Service here is not good. When we walked in to order on 11/29/25. The blonde male kid behind the counter had thrown something that almost hit my wife. Him and another employee were messing arounf back there. I ordered the French Dip. The employee put in my order and when I got my sandwich there was no au jus sauce in the bag. When I asked the employee he said oh sorry we don't have any. We won't have any until Monday. Not once did they say we're out or have it on the board like they normally do. They went to a do it yourself system. However, when I asked the worker at the register, what the promo code for military discount, she replied only if you're paying cash. My Co-worker was next in line and she helped him with the military discount. I guess they're selective on which service members they really want to help. I could have asked more questions but he didn't have to ask anything, she straight asked him if he was military and will do it for him. As to why I say selective on who she wanted to help. I am not sure what happened to this place. A kiosk, while live humans are standing there. Ok. But the food. It's not good. The meat tastes OLD. I have no problem paying for quality. It isn't quality and the portions are a bit stingy. The staff are friendly and helpful so no shade to them. The environment is clean. But the food... not ever going back. I spent 14 bucks on a sandwich and the meat tasted like it was old. It was the brisket sandwich. It may as well been a frozen meat. This makes me sad as back in the day it was wonderful! read more

My first time ever to a Firehouse Subs. You're immediately greeted upon entering with a resounding "10-12" and "Welcome to our house!" from the staff. For my first try, I went with two eight inch subs, so I could try two flavors. First was the Firehouse Meatball, be sure to request the Sweet & Spicy Meatball, or the Pepperoni Meatball. Ordered the combo with chips and drink, also added onions and mushrooms to the sandwich. The second sandwich was the Firehouse Steak & Cheese, with mushrooms added as well. The sandwiches come in 4" small, 8" medium, and 12" large. The sandwiches both arrived in a timely fashion for as busy as they were. They were pretty swamped with phone app orders. I ate the Cheesesteak first, and it was delicious. This is when I discovered, for my preference, the double meat would have been awesome. Perfectly flavored, along with a side of Roasted Garlic Hot Sauce from the sauce rack on the counter. Mmmmmm. I hit the Meatball next. It too was delicious, smothered with plenty of marinara and provolone. Of course, I get mushroom and onions added as well. Both medium subs were a good meal. I'll definitely be going with a single large in the future. The sodas are self-serve from the Coca~Cola computertized fountain machines. There is a "sauce rack" with a large variety of sauces from across the state's. Each has a number sticker on the back from 1 to 10, indicating its heat level. They have regular Cholula and Tabasco at "5" to give you an idea. Definitely going to come back and give another sub on the menu a try, the New York Steamer is looking pretty tasty! read more

My order was not exactly as I asked. The manager fixed it by having it all remade. He walked it out to me and helpede to carry it all to my car. I am on crutches just now. They were slammed but still took the time to go above what was required. The beverages come out of tap cold. That means if you've got one of those insulated stainless steel cups you don't have to put ice in it. Their cups are going to be bigger than your cup anyway. Overall it was a great experience. I've been a fan of Firehouse since I discovered it in another city. I was thrilled to find out that they were opening one here in WF. I have gone in a few times and the staff has always been friendly, the restaurant has always been clean, and the service has always been reasonably fast. Most importantly, the food has always been excellent. I recommend the Club on a Sub and Turkey Bacon Ranch in particular, though I've never been disappointed with a sub from Firehouse. read more

I'm giving 4 stars because the sandwiches are very good. But service may be a problem. When we walked up to the register to order, the lady greeted us, asked what we'd like and as we started to order, the phone rang. She stopped us to answer the phone. What?!? In my many (many) years of working in customer service, I have always learned that the customer in front of you is the most important ~ the phone can wait. The worst part was there were so many other people working yet no one else offered to take our order or take over the phone call. By the time she was able to get back to us, there were more than 5 people in line behind. Just something management should go over with employees. read more
