Finally a decent Panda restaurant! My last two experiences at other locations were horrific. We arrived an hour before closing time. The line up of food was full and looked fresh and appetizing. The Orange Chicken was as good as always and the Teriyaki Chicken was also really good although the portion looked twice the normal size. I'm not complaining mind you but there was an awful lot of chicken on my plate. There were quite a few people in line behind us and the line was moving slower than I'm used to seeing. The restaurant was fairly clean except for a few tables that needed wiping down. The servers were friendly and the manager even came over to see how we were doing. Open till 9:30 but kitchen closes at 8? Entire staff should be fired for not serving what the customer wants. Losing 600$ in orders every night due to the kids being charge. Give less and less entree each time I come in. The person next to me had almost double the chicken I had....too inconsistent in serving size

(Note: this visit was from a couple days ago.) This is probably the fourth time I've had the food at this particular Panda Express. The food quality was much better than anticipated this time around. The Broccoli Beef had plenty of beef in it, but also a good amount of broccoli, and the beef was not dry. The Orange Chicken was also not dry this time. Last time I had the Orange Chicken at this location, it was unbearably dry and disappointing to the point where I thought I wouldn't return to this location. It was out of convenience that we went with this one again. The Beijing Beef from this visit was probably the best Beijing Beef I've ever had! It was as saucy and flavorful as it gets, and it wasn't hard or crispy. I suppose it's all dependent on the time of your visit and who cooked it. Hopefully they maintain their current quality! Who knows, I may even try the Peking Pork again but at this location (tried it elsewhere and was pretty disappointed). read more

I ordered a kids beef and broccoli and all I got for meat was 3 small pieces with half a head of broccoli. This is completely a meal of broccoli only. When I called and spoke to manager and he says kid ms meal only comes with 3 small slivers of meat. Highly disappointed and will never go back. read more

Very attentive lady took our order and talked to us about the food because it was my first time there. Everything looked fresh and delicious. We were very happy with our choices and can't wait to try other entrees. My only complaint is that I would have liked e a cup of hot tea. You really need to offer hot tea like Pei Wei. I did try the passion fruit tea and liked it but wanted hot tea. And, as always, I looked forward to my fortune cookie!! read more

Typical Panda Express with so-so food and unfriendly employees. I used to like the orange chicken here, but now its usually cold and sitting in a warming pan of congealed and bland sauce. The change to stir fried greens (usually cold) from the formerly good mixed veggies is a real disappointment. We used to stop in and buy large sides of the mixed veggies several times a week at lunch. Now that the option is gone, we go elsewhere. read more

I love the food for a Chinese drive thru! However, this place quits making food within like 2 hours of their closing time thus only having a limited menu available. I called last night ahead of time of driving thru there at 7:50pm and was told they currently had everything but they run out between 8:15pm and 8:30pm. This is CRAZY to me! A restaurant should have all food and services available until closing. There are routine closing rituals down when any business closes for the day. But those are employee hours NOT business hours. Business hours means when the business is available for services. Not sure if this is at all Panda Expresses but I really think if the company knew this was happening they would not approve. Bad bad business and I know several people who don't go here because of this. They are losing major profits! read more

I appreciate the steamed veggies and the diet peach green tea. I drop in for those two reasons. While it is fast food, I feel like it is worth a trip every now and then. The staff has always been nice and helpful. I took off a star because my food is never hot. It is warm, but not hot. read more

This place is disgusting, and that's coming from someone whom, as a teenager, LOVED Panda Express. You would be better off going to the food court in the mall because at least there you have a better chance of getting food that hasn't been in the bins since they opened, serving you hard, dry, and lukewarm food like that's just okay. Most of all, stay away from their Beijing Beef and egg rolls. The beef is fried for some reason, hard and flavorless. The egg rolls, I don't know... it's just funky, and I'm usually pretty obsessed with egg rolls. Just go to Sarku Japan in the mall, or better yet 888 Bistro for some made to order Chinese food. Weekdays they do lunch until 4, always have awesome happy hour specials, the price is about the same as Panda, and the food is sooooooooo freaking good. Screw Panda Express! Ew! read more

The place is great! We come to eat here all the time (mainly just for the orange chicken) although it just depends on which resteraunt you go to and when you go! For example at lunch time , the food is well and freshly cooked. At 8:30 the food is cold and not fresh. read more

I would give it no stars if I could but I have to leave something in order to write my review . I've only been here twice . The first time I was here the food was great but the service was kinda crappy and the girl kinda shoved my food at me and never really looked me in the eye. The second time I went here was the worst. I went here during my lunch break which I spent nearly 20 minutes in the drive through . I went back to work to eat our break room and again the food tasted great UNTIL I had a long hair dangling in my mouth . I was so disgusted and disappointed and I called up to the store to alert them of the disgusting thing just happened and the young lady who picked up the phone and was apologetic however when I got back to the store the manager insisted that I take a new order instead of receiving a refund . Why would I want more rice out of the same pan that my hairy rice just came out of ?? I met my friend here the other day because she really wanted to eat here, but I am vegetarian so I was worried I wouldn't be able to find anything to eat or worse, that it would just be the sad plate of raw veggies that vegetarians are usually forced to eat. When I explained my situation to those working there, not only were they happy to whip something up just for me, but they discounted the price because i wasn't eating meat. Let me start out by saying I love Panda Express but hate this location! Which is disappointing because it's in the center of baybrook and has all opportunities to succeed however customer service is horrendous. Today I went thru the drive thru to order a bowl. It comes with 1 enters and 1 side. For the last couple years I've been getting a bowl, but with two entrees except I don't get the size of the entrees I get the bowl size. I'm pretty small and just can't eat two whole entrees so being able to get 2 entrees but the size of a bowl (which is pretty small but perfect for me) is great and I never have any problems ordering it. However this time for some reason I was informed by the lady at the drive thru I was not allowed to do that. When I explained I always get it and made it clear I wanted two entrees but only the size of the bowl, she got an attitude and said well you didn't get it at this location. (Which is untrue) This actually wasn't a big deal I would have been fine with getting one entree but after the continuous attitude I was annoyed and didn't want to give my money here. But as polite as I could be I simply stated well I'll just go to the location by my house it's not a big deal then. So I started driving off and as I drive pass the window the LADY SCREAMED OUT THE DRIVE THE WINDOW AT ME "you need to listen to me!" I debated on going back inside to respond to her nasty freaking attitude but decided it's not worth my time. Never will come back again after this incident.
