I ordered my usual sausage bowl this morning from the Webster Gulf Freeway location. The first thing I notice was they hire one person to do the job that four people do at both of the Pasadena locations. Nonetheless, my order was quick but when I got to my destination, I didn't have my normal sausage bowl. It was a chicken bowl. Not only do I not want the chicken bowl but I'm gluten intolerant and it's breaded chicken so here I am with a breakfast I cannot eat. I called, they don't put their phone number on their receipts had to look it up . They they refunded my money but it's morning, don't have breakfast and I'm hungry. Not a good start to the workday. Chick fil A is always fast whether it's inside or outside but what I love about this location is the kids play area. Don't get me wrong the food is good also but for me to enjoy it then I need a place that can accommodate my little ones. Hand sanitizer stations are placed in various areas inside as well as wet wipes where the condiments are at. Kids meals include your entree of either 5pc nuggets, chicken strips, or another option that I can't remember because my kids never select it. Then you shoose a side which is either Mac n cheese, fries, or apple sauce pouch. Then beverage is either whole milk, chocolate milk, or juice box The nuggets I feel are superior to any other place. A new drink I got today was diet lemonade. Pretty taste but I felt like it was still kinda sweet. I can only eat their waffle fries with honey mustard. Idk why and don't ask. I also tried their seasonal peppermint iced coffee and that was ok. Not terrible but okay. Wouldn't order it again. The play area is enclosed. They have 2 benches with cubbie holes for your shoes. Just went through the drive thru to take advantage of the free Tuesday breakfast item and assumed the free item would be added to the order I placed through the app (like the promotion says it would). It wasn't. So after being handed my food I asked politely if I could get my free breakfast item. Brianna at the window proceeded to give me my free sandwich but had a VERY bad attitude as she told me, "I know it's free but next time let us know in advance." Chick-fil-A is great but skimflation has arrived. Both the bread and the chicken patty were considerably thinner than a few months back. I'm not sure why the rating is so low, but I've been coming to this location for CFA since I started eating CFA! They've never given me a wrong order or anything of that sort. I genuinely believe this location is easy and fast! I do avoid the rush hours though and I do mobile pick-up orders which saves you time! It always feels like we're in a VIP lane because of how fast it is and how fast we pass the line. The food does have really good chicken, but if Jollibee were closer I'd be getting my spicy chicken sandwich there cause the spice is just so yummy if you like heat! The spicy chicken sandwiches they have here are really good too! I like mine with the CFA sauce and the sriracha sauce and it's just the perfect amount of sweetness and heat I also will gladly eat their fries soggy or crisp(I prefer crisp), but I like their fries! And the breakfast burritos!! You can now choose different alterations to the breakfast burrito on the app! It's so useful! It's always been clean at the location and the ambiance resembles families coming in after a day at the park, or a day at the museum, or after school or work! A lot of locals and tourists come by this location and I think it's the perfect location for them. Not too far is the water and it's always a joy to eat with good company or solo at the park and listen in to the water and feel the serenity. I have good memories of picking food up from here and eating at the park with my best friend in high school! Overall, I enjoy the atmosphere and service from this location! Plus, very few occasions have we gotten free drinks or a brownie cause there's extra or there was a minor mistake. They're very kind and we appreciate the kindness! I ordered from this location and opened my food to find my nuggets and sauce were missing, and the fries were stale. If I had gone in, I'm sure I would have gotten better service. I get it, you prioritize the customers who are there and enjoy the service, but I had already spent money on food just for it not to be there, feels deceptive. I WOULD GIVE THIS VISIT 0 STARS! I went through the drive thru at 3:49 didn't get a receipt but i scanned my app for points. I got home and realize i was missing a spicy chicken sandwich , so i called and the guy serigo was very rude on the phone and didn't believe me i told him i didn't have the receipt but it shows on my app i scanned for points and the total. It was maybe 10 mins later and i gave him the time it had on my app so if he didn't believe me like he was coming off he could've looked back if he wanted too. I told him could i just come back and get the sandwich and he said sure after minutes or not believing me. So i come in i ask for him he looks at me and i see him tell one of his employees to "shush me away" so the girl comes over NOT THE MANAGER WHO YOU THINK I WOULD, to at least apologize or anything she asked me what i needed i told her i called and talked to serigo about my missing spicy sandwich and she asked me my name and looked for my order found it and said oh okay and gave me a sandwich ended up being a regular one not even the spicy. I still got no apology or refund this was the worst service EVER!!! Serigo needs to get fired , or some customer service training ASAP! Been here a few times and the customer service is normally really good when you come to Chick fil a but the customer service at this location is just not that. I had my dogs in the backseat last time I came through this drive through, and the people taking our order acted like they had never seen a dog before in their life and they were completely thrown off by the presence of a dog they could barely focus on our order. The next time I came, I asked for more time to look at the menu to decide what I wanted to order, and the staff acted annoyed that I needed to look at the menu online. Slowest Chick-fil-A in the whole city never go through the drive through if in a hurry

This is not the usual location for us to go to a Chik-fil-A but we alway have received good, friendly service. It's CFA so you know the food is going to be good. We get to this location if we are headed up into Houston. It's been a little while since we had stopped here, and I don't know when they started the double lane for drive thru (I usually go inside). The merge right after ordering seems rather awkward, and it seemed like the drive thru people at the window seemed a little confused but it all worked out for me. Maybe it is still new for them, too. I find it interesting that there are so many mixed reviews for this location. We never had a problem. I wonder though about whether some of those are because some people have such high expectations of CFA. Some of the things that people gave one star for were relatively "minor offenses." CFA still sets the standard to which all fast food restaurants should aspire. read more

I am a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A. All you need to do is look at my Quicken data and see that I eat at CFA too often. I stop at this location for two reasons: Convenience and Breakfast. This location is on the northbound side of I-45 and is a quick hop off the freeway stop for me. Given the location, I typically only stop here for breakfast. I don't think I have ever stepped inside the restaurant. I always drive thru. My food order is normally correct. The only thing I typically double check before driving off is my drink. They don't always give me the split drink I want although that has become less of a problem as of late. Let's just say that it is right way more often than it is wrong so I keep coming back. The only downside I can think of about this location is the ongoing feeder construction. As of now, you have to cut through the gas station parking lot and the Taco Bell parking lot to get to CFA. I'm hoping once the construction is finished, getting in and out will be easier. read more

This is the new location that's kind of a pain to get to, but it doesn't seem to matter as they area always busy. Always. I love Chick-fil-a, and this one is a great one! They did accidentally take my order to the wrong car, but I mean, if I looked at cars all day...I probably would too. BUT Instead of handing me the same bags, they took the time to re-bag my food and put my drinks in new cups to avoid contamination of someone else's germs! It's Chick-fil-A, what's not to love! The simple menu offering all chicken options and their delicious waffle fries, you can't go wrong! The lines are usually long, but move quick- there is usually someone outside and walking food to & from cars waiting in line during the lunch rush. Today, they had the most friendly employee out there! (Wish I had got her name!) Like many others, I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and there is never a bad time to go. The service is stellar, it's their "pleasure" to serve you. And inside this location is always clean, although usually packed too. My only complaint is how the building is set up- the drive through is kinda pain to get to and I usually end up circling the building a time or two. Also, I find myself craving Chick on Sundays when they are closed! That's the worse! Don't waste your time on other fast food locations, Chick-Fil-A is the best option! read more

Solid Chick fil A location in Webster/Clear Lake area. They are still relatively new (~3 years) and the place is clean. The employees are nice and pleasant, and service time is pretty rock solid. They also have free Breakfast Tuesday mornings occasionally so look out for those! Watch out for parking: they have turned the lot into one-way diagonal parking, so watch out for the signs so you don't go the wrong way. read more
