinese palate. I would love to see Cantonese traditional noodle dishes ala King Fong style. Wonderful and courteous service.

Broken soup lid, glad it didn't spill!

I don't typically write negative reviews but this was...not good! The combination lo mein was colorless and bland. Mushrooms seem to be from a can. The wonton soup came with a broken lid, mostly chicken broth with empty wontons and some cut up shrimp, carrots, and pea pods. Not terrible but bland. Dragon and Phoenix is usually a favorite of mine, however it is spicy and flavorless at the same time! Like someone just sprinkled something like cayenne pepper on it instead of developing flavor with chilies and other ingredients. All in all, this food feels thrown together more than cooked with love and attention to detail. Very disappointing.

JohnL and myself here for lunch after finding our first choice place too busy for wait. Egg roll was real good. And our lunch choices were ok. Probably better choices not far away.

My partner and I were strolling downtown, I told my partner that we should give this place a try. My partner was hesitant because the place is empty. The moment we got inside, the Asian - Chinese owner/staff at the front desk was only acknowledging my partner, who is a caucasian, he ignored me and won't even look at me while I am talking to him. I wonder if he reacted that way because I am an Asian and thinks that I cannot pay on my own. The food is ok, but we don't plan of going back, will share my experience everywhere! I regret going there!

I just spent $40 here. And no no no no I wouldn't recommend this place. Food smelled like poop, looked like poop and tasted like poop. No kidding. Spend your $$ elsewhere. And no I'm no bot or trying to mess this business up for any gain. Worse place ever

great food and excellent delivery service. Hate the location. Would have loved to have had a fortune cookie but it is what it is.

This is a sub standard Chinese takeout. Living right next to it I have given it many chances, and I really never have been impressed.

The food is pretty good. It can be a bit expensive, unless you're getting the lunch specials. The interior seems kind of shabby.

Dragon Wok is about a 20-minute drive out of my way, and I'd make that drive again without thinking…read moretwice. When the food is this consistently good, the extra time in the car is absolutely worth it. My go-to order is the General Tso's chicken with fried rice and an extra order of crab rangoon. The chicken is always fresh, crispy, and coated in just the right amount of sauce. Nothing tastes like it sat under a heat lamp. Every meal has tasted like it was made to order. The staff is another reason I keep coming back. They're always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of your business, which makes every visit a great experience. I've eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants around Omaha, and Dragon Wok has easily earned a spot in my top three. If you're looking for fresh food, generous portions, and consistently great service, this place is well worth going out of your way for.

We came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday lunch and were treated like royalty. The food was promptly served even with a pretty full dining room. At the end, they presented my daughter with a dragon egg and baby dragon in her favorite color. She absolutely loved it. Our food favs are the peanut butter chicken (just trust), any fried rice, wonton soup, and pork egg rolls. But you will be happy with whatever you pick. Definitely try the lemonade with popping boba. Amazing! The place has plenty of room and is pretty much seat yourself. Love the tvs playing game shows while we waiting. Definitely give this place a try!

I loved the peppers, onions, and water chestnuts it came with too. It also came with choice of rice and choice of soup. I got the fried rice and hot and sour soup. Although it indicates spicy on the menu, I found it to be not spicy at all. (And I really like spice) In the future I will ask them to amp it up a few notches. My husband got the General Tsos pork with streamed rice and egg drop soup. He really enjoyed it. I love that they gave an American and Chinese menu. I will definitely be coming back to try a few things from the Chinese menu. Service from Abbey and Molly was fabulous. They were quick on the refills and picking up dishes. The menu shows they have some excellent lunch specials too! Highly recommend.

Outstanding Dim Sum in Omaha!…read more New Golden Mountain in Aksarben absolutely delivers! Having enjoyed dim sum throughout the Detroit area and across the border in Windsor, Ontario, we have plenty of experience to compare it to, and this place holds its own. Every dish was cooked to perfection, arrived piping hot, and was incredibly flavorful. The sticky rice was packed with flavor, and the Singapore noodles had the perfect balance of peppers, egg, shrimp, and other ingredients. Every item we tried was just right. The service was excellent, and the extensive menu offers plenty of options. We also saw lots of happy customers. Everything we ordered hit the mark, but a few dishes are absolute must-orders. The roasted duck is incredible--shoutout to that crisp, crackly skin and incredibly tender meat with zero greasiness. Follow that up with their fried beef chow fun, which nails that smoky, elusive wok hei flavor with perfectly tossed noodles, tender beef, and bean sprouts. And I have to give a special mention to something unexpected: their rice. It sounds simple, but their side rice is just on another level entirely--fluffy, distinct grains with the exact right moisture that somehow manages to stand out on its own.
