So I have been to many a Panda Express in my day. This is by far the best one we have ever been to! Normally I have to doctor the fried rice at home but not this time! The only issue we had was we somehow were charged for and received but did not order. A large entree of Black Pepper Steak wound up on our tray. Oh well we'll just take it home and my husband will eat it later. The store was pretty clean with the exception if some red liquid at the soda fountain bar but other than that we're pretty happy. My husband and I love Panda Express! We get take out frequently, however, today will be the last time. The restaurant was packed with customers. My husband orders our food and hands the cashier a $100 bill, which he has done before, no big deal. The cashier refuses to break it, even though with the amount of business they were getting and the person in front of him paying cash as well, as it being just enough to break the rest of his $100. The cashier was rude and sarcastic. Things got heated. My husband said he would not come back and she told him that she " did Not care ". My husband got very agitated and simply stated "this is bullshit'. After getting smaller bills and paying for our food. They made him wait for half an hour...while they waited for the WFPD to show up. There was nothing said, no crime was committed nor was anybody threatened. Just a waste of time. Food is always great. Seems WF loses businesses based off customer service. Ordered online for a pickup and waited almost an hour, told by an employee "just wait" as the other employees had girlfriends dropping off food, yapping and acting as though there weren't 50 people in the lobby waiting for food. read more

This is the third time I have had an issue with this spot in just the past few weeks. I love Panda Express but this has to be the worst one out there! The first and second time I ordered a sweet tea with my food and both times I received straight water. I know what tea tastes like and I know they're not doing something right. The third time (tonight) I decided to ditch the drink and just get my entree and go and get a separate tea from Sonic since they don't know how to make it and I got home with my entree and Sonic tea - excited to eat - and opened up my food. I paid extra for the angus steak and look at the picture! 2 little slices of slices are you kidding me? I keep wasting money at this location, I've thrown away 2 large "teas" (water) and now I paid extra for two small little steak bites. Worst Panda ever! Went to Panda Express earlier today, around 6ish, and the drive thru cashier was a very rude individual. Service was slow and we asked what was going on. Repeatedly threw co-workers under the bus, and told us that instead, we could just drive off. So that's exactly what we did. Very very unprofessional and rude individual, would not recommend what so ever. read more

It's alright but the price is HIGH for some tiny portions. My husband loves this place but the food is hit or miss and honestly I don't feel it's worth the money. Definitely leaves you wanting more, because the 3 mushrooms and 2 shrimp just didn't fill you up!!! Food is decent though. read more

I'm so fed up with this particular panda that I downloaded this app to vent. I've been to Panda Express all over the country and this is mostly poorly managed restaurant I've ever been to. There's always some excuse to have one of their doors locked. They will not make any more entrees despite having an hour left of business time to serve the public. It was my understanding that at closing is when the clean up process started. Not an hour before. I'm sure the manager had an important date to make it to so who cares about the customer. They're always at least two entrees out because their cooks are standing around. And even after Covid restrictions had been lifted they dragged their feet about opening back up. Today 3/6/20 I decided to try out Panda Express again today. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The dinning room was clean my food was fresh and hot. The young lady that served me and that looked like was in charge of serving dine in guest was very polite, helpful and friendly. I noticed she made sure to keep in eye on the dining room tables keeping them clean while taking the time to check with guests to make sure everything was good our to see if they needed anything. Employees like this young lady will be a very welcome improvement for this restaurant. I am raising my 2 star review to a 4 star. read more

We drove through an hour before closing. We were told they were about to close and menu was limited. Against my better judgment we ordered one of the few choices. The brown rice was not cooked at all and the green beans in the bowl were literally not edible. I've eaten here many times. The experience to become more and more frustrating over the last year. The dining room is no longer open, which I completely understand due to Covid. You used to be able to order at the counter and carry out, but they now require you to use an online app to order and then pick up in the lobby. I attempted to use the app it failed several times. I went in and try to explain this to the people at the counter and was treated very rudely. I will not return to this restaurant as it is becoming increasingly difficult to get food here. read more

This place has mostly friendly staff. Warning: if you are "waiting on food being made," they likely haven't started making it yet. When the cooks asked if you have been helped is when they receive the communication that they need to cook something to refill the line. Restaurant is always clean. Management is nice but enjoys excessive social time. Cooks at the location are great! They also soft close early, so you might not get the food your were hoping for if you come 60 minutes before end of day. read more

My husband and I were there for the second time in a few weeks on Saturday. Both times they were low on food and therefore selection. At the checkout both visits we were told they were " out of their tea". After paying out, there was not a clean table anywhere! The employees don't wear gloves when handling the food (amid Covid-19 issues), they don't care about the customer or wait times, small portions, and burned food. They are having some growing pains. I eat at other Panda locations and generally know what to expect. I pay the up charge and do the Shrimp dishes. The Walnut Shrimp was pretty good, but the Fire Flavor Shrimp was a disappointment. The Spring Roll was not as good as I usually get and the mixed vegetables were not up to Good Panda Express. The location seems to affect Panda's food quality. I have been in some which were Great or like today, just mediocre. That's why I usually hate myself for rolling the dice on a new location. I will try this location two more times before I write it off my list, they were a bust this visit. Staff was trying I believe, but it looks like they need an active Manager to assist with new staff. I ordered through DoorDash and received my bag with my receipt placed on the outside (with my correct order and name), but inside the bag was an entirely different order. Obviously some togo orders got mixed up and were not correctly tagged with correct receipts, careless mistake-but an easy fix. DoorDash returns money (in credits) for wrong orders, so I reordered my food and it came correct, warm, and tasty. read more

Friendly, helpful servers/staff. Restaurant was very clean, inside and out. No trash on the floors, tables and eating areas were clean as well as the area where the utensils, napkins and cup lids were. I am very disappointed in this Panda Express. The last several times I have been in the drive through, the food has not been ready. They tell me it will be 10 minutes and to pull around. Well, every time it has been a wait of at least 20-30 minutes. Today I decided to place my order online, thinking that when I got there my food would be ready. I ordered it online at 5:05. It told me it would be ready for pickup at 5:25, got there a couple minutes after that and it wasn't ready. I kept asking the girl on register where it was, she said they were cooking more and that it would be ready soon. I didn't leave with my food until 5:55. Almost an hour after I placed the order. It's also frustrating when you see people walk in and order and they get the food that I am waiting for first. I really like the food, but I'm not going to wait there for an hour to get what I ordered. I like the teriyaki chicken, and they never have it ready. I am giving it a 2 star because I like the food, if I didn't like the food I would have given it a 1 star. read more
