I love Chick-fil-A and it's evident in the number of visits I make a week and the amount of money I spend, but I will NOT be returning to this location. I've had too many issues and last night was the end of the line for me. I received a "just because" treat through the Chick fil a app on my phone for a free peppermint chocolate shake. If you use the app, you know how many visits you must makes before you receive a treat. So the fact that I had 3 in queue exhibits how much I go. Anyway, I went inside and asked if I used my treat could I get a different shake flavor. I am not a fan of the peppermint shake. I was told that the system would recognize it as a peppermint shake by the employee at the register. So I said could you just make a different flavor and if you're unsure ask the manager. She asks the drive thru manager who seems as if she didn't want to be bothered, and sent the young lady to the other manager. That manager explains to me the same thing the cashier told me, and I respond I understand that but can you not just give me a different flavor? If it is a matter of price and size I'll pay the difference. She said it wasn't that it's just the way the system would read it. At this point I'm frustrated, you're a manager who is basically being difficult because of ?? An inconvenience to make a different flavor? A shake was going to be made regardless of the flavor i got. You mean to tell me it would affect the sales that I got a different flavor on the free shake I would get either way? And after all the money I spend there my request was unreasonable???? This manager went to the other manager and asked her for permission!!! That is something that could have been handled at the simplest level, the initial employee, and for the manager to not make a command decision on an easy request was just ridiculous for me. To go back forth much longer than it would have taken to make the shake I asked for. The manager or whoever she is, came to me and said she's not supposed to do it but this time she will, and don't ask that anymore. Excuse me???? Who are you speaking to in that manner? Whoever owns this location needs to do an overhaul on the management ASAP, because you can have the best product around but with service like that I'll drive to another Chick fil a well out of my way to not give this franchise another dime! read more

A few mishaps, but ultimately happy. Ordered a Large got a Med. Forgot I complained, but gave me a little extra for my troubles. Their Mac n Cheese is truly my new obsession! I love this chick fil a. This is always my go to spot for breakfast or lunch. They are so kind and food is always fresh. I recently ordered breakfast and they messed up my order by adding egg on my sandwich. Even on wrapper it stated no egg, but of course they were rushing and it was an honest mistake. This Chick-fil-A really hits the spot for me. With all the different elements that seemed to be fused into one, big positive plus, I am rarely dissatisfied by this particular location. First off, the food is great. The Chicken Strips I usually order taste like they were made in Heaven, with love and happiness. The Chicken sandwich is just as good, too, Can I get a amen to that? Second off, the people there treat you with a lot of kindness, like a lot of other Chick-fil-A's. They allow you get as many sauces as you'd like, which is perfect for a "condimentie" like me! Finally, the place is clean and welcoming for the customer. When you walk in, it looks as if it is spotless, and has no food scattered across the tables, unlike another Chick-fil-A I've been too. They also have a play place for kids, to entertain while they're waiting for the delectable food. Every single order I've ever received in the drive-thru line has been wrong. It's a complete miracle if they get something right. I have a great respect for the CFA franchise and their mission, especially knowing other CFA store owners, but this location is a complete embarrassment. When CFA still did free meal cards, mine were turned away every time when I presented one because they were "expired," when I know for a fact (from high up within CFA), they always were supposed to honour the cards no matter the date. The worst fault is that it's such a prime location, it SHOULD be outstanding. And, as if it could get worse, I've had these problems with this CFA (wrong meal orders, no sauces, wrong drinks, missing items, etc.) for years really. In fact, I just moved back from being away for two years and there has been no change of service, though the employees have changed. No excuses. Train your staff to be thorough and excellent at all they do; otherwise, don't own a store. It's unfortunate this location is so convenient; you don't deserve it. I really, really wanted to give this place my first one star, but the OK chicken sandwich prevented it. EVERYTHING else was horrible. I've heard about Chik Fil A for a long time but had never gone to one until today. Where do I start. The traffic and parking are a nightmare. After we parked and went in we must have stood at the wrong place because people were jumping line on us. We repositioned ourselves and a cashier waved us over, but when we got to her station she sorted or did something with register checks instead of taking our order. I objected and just as I had her attention someone came up and handed her bags of food I assume was take-out so she switched from messing with register checks to messing with the bags. Meanwhile 3 people we were clearly ahead of went to other registers and were getting their order taken. All in all about 5-6 people who came in after us got served before us. The place was a madhouse. Before they had psychotropic drugs to calm the psychotic, they called madhouses insane asylums. A name that's politically incorrect today, but I'm old enough to have visited an asylum. Many of the inmates, driven by their hallucinations, endlessly wailed, screamed, howled and yelled nonsense creating loud endless and mindless discordant noise. That's Chik Fil A -- a madhouse. There were between thirty and sixty children under 7 there. Many were allowed free run of the restaurant dashing up and down the isles and booths. Essentially all of them were vocal. Tots are loud, but this is the only restaurant I've been to where the mothers were louder than the tots. When they weren't shouting at each other over the din, they were shouting at someone on their cell phone. In the middle of the meal my wife stood up, said she couldn't stand it and waited from me in the car. I began to wonder if I would ever get out of our parking space without risking our car and bodily harm. There were cars, lots of cars, coming from three directions. Some were appearing with no warning from the street. By the time I got out and maneuvered my way through the moving maze of cars my nerves were a wreck. Combining the service craziness with the clamor of kids and mothers with the nightmare parking I can't remember being surrounded by this much chaos in my life. Food is great, customer service could improve, a lot, be cautious on rush hour, going through the drive-thru ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup and once I got home to check they gave me a chicken noodle soup, they don't repeat your order to make sure it's correct and they don't give you a receipt when you're still at the person outside to check if everything's right, I hate giving bad reviews but they need some work done on their employees. read more

Placed an order for curbside and the attendant took FOREVER. I arrived home (5 minutes away) to cold fries and missing sauces. Very disappointed! They apparently stop breakfast at 10:15am on Fridays. And that came from the Manager her self. I went here with a friend earlier and since she could not stop talking about how great her experience was, I've decided to write my first review as I'd love for this place to get the positive feedback it deserves. So to start, when we came in we were greeted with smiles and welcomes for nearly every employee there. The sandwich came pretty quickly after it was ordered so that was definitely a plus. But what my friend was really most impressed about, was that when she went to go get a napkin, they not only did they 1) remember and call her by name from minutes ago but 2) offered her a cup of water to go with her sandwich. It already goes without saying that Chick Fil A has some pretty good food but I think the exceptional service we received is what really made a good memory that day.
