The food and service is great. I would recommend to all my friends and family. It is also very near my home.

Door Dash order - Food was cold. Not sure if they made another stop before me but it was cold. My order was completely wrong. I ordered off a previous order that is my go to. Cheeseburger w/ mayo instead of mustard. - there was no cheese and they put mustard on it. Also ordered a sweet tea- got a coke. Sucks for me, I guess. read more

Went thru the drive thru this morning with a mobile order. Regina was SO sweet when I pulled up to the order box! I find that 99% of the staff is friendly. Occasionally I will encounter an employee that is "phoning it in" but its rare here. They got my order correct and it was ready when i arrived at the restaurant. read more

Great food. Usually French fries are hot. I like no ice in my coke. Friendly helpful staff.

The food is awesome... it is made to order, hot and fresh, The ambience is standard fast food seating. Service depends on the time of day you go there. read more

Be sure and add jalapeños, and don't forget to get the spicy catsup for your fries. Quick service, but the tables were a bit dirty and asked if we could get one cleaned off, and the manager said, "we will get to it when we get to it." Had some music playing which added to the ambiance to the place. read more

So after 5 visits before writing review this is probably the worst Whataburger I have been to. French fries no matter what time you show up are always soggy slightly undercooked. Hamburgers doesn't matter double with cheese no1 with cheese double meat jr they are always cold even when you wait and you wait a long time here. Someone needs to do a little quality control here. read more

Gross!!! We LOVE Whataburger BUT this one is lacking!!! First we walk up and there is throw up on the sidewalk. I ordered two double meat double cheese Whataburger's. When we got them the cheese was missing so went up and asked for four slices of cheese. The manager went back and brought them back on a wrapper. I got to the table and found they had greasy finger prints on them. read more

I would not recommend buying your food here , the food taste like half of shit and the workers won't care if you find something disgusting in it read more

Aaron took great care of me and my posse. Amazing Service! Amazing Staff! Amazing Place! All 5 Stars from me and the fellas for sure!!!!!

First time at any Whataburger, so take that with a grain of salt. Objectively, one of the worst fast food burgers I've had. If you live in the Dallas area, and you would pick this over In N Out, I don't think we can be friends. The bun is flat and dense, the tomatoes were mealy, the meat was slightly dry. The fries were OK, definitely not as good as McDonald's or In N out. read more

The worst food I have ever had from this location! Save your money folks. I hate to give them 1 star! I called and spoke to a manager on duty on July 2nd 1:48 pm and she proceeds to tell me that she bagged the order and my door dasher took to long. Well, what are the proper procedures when we order through door dash. I know from experience, tha t you are not supposed to make the food until they are at the drive thru to avoid serving bad old stale food. I spend $40 dollar at this establishment and all the managers says is. Bring the food back and we will make it right. After I asked about there door dash procedures and I'm literally 4 miles from this location. Make it make sense. I need a refund. read more

Was super excited to make a pit stop to Whataburger today on my way through Texas, so I stopped here to use the restroom and get food. After waiting 15 minutes for the ladies room, watching the men's room sit open I said I'm just going yo use the men's room, it was just a 1 person bathroom. There was an employee in line that said. I was just raised to go in the ladies room and I said so was I but extenuating circumstances happen. She was very rude, and honestly what I should have said is well then when I start bleeding down my leg you should have no problem helping me clean it up then... since it's not right to use the men's room. Then we ordered, the wait for the food was less than the wait for the bathroom however the girl at the register was rude and was not listening. I ordered 2 #1's with cheese and a bacon cheeseburger meal and a shucked strip meal, my #1's had no cheese on them and no condiments at all... disappointed I could've just got to McDonald's for this experience and I probably won't get to come back to Texas for a few years.... On a side note while it was the men's room I am sure men would like a clean bathroom, and this one was filthy. Paper on the floor, the sink was visibly dirt and so was the floor. read more

Got the #7 Whatameal with the Jr. burger, small fries, and small soda(20oz) for $4.79 + tax. Very good value. Burger had lettuce, tomato, onions, and mustard. read more

I used to go to the Whataburger down on McNiel once every week, normally on Sunday after church, with a couple of buddies and their families. I normally ordered their Jalapeno Biscuit Sandwich for a quick and deliciously spice breakfast. I will confess that the sandwich was quite delectable after using one of their napkins to remove the excess grease. Sadly, a few hours afterwards, I normally had an upset stomach due to the actual grease. That's why I stopped going there altogether and instead cook brunch on Sunday for my friends. The staff there is decent to say the least albeit I have to repeat myself a couple of times when making the order. While the outside of the building is indeed impressive, the inside leaves anything to be desired as it seems old with its brown and white color combination and style of seating read more

straight trash, food tasted scrumptious, but they didn't give us one of our meals, then we had to pull up and wait for 30 min for 3 burgers. I just feel as if that you are selling burgers as your main thing then you should easily have 3 burgers ready to go, and i don't like how the person taking your order isn't the same person handing you your food, i think your business could be more successful if you were faster and smarter about what you're doing. be better ...‍‍ read more

We came on a rather busy day, so I expected it to be a little busy, boy was I wrong. There were a few tables open. I expect the food to take 20 minutes at the most. After 45 minutes of sitting there we went up to the front counter. We asked if our food was almost ready and the employee goes back there for about 5 minutes. And he goes "sorry we didn't get your order, what did you have again" I was annoyed but hungry so I told him. After 30 minutes still no food. Went back up there and they told us they had other orders and that we needed to wait. Never coming back and you shouldn't go read more

30 minutes and still no burger. How is this possible? We have been sitting in the overflow lanes for the last 20 minutes.

The cashier named Sherry was very nice to me! She let me try the new Whataburger sauce and was very kind taking my order and the food came very fast even when it was very busy and was morning time. Another time I came it was afternoon rush hour and I asked for two large fries which came half full, waited in line again and they filled up the bag with fries to fix it. Very good service here :) read more

After 17 hours straight on the road from Las. Vegas, we were starving and stopped for a Texas staple, Whataburger. There is apparently a debate between which is better; whataburger or in n out.. but whataburger clearly loses that battle because it's at the same price point or higher than in n out, the quality is lower and the majority of the time the service absolutely sucks. They charged me $18 for one burnt triple cheese burger, one burnt double cheese burger and a fry then have the audacity to tell me ranch is gonna be 35¢ extra. Apparently over cooking the burgers is the only way this location knows how to do it. I like whataburger but this Witchita Falls locations was an absolute disappointment. Maybe I'll try again in McKinney... but probably not, because at in n out I can get a 4x4, a 3x3 and two fries for $16 and they will let me have all the secret sauce my heart desires to dip my fries in. read more

It's Whataburger. The food wasn't bad at all of course, rarely is. I ordered a jalapeño cheddar biscuit sandwich and just got a plain biscuit, that was very disappointing. I was so anticipating the cheddar cheese melted atop a fluffy egg base nestled between the delicious flakey ends of the jalapeño biscuit. The coffee was cold, they offered to microwave it. Really? Is it so difficult to have hot coffee at breakfast time? The men's restroom was atrocious also. I assume that is not the norm and that I arrived after a rush. I hope at least. So bottom line for this restaurant... bring sanitizer in with you and be very, very specific when ordering. Oh, and opt for tea, unless you prefer iced coffee. :) read more

This is a great burger joint. They could put McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's out of business. The burgers were large and delicious. The staff were great. Years ago Burger King had larger burgers but they shrunk not the case for this place. Frys were great and drinks were large. This is my new burger place. Wish they were in Ft Myers, Fl read more

Arguably the best fast food burger. Period. I know it's number one in my opinion! Not necessarily cheap, but you're paying for a REAL burger. You could go cheaper at somewhere like McDonald's, but you're not only getting better quality at Whataburger, you're also getting an overall bigger burger. Also they're open 24/7, which is huge for a college student like myself. Most places close at 11 around here, so I appreciate them being there for me at literally any time. In my experience the staff has always been friendly, and on the rare occasion that my food is perfect they have more than made up for it!! read more

Every time I've come here I have waited ever twenty minutes for my food.(I am currently waiting right now) worst whataburger ever.

It gets 3 stars because, legally, I'm not even sure you can call this place "fast food". Want an order? Prepare to wait until your ball hairs turns gray. Good food, tho. read more

Restaurant born in Texas for Texans. They love their beef and it shows at What-a-burger! This THE burger joint to hit in Texas. Always friendly staff. Even the breakfast is awesome. Can you say BISCUITS AND GRAVY??!!! Now if you're not a big mustard fan, make sure you order "ketchup" because all burgers are made with mustard (not ketchup). read more

One of the best "Chain" Hamburger places. Food and service is usually great. I have been eating here since 1993. My only complaint is the recent renovation where they removed a counter that held napkins, straws, Salt & Pepper, and plastic ware. The new location for these items is a tiny corner next to the soft drink machine and ice tea/coffee jugs. It gets very congested during busy meal periods. This was an EPIC FAIL on the part of whoever designed this and approved this change. If it ain't broken....don't fix it! read more

The only reason they are getting one star is that there wasn't an option to pick a negative number. I pulled into the drive thru of store number 3404, in Wichita Falls at 11:06 pm on 9/14/2019, order number 533476. There were 4 cars ahead of me. I placed an order of a mushroom Swiss burger and two large orders of fries. 25 minutes later when I finally got up to the window, the drive thru attendant started listing a bunch of food that I did not order, and in turn, trying to charge my card for that food. I refused to pay for food I did not order, again said I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and two large orders of fries. He closes the window, starts talking to other workers, opens the window again, starts handing me a bag of food and a drink that I did not order. I told him no, that I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and two large orders of fries. The window closes again, opens a few minutes later, where I am handed a receipt, I looked at the receipt and told the attendant that I didn't order this, I want the order fixed, and just want my food. I am then told by the drive through attendant that the receipt says what I ordered. In other words they refused to fix it. By then I am irate, and said a few things I wouldn't normally say, I am not proud of that. I am then told by the night manager that they don't have to serve me, and if I wanted to talk to her correctly, and come in, she would then fix my order. By then I was late to work and so exasperated that I said just give me the food and I would be speaking to a manager in the morning. This should have never gotten this far, I explained before my card was even charged that a mistake was made, and they charged my card anyway for their mistake. read more
